However, I can almost guarantee that the reason they aren't open Saturdays is due to lack of help. I love this place! Mike is super helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need in stock they will order it for you. I will continue to support this business because I don't want Blick or Amazon to push them to close. Let's keep supporting the small, local businesses! (Maybe they will find someone willing to work a Saturday again soon)

The prices get better with volume you buy. The staff is extremely knowledgable and glad to help you figure your needs. There glaze selection and glaze material supply is amazing. I have been buying here for several years and only once or twice have they not had what I needed but had it ordered in quickly. If you are in the area stop in to buy your clay. The prices are competitive with ordering online and you save a fortune on shipping. They recently remodeled the show room, much of the jars of glazes and all the fun tools (aka toys) are out on display and the clay and oxidizes etc are in the warehouse. They quickly put your order together and load it in your vehicle for you. They carry kiln shelves and parts and have always had what I needed in stock. Go see they and save a bundle!!!

Liked the combo of sweet longanisa and salty seaweed in the egg sandwich TEXTURE: 4/5 - toasted pandesal, melted cheese, and crisp seaweed PRICE: 4/5 - total came to $12 SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - debated getting the egg sandwich on a bagel for a potentially bigger portion vs. the small pandesal SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 10:15am on a Sunday and the space was empty. The employee at the counter was helpful and friendly ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - cozy, bright, and community-oriented space w murals and home-y touches PARKING: 4/5 - spots on Belmont St were taken, but more street parking available on Holbrook Rd

They were out of eggs, so I got a pork bun which was fluffy and delicious as well. They had a medium sized-menu with a good selection of your run of the mill American cafe staples as well as options that are harder to find in this area -- Saipao buns, ube lattes, lumpia... I was getting pissed off on the highway on my way to the school in Boston so I pulled off and was looking for a cafe somewhere in Milton or Quincy to work in until the traffic died off a little and found this on Apple Maps. So glad I stopped in! The cafe is bright and home-y, and they also are clearly trying to be a place to build community in the area. They have a whole library and check out system it seems for people to borrow books, and based on the signs welcome in anyone that needs to use the restroom or respite from whatever weather is going on! I used one of their tables and worked on some schoolwork, but they also had a variety of soft seating available. They had a really good playlist that had a great beat but was still kinda chill. It wasn't super busy, probably since it was midday on a Thursday, but damn it should be busier in there! Great spot... will most likely be stopping here the next time I find myself screaming at other cars and needing to calm my road rage. Another note: I saw a sign and it looks like they have a way for people to hold events here. If you had a community group that needed a spot to have meet ups I think this would be a great spot

We both got pancakes and French toast which were very good. I also got the spicy bacon which was excellent. The kitchen is visible which I like because you can see everything being prepared. I'm giving it 4 stars for my personal experience, though my friend would probably shoot for 3 stars. I started with a newly released juice--very ginger-forward and delicious. Have them make it with light ice. I ordered the banana pancake with granola crunch and a side of Millions Dollar Bacon. I was thoroughly delighted by my choices. That bacon is soooooooo good. My friend ordered a grilled pumpkin muffin and a side of fresh fruit, which is where the disappointment was. The fruit was mostly grapes and some strawberries that had clearly gone past their point of freshness. Our waitress, Molly, confirmed fruit is prepped each morning, but it certainly looked over ripe and slimy. Molly graciously removed the item from our bill. One other small issue is that the artificial coffee creamers sit on each table, but you have to ask for real cream. I don't drink coffee, but I know this is important to those that do! Ask for the good stuff when you order!
