I always try the drive-through in this location. Unfortunately, every time I order a doughnut from here, it seems that they always run out of the one I want. I have only provided two stars because they are quick with mobile orders, but too many times have I gone there to get a simple coffee with cream and Splenda (i.e., an uncomplicated drink), and the drink provided is not made properly (usually incredibly bitter or too sweet), is often filled at the bottom of the cup with coffee grounds, and the cups leak. I am done going to this location, and you should avoid it too unless you enjoy the crunch of bitter coffee grounds in your drinks. read more

I went to this location to purchase some avocado toast, and I was rather perturbed when I returned home to discover that the bread wasn't toasted... and it barely had any bacon on it. Hence the word "Toast" when you refer to "Avocado toast". Order to go this morning. Got a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a croissant with egg cheese and bacon. Got on 75 and got food out. When eating both items had a chemical taste and smell. Only thing we can figure is toaster was cleaned with chemicals but not cleaned out good had to throw out. Should have known better, Dunkin has hit the pits over last few years. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin location! The staff here are amazing and remember their regular customers orders and really put love and care into making sure everyone has a great start to their morning! I've been going here since the Place opened. I've there past six months, food service, cleanliness - everything has plummeted. Today we bought a chocolate milk, and two iced coffees; all three had spoiled milk! We told them and they just looked at us like what do you want e you do about it. Either a lack of training, concern, or both. The customer service has hit rock bottom with some employees playing on their phones instead of taking orders. These are certainly not chick fil an employees! The dining area usually requires us to clean our table before we can eat as it's not been clean recently. It's so sad to see a staple business decline so rapidly. The owner - who has always been pleasant to speak with - should take a serious look at why his restaurant is in such a decline. I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and stopped by and placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee macchiato. I told the cashier that I can't have dairy and asked if they had other alternatives and she told me they had oat milk which I was happy to hear and therefore ordered one and asked to have no whip. When the drink arrived it had whip and was iced. When I informed the person who made it that this is not what I ordered She looked at me with a look of disgust and she responded, "you say too much ". I was shocked and perplexed and asked her what she meant and then a person who claimed she was the manager immediately ran over and said to this worker, "don't talk to her because then she will never leave". I could not even believe what I was hearing and when I asked her why she said that she started yelling at me that she doesn't need to tell me anything. When I asked her for her name, since she stated she was the manager, she refused to give it to me. I realized that something was wrong here and these people were treating me in a manner that was extremely rude and simply because they were angry that the order that I placed was not right and that I informed them that it wasn't what I had ordered and that I can't have dairy because I am allergic. After being treated so poorly and realizing there was no ability to discuss rationally with these people, I simply requested a refund and the manager refused to speak directly to me and instead just shouted out loud in a very sharp tone, "if she wants a refund she's just gonna have to wait!" I have never been treated in such a poor manner. I waited and waited and she finally came over and rang up the refund and when I asked for a receipt she yelled, "there is no receipt!" I am a reasonable person who is a solid member of her community and is a dedicated RN who works with cancer patients and certainly did not deserve to be treated in such a horrible manner as I was at this establishment. I would never treat someone this way. In fact if I found out a person had received a wrong order I simply would have helped them to get the order fixed but nothing of the sort happened. I would never ever go back to Duncan donuts after this treatment by their staff and wanted to post this so others could avoid this abuse! Just horrible. read more

I had a weird experience at DD. It was 6:15pm and I couldn't order food because the kitchen was closed for cleaning. When I got to the window, I noticed the hours till 7pm. So I asked if the kitchen isn't open the same hours, she sweetly assured me that it was. But it's closed right now? Yes m'am. And the store will reopen it before 7? Yes m'am. I frequent the 301 location near Big Bend for our hot hazelnut latte with oatmilk and hash browns for our son. The lattes are very inconsistent and most times we aren't happy, but we keep going back and waiting in the long line bc my son's love for the hashbrowns. He's 3 so there's only a couple of things he really eats at the moment. AnyWho, we visited a Dunkin' in Dallas this past weekend and the lattes were amazing which made me finally decide to leave a review so this location can get it right. The line at Dunkin is normally very long and I just learned about the app so I decided to order on the app today and when I walked in the drinks were ready which I was excited about, but they were made with coconut milk and had no taste at all. Rude! When I get to the counter, it took forever for someone to acknowledge I was there as there were 3 people in the front of house talking about personal matters. Then I get greeted with a smug "what can I get for you?" Like I was an inconvenience. Then I asked for an assorted dozen. Now, I must say, it was the day before Thanksgiving, and they are closed for Thanksgiving to be with their Family which I 100% support, and I assume that is why the low inventory. When I arrived the the door was locked and sign on the door stated drive thru only. If I could give no stars I would. I am a type 1 diabetic and asked for a cold brew with a splash of cream and sugar free syrup. I was given essentially an iced coffee with a half inch of sugar on the bottom. I was going through the drive through and took a sip and got a huge mouthful of sugar. I went inside to let them know of the mix up and got dirty looks, no apology and eye rolls from the manager and employees. Dunkin' Donuts... well I've been to this DD a few times before mainly in the early morning and never really a problem. But I went a couple of times in the afternoon/early evening and it's totally unacceptable. I should have gotten the hint by the empty parking spacesdirectly in front of the store. But Today I decided to stop in because it's a little chilly out and wanted a simple Dark Roast coffee and 2 ice coffees with a egg croissant. I get the ice coffees pretty quick and after about 6 mins or so i get the sandwich (in which he had to make himself) so I asked about the Dark Roast and he says "yeah I'm heating it up"?!?!.. I asked him what do you mean heating it up? He says to me he has it in a carafe on top of the brewer literally heating up the coffee on the burner. Who knows how long it been sitting there. He then tells me I can make a fresh pot but it's going to take a bit... REALLY?!?.. I honestly believe it's THE MANAGEMENTS FAULT because they only have 2 employees working so the one who takes the order has to prepare the sandwiches get coffees etc etc. The same goes for the one operating the drive-thru. Needless to say I just walked out with a reg coffee that was way too light which went straight in the garbage. It's a shame because it's a fairly new DD in a prime location. But there are many other DD on 301 so it's time to move on and give them a try. WAKE UP MANAGEMENT!! Update!! Decided to give it a shot again after almost a year only to be DISAPPOINTED AGAIN. On a positive note they now have more than 2 people working on a shift.. & That's all on the positives. So I Went in because my family decided we wanted some bagels for breakfast/lunch it was about 11am and it's close to home and so I walk in and asked for a dozen bagels no eggs, no cream cheese nothing just bagels she went to the back area and I was told they have no more bagels, surprised I'm now looking at the donuts and at least 6-7 empty spaces where the donuts are so I'm concerned and a little pissed and I said to the poor girl "you do realize it's only 11am and you have only 3 different donut choices and no bagels" she doesn't know what to say because it's not her fault. But at 11am on a Saturday & they don't have bagels and donuts. MANAGEMENT/OWNER is totally missing because they won't even answer reviews. They should close this place down immediately. Great location and easy to access. So glad they finally opened up one in this area. It's brand new and the staff are very friendly. The inside is clean and opens a ton of sitting (leather chairs and coffee table, booths, tables, and a high top bar with stools). They also have a drive thru if you are on the go! read more

This stand alone store is my new fav place on my way to school and work! The lines are a little long but move fast. Those crescent/donut peanut butter things are ridiculously delicious and you better get them early because they sell out by early afternoon! The only way this store could be better is by stirring the sugar in the frapps. It's never done and it's difficult to do with whipped topping.
