You know I really hate to write a review like this, but this but this is crazy. I don't know what has happened to this McDonald's since just a couple of months ago, but lately anytime you go they don't want you to stay at the drive-thru window. Prime example was today we went and got food because we were on our way to a family event and we ended up being parked at the drive-thru parking spots for 20 minutes and nobody had brought us our food. On top of that we watched 4 other people get there food from the drive-thru window. Finally we went inside to get our food, and the hamburger they gave us was nasty. Like I understand it's fast food but this was disgusting. It looked like someone had broken off a piece for themselves. And the people working there were so unhelpful. When we showed her the burger she replied with, "what's wrong with that?" Seriously McDonald's this is ridiculous. If I could it would be 0 stars. read more

I don't eat fast foods all that often but, sometimes I do enjoy a Big Mac. Seems like anytime I've tried this location, their shake Machine is down. I went to get a Big Mac today, who's wr the girl was on the intercom was less then happy about taking another order. When I go to the "second" window, no greeting, Just takes my card. When She returns it, no thanks or anything. She starts to Close the window and loudly I say, THANK YOU. She looks at me like, "what?" I say you're supposed to thank the customer. Closes the window. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I love less than a mile away and I refuse to go here. Once ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal for my son and when we got home and opened the box, it was NOT chicken nuggets. It looked like a mixture of thousand island and gravy. No clue what it was. He was 2 at the time and probably my would have put whatever it was in his mouth if I hadn't found it first. I notified the higher ups and absolutely nothing happened. The worst! We stopped in to order biscuits Sunday morning. We had to pull up and wait after the order - which is fine. Five other cars also pulled up to wait. After 20 minutes, the orders came out, none with tickets on them, so the young lady had to dig through the bags to find out what was inside. Ours was missing a biscuit, so I went back inside. Ten people waiting in there, one woman waiting for 15 minutes for a frappe, before being told as we were standing there that there were no frappes because no one had cleaned the machine. No Coke was available. It was utter chaos from start to finish. read more

Probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. They didn't have anyone working the register and just pointed you to the kiosk to order. We waited a long time for our order. The manager passed by several times without saying a word or offering to help. It seemed one lady in front was doing everything and a few others were standing around. We noticed their health inspection grade was a C, we would have left immediately if we saw that first. Just visited the McDONALDS in Senoia Ga. and they will rip you off. First they have you wait 10 minutes before they even take your order, then when you pull up to pay then they give you the change back with no receipt. I ordered a double quarter pounder, macdouble, and medium fry, I got hone with macdouble, medium fry, and a REGULAR QUATER POUNDER. I hope all of these fast food restaurants go bankrupt and let those employees loose their jobs. read more

I hate this McDonald's...everytime I order the same thing....and everytime they get it wrong. A double cheeseburger..no pickles...extra, extra onions. When I get it...it's like they read the slip like this....dont put a pickle on it...and dont put much onion...and whatever you do, only put a drop of mustard and a smidgen of ketchup. I wish I knew her name but the lady who checked me out was talking over me constantly and was super rude, 2 kiosks were broken and all she kept saying was "PLACE ORDER AND PAY AT KIOSK" yelling over me while I'm trying to explain the card reader was down. I explained that there's literally a note on the kiosk saying "please pay with card at counter" and she continues to yell PAY AT KIOSK. Her description was an African American lady about 5 foot 5 or so and she was super rude. Didn't have a name tag so I don't really know how to pinpoint her. I'm almost certain she's the manager too which explains the state of the store and all the bad reviews. Jackson was very friendly however he is usually the only pleasant employee. read more

I have never met such an incompetent female that is made to hold entitlement of the McDonald's in Senoia, Ga. 30276. I picked up an online order and asked for a chicken nugget kids meal. She asked for the online order number and ask me to pull around to the second window. I set, mind you, 30 minutes at the speaker waiting to order. I get to the semiconductor window and he hands me the online order but says he has no order for the kids meal. I asked for the lady taking the order or a manager so he returns to tell me I have to pull back around. After waiting for 45 minutes now I asked for the manager. She called me a liar and told me I didn't ask for the kids meal. Why would I lie to a manager at McDonald's? It's clearly visible that you can't run your shift because I set 45 min waiting on 6 nuggets. She called the police on me instead of just ringing up the kids meal and bringing it to me. Who in the world hired this poor woman? I know we don't expect much it being McDonald's and all but please have a manager that has a little class and customer service expertise. The lack of education the woman has was obvious when she threw the "customer is always right", in the woods. I would expect someone over the age of 30 to own their mistakes and be a leader for other employees. It's just to much to ask for these days. Way to go Senoia, the richest city in Georgia!!! Well, it's food sort of. The hamburger was rare, had pink in it. Used the automatic kiosk to order. Made my selections and wouldn't let me complete so I had to do it over again. But if you use cash, you have to go to the cashier when she has a moment to stop over. I drive all over west GA and I thought this was to worst. But then there's McD in Fayetteville that's just a little bit worse. If corporate ever stopped in, well it's almost clean. But that's about it. I have been here once before and I know I will drive another 15 miles for something better. I found the food in the attached gas station better. read more
