I set it on my counter put my purse down and went to grab the bag to open it and a mouse jumped out of the bag. There was mouse feces in the bottom of the bag and the mouse chewed in or out of the black meal container. After a while my son caught it and disposed of it. I called Zaxby's and informed them, then wrote a letter to the corporate office. The next day I called the health department and left a message. A week later I have not heard from Zaxby's or the Health Department. Very traumatic experience! Will never go back!

I pulled up to the drive thru window and asked for the manager at the location (Starrs Mill Panera in Peachtree City) and the Managers Michelle and Ashley jumped on it for me to get in touch with the Atlanta location and cancel my order and refund me as well. To my biggest surprise, Ashley redid my order and gave it to me within minutes at no charge. I just cried. What customer service she and Michelle had and turned my bad day into a wonderful day.
