I visit this Dunkin location pretty often, and today was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had there. My wait time was around 43 minutes, 2:56pm-3:39pm, and during most of that time, two employees seemed completely distracted, singing, dancing, arguing, gossiping, and calling each other derogatory names/slurs instead of focusing on customers and orders. I checked online, Google Maps said this was the absolute least busiest time of the day for this location. I'm pretty introverted, so I was nervous to even ask about my drink after waiting that long. When I finally did, the employee with the shorter dreads made me feel like I was bothering him for simply asking about my drink that was missing its key ingredient, the refresher juice. The employee with the longer dreads let him know he was being disrespectful, but his attitude didn't seem to change. On top of that, my drink was made wrong. After leaving, I realized both drinks had their labels swapped, and both tasted unusually bitter. What makes this disappointing is that I normally have good experiences at this location because there's one worker there who is always professional, respectful, fast, and clearly puts effort and care into making drinks correctly. Unfortunately, he wasn't there today, and the difference in service quality was very noticeable. This also isn't the first issue I've had with the same employee. On a previous visit, he spilled my friend's drink all over the counter and never apologized, he did remake it at least. No apology was given during today's experience either. I understand people can have fun at work, but customers shouldn't have to wait excessively or feel uncomfortable because employees are too distracted to do their jobs properly. read more

I've never had problems with the nice employees here but I cannot spend money to this location any more. Apparently both Mobil's and Dunkin's corporate policy to to encourage the spread of disease. sat 5/18 10am. the woman at the drive thru window is terrible. first she tried to sell me a coffee that was suppose to be hot but the coffee was barely liLuke warm. then she told me that she would make another pot and that she would bring it out to the car. well I waited almost ten minutes. she never brought it out. seeing that there was no one in the drive thru I went back through the drive thru and requested my replacement coffee. the so called replacement coffee was even colder. There's a Dunkin' Donuts right next door to this location- if you want your order in a timely manner with no mistakes I suggest going to that one. I get dunks twice a day and that one is 99% consistent and is why I choose that one over this location. The few times I've risked coming to this location it has been absolutely horrible for numerous reasons- whether it's the wait, rudeness of the manager and employees, and numerous mistakes there's always something wrong. They have fallen off greatly. I have given them three chances with my order and making mistakes. If I wasn't off to work at the time, I would do this in person at the counter. Today's order was a small cold brew coffee black with a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. The girl at the speaker even read it back to me. I get to the window. The guy at the window snaps at me to hand him my card as I reach for the coffee he's displaying (this is RUDE but fine whatever you want payment first. I get it.) Coffee tastes consistently sour; they used to just randomly close the drive-through during the day I'm guessing for lack of staff; today I sat for 5 minutes with no customers in front of me and I had to repeatedly say "hello?" Until finally someone told me to hang on a sec. two minutes later, I said "if this is going to be a while, I'll just go to another one" and they were talking to each other and ignored me. This is kind of a special case. Most times they get the order right. Other times they completely fail. So one day I order an iced coffee with 4 cream 6 irish creme swirl. They give me the order but no irish creme. Next day is worse. I order an iced latte with 6 irish creme swirl and they give me an iced coffee with no cream and 6 Irish creme swirl. Even though on the label it says there is cream. Luckily they were kind enough to make a new one. So they didn't listen to the orders but luckily made me a new one that was really good. So I go here a few times a day I live right next door and it was fantastic but now there is a lot of new workers not too new they been there few months now and you would think they get the hang of things , I'm not sure why they don't have someone come in and help get this place back in order .... I've worked at a dunks before and everyone there needs to be re trained or they need a manager customer service is horrible I have stood at the counter for 10-20 min sometimes no one has seen me or acknowledged me . I got at least 4 times a day and 3/4 times I'm in there there is a long line and multiple customers coming in pissed and mad about their order and then made to wait for a crazy amount of time . I myself have not had my coffee made right in weeks! The donuts I swear they take them and smush them down frosting first in bag so Everytime my donuts all the frosting is on bag at bottom not on donut , bagels they put almost no cream cheese mind you I live next door so i get home and open it to see no cream cheese really on either one . They always are on their phones or talking and not paying attention . Alot of the people there are rude and talk back whenever you have something wrong . I've even been at the counter and workers are texting looking at their phone while I sit and wait till they talk to me . Very Upset This Morning! I have to be to work at 4AM and I'm very grateful for this DD that opens so I can enjoy breakfast and hot coffee. This morning already wasn't going well for me and I was looking forward to something going right which was my breakfast. I got the counter said "Goodmorning" and the guy straight ignored me.., and he was on the phone. Not a huge surprise that after I have my order he said "we don't make breakfast sandwiches this early" so I changed my order to a bagel and he said we aren't doing that either? SINCE WHEN HAS THIS STARTED? Than I pointed to the bagels that were out in the racks because I would've accepted it cold and he said those were old...????????????? After the THIRD email to DD corporate, the same girl called me at home this time at 3pm and with a tone of disgust in her voice, left another message this time she was at least understandable but left no information for me to call back, saying she would try again. But, she also sent me an email. Which stated that she was sorry about the problem I had at the store with missing items. So, she did not even get the nature of the complaint which was about really bad service and the fact that the staff was carrying on a conversation about her love life and not paying any attention to the customers that resulted in the missing items. This is a very poorly managed franchise, they show absolutely NO REGARD for their customers. If I worked for Dunkin Donuts Corporate I would seriously question if they should even be allowed to operate as part of their company. I cannot emphasize enough how bad this place is and how ignorant their franchise management is. With four Dunkin Donuts in the town, I would rate this one somewhere in the middle. Going in on a weekday morning is like playing Russian Roulette, am I going to get good service or be treated poorly. Twice in one week my order was not correct. The first day I said something and was told I did not order correctly, when in fact I ordered just like I have several times before. The second time I said nothing and just left. I have been treated well occasionally in the mornings here but it is not consistent. The evening crew during the week and even on the weekend is A+, I have gone in there later in the night and have received above and beyond service. I will go out of my way in the mornings to patronize one of the other DD in Randolph or Stoughton. The food and Coffee are good just like every DD in the area. read more

Ever since the new change from being its own store and going into the gas station with a drive thru, it's been going down hill! The gas station has LITTLE parking, and as for the drive thru it's not as long as one would think, I would say only 4 small cars can fit and the rest is out on the main road. With it blocking off the Mobil garage, where cars are being fixed and one of the main entrance way. Some how, my order is always messed up when I order from here. So there goes my morning, a few times I had to throw out my coffee and repurchase it else where. I wanted an egg & cheese sandwich with white cheddar cheese. They said they don't have white cheddar anymore but have the orange cheddar. To my surprise it was a low fat cheddar cheese which is supposed to be more amenable to people that are, I guess, cutting back on fat/ calories!
