Early morning you may actually get parking, pretty tough midday when everyone's at work and out and about. Right by QCenter Train station on hancock, across from Masons steakhouse essentially. This location is run very efficiently when we have ordered from here. They also call out names as orders are finished extra loud so you can hear during the chaotic hours. Our orders were made quickly, and perfect! My matcha latte with strawberry cold foam was balanced and tasty! The cold foam was generous, I've had quite a few locations seemingly skimp on it. Refreshing way to get my day started. The location is clean, smaller than some others but the space is inviting, plenty of professionals having morning meetings there and enjoying a latte with double smoked! See you all soon. One of the only Starbucks in the area that is open early-ish at 04:30am Mon-Fri! The one that is closest to me, for a couple years, previously changed their hours to open around 5ish am, but now has changed back to opening early again. I know it's only a 30 min difference, but the 30 min does matter haha. Especially when I was working early shifts. For this reason, I am super appreciative of this location, as well as the Braintree Forbes Rd location, for keeping their early opening hours. I used to wake up early to get Starbucks from this location when I was in middle school. Those Frappuccinos used to hit! (Still do hehe). Came here recently for an afternoon coffee and matcha & though they were pretty slammed with in person + mobile orders, our two drinks were made with the quickness! Didn't even take 5 min! My go to order from Starbucks is: three shots of blonde espresso over ice in a Venti Cup w/ 2 pumps of white mocha with a splash of 2% milk and sweet cream cold foam. Sometimes I get it without cold foam or will add caramel drizzle to it for a bit of razzle dazzle. read more

Hopping and hopping to Starbucks has became a regular thing for me, I grab coffee and leave. I think I want to sit down and write a review for this specific Starbucks because I enjoyed my visit there plenty. The atmosphere is cute and the chalkboards were neat. Tables and seats were fairly clean, so were the toilets. Cashiers were really polite and chill, I wish I got to talk more with them. Service was also pretty fast. I ordered two venti caramel crunch Frappachinos through door dash. arrived missing 2 inches from each cup so more like small but also barely any coffe in it tasted completely wrong. somce arrived no matter how messed up it was I could not get a refund. so never order it through DoorDash. I recently had an experience that solidified my friends thoughts on Starbucks as a company. My friends opinion was that Starbucks has had too many culturally sensitive issues, in dealings from the African American population to not be "canceled" Yesterday, I had a canceled worthy experience. Mind you, I visit this Starbucks daily with my husband and 8/10 times. I looked through the window at Starbucks and noticed 13 customers, attempting to find space to "social distance. This made me hesitant to enter, but a nice customer stood at the entry and held it open for me, stating, "hello," as I returned the gesture and entered cautiously. I entered Starbucks and was met by a monotone cashier. I order two drunk. A mango dragonfruit venti refresher and a cocoa cloud venti. I found a place near the window in the back and watched maybe 20 customers place their orders and leave promptly. Meanwhile, Sean said, "waiting on one more drink!" I continued to wait maybe 15 more mins and asked for a water. Finally, I waited in front of the pick up area and mentioned to Sean this would be my last time doing business with Starbucks. He told the manager on duty I was experiencing an issue with how long I had to wait for my second drink. She looked stoned and did not at all acknowledge me or my issue. Then, I took both of my drinks. But not before Sean passed me a $4 gift card "If I ever come back." Good riddance, I will be taking my business to an establishment that treats all of its customers fairly. I deserve to receive my drinks in the order it was "ordered" in just like every other paying customer. read more

2 star!! 4 star for service, 4 star for inside ambience but 0 star for dusting the windows and vents when customers are sipping their coffee. I went in with a friend of mine on a presidents day night with 1 hour to close. They already closed out their food section which is understood. We ordered latte machiatto and hot chocolate. The service was friendly and quick. We got seated and started catching up. There were about 6 people around us i mean what i meant to say is there are still people around and one of their staff member was mobbing floor which is totally understood but then they started dusting vents on the ceiling with a broom with customers still around. I don't know if they were trying to make us leave but as soon as they started doing that the people started leaving. There was still 30 mins left on the clock to close or they could have had the minimum courtesy to inform customers before they embark on this venture. Its a nice location to be right across the quincy college and near the Quincy center but i wish the staff people are more knowledgable and experienced on what they are doing. read more

Shame on Starbucks corporate policies for opening the doors to everyone. Everyone is not a customer. This particular location was once a daily stop for my family is now in the gutter. At least half of the people in the store this morning were drinking water in the same plastics cups they sell cold beverages in, but for free. There was a scene with an obviously under the influence individual just there to access the bathroom. He had four hospital bracelets on his arm, shorts over hospital pants, and after a lengthy stay in the bathroom didn't purchase anything. The folks talking were obscenity after obscenity. Folks that looked down on there luck camping in the store to charge mobile devices. Increased consumables, increased cleaning, increased power costs, and non-paying customers means my costs will go up and the return on my stock will go down. I typically don't bring my children to this location anymore. It's just not the environment it once was. Sadly I don't think it's even the company it once was. read more

This is a great location full of hardworking employees. They never talk to you with any attitude and honestly, that's kind of hard to find in Quincy. I've been to many Starbucks spots but this was the first one I've been to where I saw them add water into their tea drinks. I ordered a grande guava white tea and as I was watching the girl make it, she filled half the cup with water and the rest with tea. It was so diluted down so I asked them to remake it for me and the second girl who made it just filled the cup with one forth of water. The girl didn't seem very happy remaking music drink but she did it anyways. I've ordered this drink from multiple Starbucks and this was the first time that I've seen them add additional water to their teas when making it. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. I come back because it's usually the last choice but closest location for me to get some work done. It's always overly crowded with a ton of foot traffic since it's near the Quincy Center T. It's not an ideal location if you're looking to get work done. Everyone here has loud conversations and I'm pretty sure some people linger around to take other people's drinks. That's what happened to me today, someone took my drink and when I approached the barista after 10mins asking about my drink, they couldn't find my cup. That's pretty unprofessional on Starbucks' standards, I simply don't recommend this branch. In addition, there are wet floors and slush everywhere - not a single clean spot in sight. I expect better from a "high end" coffee supplier, and cleanliness at least for our safety. read more

Every time I go into this Starbucks, I find the staff to be particularly friendly, the place to be clean and tidy, and for their service to be quick and accurate. This is a pretty busy location (at least when I have been there) and they do a nice job getting the orders out quickly. They have a nice seating area and it is located on several bus lines and in front of the Quincy Center T stop. read more

This morning I went to get my daily coffee per usual I went to the Starbucks location and I ran into the lady at the front register, Millie. I was very polite and the transaction went smooth so I thought. I handed her the money and in return to my surprise! She tossed the remaining five dollars on the counter as if for me to fetch. She didn't place it back in my hand or even place it on the countertop she entirely tossed it towards me as if I had did something wrong to her. I won't be going there again ever! People sometimes wake up on the wrong side of the bed at times but that is no reason to treat others bad. read more

Some of us are fans of Starbucks and some are not. I'm a frequent customer, and I'm rarely disappointed by this one. Occasionally, an inexperienced barista has made something incorrectly, but they're happy to remake a drink if asked. Sometimes, the place gets busy and because they aren't a really high volume place, they aren't set up to handle that quite as well as other Starbucks, but on the flip side, the staff is friendly and know their regular customers and our drinks of choice. They are friendly and speedy and very good at remembering regulars drink orders. This is a small store but has a very laid back vibe. Very mixed bag. Some baristas know what they are doing, but others....there was no syrup in my iced today. But I asked for it. Some baristas appear to be under the influence....of something or maybe he was just acting out or having a bad day. This is the most convenient Starbucks there is in Quincy to me. It is just straight out of the MBTA station. The employees are very friendly and is good at what they do. There are a decent amount of seating inside. However, the interior appearance should really get some remodeling to make it a bit more eye appealing. The only drink that this Starbucks is bad at making in my opinion is the Double chocolaty chip frapp. It is not as good as the ones I've had at other Starbucks. Otherwise, the drinks are great here. Also, the manager of this Starbucks is also very very generous. He was willing to donate some merchandise to the Quincy High School SkillsUSA chapter for a raffle. read more

Most of the baristas are nice, but I've had an awful experience with this one lady. I like to order through the app so that I can quickly go in and grab my order and run to work. The problem is that sometimes they can't fulfill your order if they run out of an ingredient but don't update the app. So you go in, wait for your order, but there's no one to tell you that they cannot make that one item. So you keep waiting.... Until finally I asked the barista for my drink, and she told me that should ran out of a syrup and couldn't make it. I said that's fine, and asked for something else. Then she gets really annoyed and says that she already told me she ran out of the 'strawberry refresher'. First off, that's NOT what you told me the first time around. Second, why are you so irritated when I was perfectly friendly after waiting a full 20 minutes? I come here a few times a week and i used to love this place, but lately they've been messing up my order almost every time. Decided to write a review today because it's getting out of hand. My cappuccino was messed up 3 times today, the first 2 weren't even cappuccinos, and i just decided to drink the last 1 because i had been waiting 15 minutes and just had to leave.
