Wow! When did they redo their exterior and interior? It looks so amazing! The new bagel mini is EVERYTHING!!!! They're served piping hot and the creamy cream cheese filling oozes out and its heaven in your mouth! TRY THEM!!! This location always gets my order right and they're super fast. This is a very busy Dunkin Donuts. Especially in those morning hours. Centrally located in the heart of Secaucus. Across from Plaza Center on Paterson Plank Road & Flanagan Way. It's smaller inside than I originally thought with only six two person tables inside. Staff is very efficient with moving patrons in and out. Just grabbed my morning large iced turbo and those breakfast go to wraps. Noticed while waiting on line that they have a black and photo above the refrigerator of an original location. Turned out that this chain of coffee shops started off in Quincy Massachusetts in 1950. Parking is a bit of a problem. With cars coming in and going out on both sides. Just wait your turn or park across the street in the Plaza lot. More of a grab and go kind of place. read more

As a Lyft driver when I need to make a stop for coffee and maybe the restroom my first choice is usually a Dunkin' Donuts. This DD has been a fixture of Secaucus for a long time. It is spotless, efficient, and consistent. They make an excellent coffee, and it is always to your exacting specifications. It gets crowded, but they move things along quickly and efficiently. They know their regulars and, if you become one, your coffee will be waiting on the counter for you when you go in. This Dunkin Donuts has been refurbished on the outside and inside. They have some tables and chairs but not too many of them. The parking lot is tight so make sure to check your mirrors. Not the quietest place either so couldn't get much work done. I liked my green tea that came out of a tap. Interesting concept since I have never seen taps like that at dunkin donuts. Great dead on the menu very yummy very clean tvs and the radio is on staff is friendly and awesome I'm a regular here bathrooms are also so clean cash and credit here of course lots of cool travel mugs and other cool things to buy decent Parkin lot all close to the entrance unfortunately no drive threw easy to get to can't miss it! The parking situation can get crazy but at least they offer a lot to park in. It's pretty much your typical dunking donuts, fast quality coffee and breakfast foods. Depends on what time of the day you go will decide what kind of service you get. Usually friendly faces ready to fulfill your caffeine needs, sometimes even remembering a usual order. Dirty,rude,and sloppy ! This place is a place for lack of any choice open for business. There are very few choices in this small pit stop town for coffee after dark. I don't know why this towns board of health inspector has not fined or closed this business. In the city (NY) this place would have a D on the entrance window. The floor in the only bathroom was like glue not just sticky, I chose not to use it. I told the sales person that there was no paper in the bathroom and it looked as if it (the toilet)had not been flushed in a few days and all I got was "what is your order" I looked at the mess behind the counter and said never mind. I ended up finding out that there was another close by on the way to the New Jersey turnpike so I stoped there. read more

This place really overcharges their customers! I work in Secaucus near Harmon Meadow Plaza. I normally go to that DD location because it is close. Today I happened to be in town and stopped at the Paterson plank road location for and iced tea. This place charges $2.99 for a large iced tea! After taxes it's $3.20. The DD at the plaza charges $1.99 after taxes it's $2.13. I just wanted to let the people of Secaucus that visit this DD know that they are getting ripped off. If they are overcharging this much on iced tea which is easy to make, how much are they over charging on sandwiches and specialty coffees which might take more time? read more

Rude customer service. My boyfriend and I were pretty frequent customers and had never encountered anything negative, but just recently we were utterly surprised. The lady at the register walked over to where my boyfriend and I were sitting and rudely told us to move. She then sat where we were sitting and smiled.
