They will mess up your order 1,000,000% of the time. I waited 25+ min (only 2 cars in line, one ahead of me, and me) for a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant, and a Lg Hot Chai Latte. What I received, was a bagel breakfast sandwich and a lg hot coffee with cream and sugar. Here's the kicker, the high schooler at the counter, 11:45 on a Thursday in October, the kid should be in school, the kid ASKED ME if my order was correct when he read it back to me. I told him no, before he swiped my card, and THEN he read back the correct order at window 1. Window 2 it's the same kid, hands me the food, then I wait another 9 min for my chai latte. I get back onto the road and I go to take a sip and I can instantly smell that it's incorrect. Thank god, because I am a type 1 diabetic and this "extra sugar" that SOMEONE ELSE ORDERED, could have sent me to the hospital. read more

Most of things good customer service and usually remember what you ordered however everytime I order the snackn bacon it's burnt or there's not a lot.. or it not cooked enough without the stuff that goes on it.. un toasted bagels when asked to be toasted.. there's just always something wrong with the food unfortunately:( read more

I went inside this store earlier this week and waited at the counter for 15 minutes with no service (I was the only person there). When I asked employees in the back for some service they told me they only had three employees at that time (5:00 PM on a week day) and they would get to me when they could. I waited another 3 minutes then walked out. I was frustrated and they did not and will never get any of my business. This was the third time I had issues with this DD. I had forgotten my mask so I went through drive thru. I ordered 2 donuts and small coffee. The bill was $5.06. The person at window was unfriendly and not engaged. He was robotic. I do not go to DD. I go to the place across street. FRESH donuts and very friendly. AND same order is $3.62! That is huge difference. As I said I did not have mask so had to go to DD drive thru. Never again. The "new" Dunkin Donuts is twice as bad as the old location. Every time I go, which is daily, they are out of cups, flavors, donuts, etc. Today it appeared they would take an order at the drive thru and then do not take the next person until the first person drives up and gets their order. In other words taking one drive thru customer at a time. They were out of watermelon coolada's , no plain donuts, they could not give me my sales slip because the "dashboard" was down so they gave me the order for free. The manager said "we are having issues". Seems to me they have issues everyday. I waited ten minutes from the time I gave the order at the window to the time I got it. There were two cars in front of me. I recommend you drive to DD in Windham. It will take you just as much time or go to the donut shop across the street. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is in a convenient spot with an equally convenient convenience store inside. It's pretty darn convenient. There's not too much to say (I mean, come on--it's a Dunkin' Donuts, and they're all pretty much the same). Also, they have french crullers, and those are a bit hard to find! So they get one extra star from me for that. I just wish that they kept their donut stock better replenished. read more

Every time I go here, i have some sort of issue. Today, I came here, my refresher was great and my sandwich tasted fine but my bagel bites were frozen...again!! Usually if they're cold, I just deal with it but today they were completely frozen to the point where I couldn't even bite into them. Turned around and went through the drive thru, got up to the window and very nicely told them that my bagel bites were frozen. They had me pull up to the next window and wait for new ones. The "new ones" were still the old ones but this time they were burnt on the outside yet the cream cheese was still frozen on the inside. Super annoying and just overall unprofessional on their part. Pretty typical Dunk's, coffee is always great, donuts so-so and because they're made off the premises, you'll never get a warm one. Funny thing is, it's directly across the street from the Village Bakery and Donut shop, which always has warm donuts and pastries. read more

Probably the worst Dunkin in Maine. Employees look high all the time. Food is always wrong when I stop there. This was the worst dunkin experience I've ever had in my life. If I could give a lower rating I would. It's as if they took children from kindergarten class on a field trip to the Dunkin' Donuts to run the store for the day, they had no clue what they were doing. I payed, for my drinks and was told to pull up to the next window to get my food. So I pulled up.. waited.. 7 minutes go by and I knock on the window because they forgot about me.. nothing.. so I walk in the store they give me half of my order so I have to tell them what they forgot to give me. Another 5 minutes goes by and I finally get my food. Abosulutely horrible. I live less than half a mile from this store and now choose to drive to the Windham Dunkin. I order the same drink everyday, large hot macchiato with caramel, and at the Raymond store it is never consistent. One day it is nothing but steamed milk, the next it is so sickening sweet I can't drink it, the next they fail to add the caramel. Hoped they would get it together but after months of dissatisfaction, I'm done. read more

I've always disliked going to this Dunkin because you get poor service and extremely slow service at that. I decided not to drive as far as I normally do and grab a sandwich and coffee... I should've known it would take almost 30 minutes to order and actually get what I ordered. After leaving I realized not only was my food completely wrong but my coffee wasn't even close to what I ordered. Not to mention the woman that took the order with an attitude was the same woman who did not give friendly service at the window and tossed my food on the counter and shook her head at me. As a rule I've gone there wanting a hot coffee no matter if the weather is below zero or 90 degrees. Too many times I've gotten coffee there then literally had to stop at another DD because the coffee was so horrible we just couldn't drink it! I've even gone back inside and they would actually tell me they thought it might be too old but "didn't smelled"" burnt to them! How old is old to them? As soon as you would lift the flap on the cup you could smell if it was gonna be a good cup of coffee or not! Sometimes it looks more like hot milk instead of hot coffee. Sometimes you just can't make something better. Dunkin Donuts in Raymond is that some thing. New facility, looks great but still service isn't there. At first service was much better than in the old location but the last week the new one is slowly slipping back into the "poor service." Today I went ordered 2 coffees got them and paid at the first window. Then had to go to the dreaded 2nd window. I ordered the French fried donut sticks. Seven yes seven cars drove around me while I waited. I was on the 4th song on the radio before I saw a employee coming into work and waved to her. She left to find where my order was . Then someone came with it. First of all just take them off the menu the wait is ridiculous! Second they tasted aweful. A real after taste. Stay away from this item on their menu. Finally I strongly recommend just getting coffee. The wait for anything else isn't worth it. Last, take a look across the street at the other donut place. read more
