I preordered a dozen Boston creme donuts on the app the day before I needed them along w 3 lattes. I arrived to pick up my order- lattes were ready but donuts were not. I was told they only had 13 Boston cremes and could not give me 12 bc that would leave them with only 1 donut for the day. I picked up at 9am so not crazy early. The manager told me she could only give me 6 and walked away. There was only 1 other customer in the store. Is no one ever allowed to get the last donut? Horrible horrible service. I've never ever been there without them Messi g up my order. They will not fix your order at the window without being rude and talking behind your back, as you can clearly see from your car. You have to repeat your order 20 times , and they still get it wrong! I've ordered something at the kiosk, confirmed and gotten to the window and they forgot it. So, they then tell me that I will have to drive back around to add to my order because they cannot add anything at the window!!!! It was their fault!!!! When I go back around in line after 10 cars deep because inside looks like a circus, the lady is soooo rude to me! I swear I could of come through my car window. So, for instance this morning, I order a dozen doughnuts (glazed, jelly filled, and glazed with chocolate icing) so of course, I get to window and they give me chocolate cake with vanilla glaze!)) Oh my gosh, It's Like I'm in a bad movie. So I tell them that the order is wrong, and once again rude and trying to tell me that I am wrong when I ordered the doughnuts. Again, I order coffee with cream and sugar on the side and they forget that so I have to go in in my pj's! I tell them they forgot cream and she pretty much throws it at me! Oh wait, before all of this, they have an employee come out and tell everyone that the system is down and they only take cash!!!! Uuuugh, so has to go to bank. Trust me, I know what you're thinking, why didn't you just go somewhere else instead of taking the time to get cash out.? Well, unfortunately, it's the only place around here that is serving coffee and breakfast on Saturdays without a long wait sitting in a restaurant, I will add though, the donuts are always stale! Another complaint I have, along with the thousand others is that my daughter was in car line with 30 minutes until closing, got up to the kiosk to order and they told her sorry we're closed. It was clearly that they were not close to because there were people in the dining room, it just came down to someone was lazy and didn't want to deal with the drive-through. I could sit here all day long and complain about this Dunkin' Donuts but it would take a week to get it all on paper. I just thought it was necessary to put all of this out there because they deserve a zero on everything of their report I can't imagine if all of this goes on outside of the kitchen, what the back must look like. They must do a quick cleanup job before the state comes in so to top all of this off, avoid this location. I am ashamed that I have even given them my money or shown up to their location. This morning when I went in to grab the cream and sugar that they forgot, I made the comment after I was leaving the door that I have never had a good experience with this location and that their service is crap. Two people were waiting for their food, and they both agreed with me, so I'm pretty sure it's not just me and if I could take this to the tops attention, I'm pretty sure they would do some reevaluating of this location and their rude staff! read more

This DD unit surprises me. Being basically brand new, very neat, clean. What is the problem that your staff do not know what a plain choc. glazed donut it. How do you give me a Boston creame donut instead. This happens all the time. Added, the donut was stale. Since when do you just drop donuts in a bag and not use the small plastic sheet first. The 2 in PTC (Shell gas station, one in front of Publix on 54) and now this one all are terrible. I am afraid the new one coming in the new Shell on Hwy 75/ Rockaway Rd will end up being the same. Same as another poster, I have been to hundreds of DD from Maine, NH, in many different states and also see the drop in quality. Starts about the same time when all the units stopped making fresh donuts and now have them trucked in. So far the only good one is the one in Hapeville by the airport on Virginia Ave. read more

I received great service this morning placing my order - 5 stars... Unfortunately, after driving miles to get "fresh" donuts, I was extremely disappointed. Packaged donuts at a mini mart are much fresher than the donuts I was given to fulfill my order at this Dunkin Donuts location. I have experienced Dunkin Donuts across the USA over many years, and I have seen a deterioration of the quality of their products, including what I use to consider some of the best coffee available, as well as their service. This particular location was neat, clean, and well organized for the minimal donut/pastry selection they offered. As I mentioned at the beginning of my review, I received excellent service, as I was pleasantly greeted by an obviously very busy young lady who did not rush me for my order, neatly boxed up my donuts, and wished me a good day (5 Stars). I just wish the store had some quality donuts to go along with the excellent service I received so my review could have been more stars. This is a fairly new location... I hope the management takes note of the poor quality of donuts being offered and realize they can make a difference for customers by upscaling their offerings to provide truly "Fresh" donuts, rather than donuts that are more like week old stale bread. read more

On10/15/23 around 12:20 whoever is working the window and taking orders completely disrespected my girlfriend. Now I like the coffee it's cheap and does it's job but she asked for crispy hashbrowns on my behalf, to no surprise after a few seconds was laughed at and told "yea sure" by the employee. Then proceeding to the window to pay in cash paid her no kind or courtesy's and handed the last things out and said little with much attitude. Then lastly instead of crispy hashbrowns they went out of their way to make them so soggy the fell apart when holding them. It's nice to have somewhere close for coffee and snacks but this person should be fired as they have no self respect read more

The amount of money my husband and I spend on Dunkin' Donuts is insane. We go almost every single day. And I'm honestly tired of the disrespect. I typically get a sausage bacon egg and cheese croissant every time and they ALWAYS forget the bacon but charge him for it anyways. It's annoying and I don't complain because it's not a big deal to me. But today we went again this morning and my husband needed help with the Dunkin app and the lady that helped us at the window spoke to him as if he was the most incompetent person on earth and quite frankly it pissed me the F off. If you're gonna be miserable and rude to customers working there then you should probably find a new job! Don't be nasty and disrespectful because you're unhappy! I never leave bad reviews but I just had to this time. It's been more often then not that we've gotten rude ass employees and quite frankly they need to fix their shit. I will no longer be going to that Dunkin and rather deal with the hassle of going farther away to avoid disrespectful ass people.
