Been going to this Dunkin for a few years now. Only time service may have been a lil rocky is when they hire lots of new staff. Inside was so very clean with excellent customer service my donuts was nice and fresh and speedy service I love that the sign said sun city runs on Dunkin as it was located in sun center it was very cute. This Dunkin location is always soooo busy especially the drive-thru. The service has been good so far, you just need to be patient, if you're not you can always order through the app and pick up your order without the wait. I'm a classic chocolate glazed donut kinda of a girl and their donuts are always great!! Their coffee is my husband's fuel! Got him the Caramel Craze without whip! Ambiance inside is great. The service at this Dunkin' is consistently awful. Orders are rarely made correctly -- and when they are, it feels like pure luck. Today was the last straw: my snack bacon came out cold, half my chicken wrap was ice-cold in the middle, and all the drinks were made wrong. For the prices they charge, you'd expect at least decent service or fresh food, but this place fails to deliver either. On March 23 around 7 am, I went through the drive through. The young woman started to hand me the wrong order. I corrected her with respect & was nice about it. She was rude, never smiled, never said thank you ... she could use a class on how to treat customers. You will never get this treatment at a Starbucks. I like to start my mornings with a nice cup of coffee. At times a good Caramel Latte with Oats Milk. This morning hubby and I went through the drive-thru and had to go back inside with our drinks. His coffee had cream and water but no coffee and my Caramel Latte tasted like only cream. They made them over, unfortunately they still was not good. The bagel was hard. Can't comment on the coffee, but I can attest to the lack of customer service and professionalism on the Baskin-Robbins side of this equation. Ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my son's 8th (per his request). Not only was it not made as ordered, the preparer doubled down on her blunder while also shifting blame to the district mgr. We arrived after the scheduled pickup time, thinking we had allotted additional time for the unforeseen. She said that had we arrived by 4pm, the cake could have been made correctly. ?? A cake we had ordered and paid a premium for more than 24 hours prior, the time BR says they need for cake prep on their site. She then offers to have a properly made cake the NEXT day (after the party and sons bday). She even went as far as to say that the district mgr told her to make that monstrosity, and that either we accepted the cake or a full refund. I've never seen unlicked oreos without creme filling, so forgive me if I was a little unappetized by 7 single oreo wafers atop this eyesore. No discount was offered, only two quarts of ice cream we didn't have freezer space for. Ironically, Publix had erred on a special order cake the day before for my older son. They remade him a smaller version of the original as well as gave a partial refund. They apologized and never tried to shift the blame elsewhere. We appreciate that and will continue to patronize. As far as ice cream cakes, this family of 8 will be going to Coldstone instead. I'm sure they'll APPRECIATE the extra business that comes with 6 children that love ice cream cake. read more

When the desire for coffee hits, which is pretty much after I finish the previous cup its good to know that there's always a dunkin near by even when driving down the Highway. We stopped in to grab a couple donuts and of course a cup of coffee or two and some how we left with some ice cream as well at 10am. They were pretty busy not only through the drive thru but also inside yet the wait was minimal and the taste of everything was on par. Oh did I mention they have a putting green just outside and golf clubs to borrow for a chance at a hole in one! So stop in for a bite. read more

Dunkin donuts 13135 us highway 301 S Big bend area I went there on sun mourning at opening. Drive through ordered a dozen donuts and a sandwich. Cool. But when I pulled up to pay, the strangest thing happened. I've never seen anything like it. One of the employees took an empty donut tray, reached it out of the drive through window, tapped it on the ground 1 time, then pulled it back in. they must have this on camera. Needless to say I did not become a customer there. Why would he do it? Was he warning me about the food there? Some restaurants good are not sanitary. Was he mentally compromised and or dangerous, who knows? Either way, he did it intentionally in front of Me. I report this for the greater good. Don't tolerate bad food service. It's not worth it. It is what it is, but the donuts are not that good and almost never fresh. Go to Elite donuts which are located in the same parking lot down the way from Beals. I would gladly pay for your donuts if you go to Elite and say they are not better than Dunkin Donuts! That is how much better they are. Just horrible customer service! I ordered chocolate shake, sometimes the chocolate shakes are good and actually made with chocolate ice cream. Sometimes they're made with milk and chocolate syrup. We can tell the difference Dunkin donuts! So we have to go back inside only to be met with rudeness for asking for it to be properly made. UPDATE: Went to Dunkin' on 9/19/21 for a breakfast sandwich. Tried to go inside (it was during the day) but it was closed, only drive thru (where mistakes are frequently made). Drive thru line backed up into street - I am not going to burn $3.00/gallon of gasoline in my car to sit in their drive thru and wait, let alone my car potentially overheating in the drive thru line. Manager claims short staffing - was the restaurant really short staffed or was the manager using short staffing as an excuse to not open the dine in lobby? After all, long drive thru lines don't necessarily mean you are doing good business. Long drive thru lines mean that something is being done terribly wrong. If the manager claims short staffing at Dunkin', why not close the restaurant? read more

Stopped by for a quick coffee and snack. A typical DD with Baskin Robins inside. I do love glazed blueberry cake doughnut! Cold brew was average, regular coffee was better. Good for quick stop of in a hurry, not very personal. They have putting green outside but looks like the ball would go in the road. read more

Terrible customer service, more specifically Management. I ordered a cake to be ready the following day at 4pm. My son picked this specific cake for his birthday because it had 6 different ice cream flavors in Oreo cookies on top. The next day was his birthday, we decided to go to the strawberry festival and didn't get home til 8pm and I hurried over to this location to pick up his cake. The Assistant manager brought the cake and I told her it wasn't the right cake. I showed her my receipt on email of what I ordered and she said that her district manager told her it was an Oreo cookie cake and that's what she made. She started texting her district manager. She said they can make the cake and it will be ready to pick up the next day and I said "well what is that going to do for me now? My son is expecting me to bring back his cake right now" she said "well you can take this cake or you can get a refund and we keep the cake and we can sell it to someone else." I said "well then I have no cake for my son?" At this point I'm pretty frustrated the Assistant manager says "well if you would have picked up the cake at 4pm I would have been able to remake the cake but there's not enough time now!" What made matters worse was the day before was my other sons birthday and Publix messed up his cake but they gave me more than half my money back and remade a personal size cake for him correctly so he could get what he wanted. I told the assistant manager about what happened at Publix the day before and she said "well we're a different company" I said "clearly, I know that, and now I don't think I will ever buy another cake here again or anything for that matter" The assistant manager offered for me to keep the cake and grab a couple quartz of ice cream for free. I asked her if she could give me some of the Oreos so I can at least try to give my son the different ice cream sandwiches he was expecting to have on his cake and she said "we used all the Oreos we had on this cake" so basically she lied to me about being able to remake my cake if I would have come back at the time I asked for the cake to be ready because if they had no more Oreos how could they make what I asked for? She also told me that she was the one offering the free ice cream, the district manager didn't even offer that! She said basically come pick up a new cake tomorrow or get a refund. Also, the cake that was made isn't even what she claimed it's suppose to be because they took apart the Oreos on the cake and just had the cookie parts but none of the cream on the inside. There were 7 halves that's not even 4 whole cookies and the advertised Oreo cookie cake has 8 whole cookies. They don't even have a cake advertised where the cookies are not whole. I believe she knew that she didn't have what she needed to make the cake and instead of calling me to tell me this they basically decided I'd either take the cake or they would just refund me and resell the cake. What HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have 6 children and nearly every birthday my kids want ice cream cakes so I buy Baskin Robbins cakes at LEAST 6 times a year. But NOT ANYMORE. I'm extremely disappointed AND the assistant manager really tried to justify not giving me a discount because it's the same price for the cake I got as the one I ordered. Well to me it's not the same when THE CAKE I GOT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED!!! AND you didn't even have all the cookies on the darn cake! I was going to give the assistant manager a pass but the more I think about how she handled this situation and what she said... the more I'm displeased with how that went down. Your management and customer service skills ARE TERRIBLE. Even more so from a district manager who was not willing to even remotely try to compensate for their mess up. While I am upset they messed up the cake because my son WAS disappointed, I am much more upset with how things were handled by MANAGEMENT. I will be writing to corporate. It's a shame. Convenient location, but too many stupid errors or lack of training. Last week, at the drive-thru, I ordered a croissant with no egg, just ham and cheese. Driving away, getting on hiway, opened sandwich wrap to find an untoasted english muffin with a micro-thin slice of ham and a light yellow something on the bread (cheese??). The food had absolutely no taste...just awful. Yesterday, wanted to use the coupon they give you for a free classic donut with a large drink order...not much of a deal, but that's all they give, soooo...Went thru drive-thru again. Ordered a large coffee and asked if they would give me an apple fritter instead of classic donut if I paid the extra 39 cents? Answer was, "no we can't do that". Come on people. Our experience was horrible at the dunkin in sun city the shift lead decided to not take our order. She said they were low staff but I seen 3 people just standing up not doing anything but they had taken the order of the customer ahead of us. This place is by far the rudest place I've ever visited. They used to be great but over the last 6 months all the good is gone. I ordered a coffee yesterday same as I always order and from the speaker the bad service started. Got to the window and the coffee was wrong, no big deal, when I informed the employee of it he snatches it back and mumbled something under his breath, when the drink was remade I kindly asked is there a problem, not sure if I ordered the coffee wrong or what the issue was, he yelled no there is no problem before yelling "shit" so everyone could hear. I have reached out to the leadership at this store and no one has attempted to contact me. Decided to give this place one more shot tonight but will most likely not be back... The donuts were as stale as ever, one employee outright LIED to us, and another had a major attitude problem, although they all seemed to have an attitude, even though we were very polite. We ordered their new iced coffee on a recommendation from a friend (who I am no longer taking recs from, obviously) and when I expressed disappointment that they only had 3 boring flavors to choose from (regular, chocolate, or caramel, oh boy how exciting and creative lol) I was told by the cashier that "unlike Starbucks or Wawa, ours are made with real coffee". When I tried to drink it, the frozen abomination was extremely bitter and tasted like old, stale, burnt coffee! Then the person actually making them (who was annoyed that they had to remake it) said they could make it with "less COFFEE FLAVORED SYRUP"! Yes, you read that right! So basically I was lied to because they are NOT made with real coffee, obviously. I happen to know for a fact that at least Wawa's frozen coffee is made with real coffee (you can see them brew it fresh and pour it right into the drink before they blend it, come on now) and it's also unprofessional to disrespect other businesses. Even moreso when you lie! I drank the 2nd one they made but it was still nothing compared to Wawa's frozen coffee. Wawa has super fluffy and fresh donuts as well, much better than this. As if that wasn't enough, of course the donuts we got were stale as always. I had hoped that at least that had improved, but sadly it seems that is not the case. Very delicious food. Very fresh food and coffee. They have a little miniature golf area to hit some golf balls around. Very clean place. I definitely recommend eating here. I didn't have ice cream but maybe next time I go back I'll eat some ice cream. read more

Overall I had a good experience except for the worker I had walked passed taking a smoke break while entering the building. I had ordered my food and while I was waiting I observed the same worker that was outside smoking making his way back inside and walk straight over to the food line and proceeded to make my order with the same gloves on that he had on while smoking!!! read more
