Today is my birthday. Prior to attending this Dunkin' location, I did thorough research to find that on your birthday, you are supposed to receive a free donut (see references). However, this location does not believe in happy birthdays. As I kindly approached the front and asked if I could have my free birthday donut, the cashier appeared perplexed, and went to their manager for help. The manager then meandered up, while I wasted precious birthday minutes, and SCREAMED that they would NOT give me a free birthday donut. WHAT. THE. FUDGE. 30 minutes later, we saw that same manager dump 80 dozen donuts in the dumpster. This is an outrage! Do better Dunkin. DO. BETTER. read more

It's hard to get good, cheap coffee as a college student at UVM, but this was worth the bike trip every time. Convenient and easy to get in and out of, my order was always ready on time and perfectly (through the app). They were always extremely friendly and I enjoyed sitting under their trees for a nice study break. Update: love to sit inside this dunkin. All the employees always make my drink exactly as specified and always exceed expectation. read more

I love that this DD is open so late! Perfect for a late night pick me up. It's also conveniently placed near an awesome concert venue, so in the winter time you can get something to warm up before you stand in a long line outside. The staff is quick, friendly, and never gets my order wrong. read more

This is the second time in this store since December. This place is discussingly filthy , The girl waiting on us , what ya have while the other counted her tips of 35.00 . The counters, floors, bathrooms were abouslty disgusting no food could be cook the ovens were down , by the look of the place I would never eat their . 18 mins, to get too lattes four donuts and a snacking bacon. They made 1 bev right away, and gave us the donuts at the counter. Than I proceeded to wait 15 mins for a snackin bacon that was sitting out down in the counter while the man made my drink only after I asked where the rest our order was because they completed three other orders for online orders for people who were not even in the store for their food yet. Gross. And after u asked three times for a refund cause I couldn't wait any longer they just said oh well I have other orders ahead of yours but that's false because we orders ahead, and got half the order no problem fast. But than was pushed to wait 15 mins while they finished online orders for people who weren't even there. That's stupid. 18 bucks for burnt cold bacon because all the while she was worried about making several sandwiches and bagels and eggs my bacon sat in the counter for ever. Super cold. And she kept wiping her sweat her of her forehead while she was making the orders with no mask on at al. All. And the second lady just kept sticking her hands in sanitizer water ringing out a rag that she wasn't even using or wiping anything down with. Instead of getting my bacon or refunding my money.! This is my absolute favorite Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to.... Everyone that works there is so friendly. Unlike other chain coffee shops the employees take the time to learn your order and name. It's a very personal experience. They actually care and take pride in making sure your order is how you like it to be. Its a really good feeling to walk into a restaurant and have people greet you by name and ask if you're getting your usual. For example, I used to go to Starbucks everyday and not only was I paying a considerable amount more for my coffee, even though I went to the same one daily, the employees acted as if they had never seen me before and had no idea what I ordered. Being treated like a person and receiving excellent service is what anyone should want in a restaurant experience and it's what this Dunkin Donuts always provides!! read more

I love that this Dunkin is open 24 hours! Quick and friendly staff. The usual quality food. The only issue I've ever had was one day I went and they ran out of a lot of the flavors for coffee. Hazelnut? Nope. Caramel? Nope. I asked what they did have and ended up getting vanilla. I was not disappointed, sometimes a tiny change can be good! The coffee woke me right up too! read more

Had watched multiple people inside when I pulled up at 7:30 pm, front door locked so went to drive they where waited and asked for help for 5 mins to watch the lights be shut off and this is half hour BEFORE closing time for them and calling beforehand to check on the time they closed. I'm not sure a Dunkin Donuts is a plausible place to review. I'd worked there, ate there. It was decent on ready-to-eat breakfast food and the coffee is somewhat addictive...if you're not picky. The management is a little erratic, but I'm sure they're not known for anything--really--besides donuts...which are donuts; and if you're not in the mood for a donut, don't go there--though, I did fall in love with the steak sandwich (on the croissant, with cheese) before my sudden needed departure.... read more

This Dunkin' has really come along in the past few years. It used to have some really lame counter staff who moved at the speed of molasses. Now, along with the much-needed remodeling, they've got some of the friendliest counter staff I've come across in ANY coffee joint. I tipped big today despite just getting a bit of coffee and snack wrap. I felt so welcomed and appreciated. I do have say the breakfast snack wrap wasn't all that great but did satisfy a quick hunger pang. Also, to any of you who have bought DD coffee in a while (like me), be warned: when they say "caution, hot contents" on the cup, they aren't kiddin'! As soon as the girl handed me my coffee, I made the HUGE mistake of opening it right away and taking a sip. I could instantly feel the roof of my mouth peeling off as the scalding worked its way to my throat! OWW! My mouth has not felt the same since that first sip. My mother and I were traveling from the US border to Boston and I had left my purse at this particular Dunkin Donuts. When I called I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff, most importantly the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got my purse back.
