Both times I've been I've gotten the same order (it was too good not to repeat) - a Bellini, the Mr. Delphine crepe, and the Alsacienne tart. The Bellini is always sweet and refreshing, and the crepe has the perfect blend of fresh flavors. The alsacienne tart is always baked to perfection and absolutely delectable. The cafe is small so seating can sometimes be limited - I'd recommend getting there early since it does tend to fill up around typical brunch times. Service has also always been very good - you order at a counter and then the food is brought out to you. The owner Delphine is almost always there and greeting customers with a smile. Delphine's Kitchen is definitely my current favorite breakfast spot, and I'll be back soon for sure!

The woman on the register was also making the coffees/teas and there was one man making all the crepes. One weird thing to note because as a mom, I always like to know: at least one of the bathrooms had a changing table which I appreciate so much. The raspberries were soft and mushy, not fresh enough, and the blueberries were small and didn't blend well with the crêpe. Also, I couldn't taste any "cheesecake" at all. They used fresh pieces of fruit which were cut in large chunks. I really enjoyed my strawberry, banana, and Nutella crepe. The actual crepe had a nice soft yet chewy texture with a very slight crisp on the outside. I think it helped that my fruits were soft; my SO's crepe looked a bit unwieldy since it was full of large chunks of raw apple. I think for apples it would have been better to cook them down more. Overall I think this is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get type of place. Kind of like if you decided to make crepes at home, thought that would take a lot more effort than eating here.
