if i could give negative stars i would. every time i go in there the manager(?) looks so mad you'd think somebody shot his dog. all of the other employees there are actually really nice and do their jobs well. once in a while if i go and there's a line something minor is wrong with my order, and truthfully, ive worked at both southwick stores and have messed up orders myself. i understand the chaos. however, back to them having squidward as a manager, he needs an attitude adjustment and also needs to realize the only person making him work there is himself so if you feel the need to take your anger out on others because you're feeling so piss-poor-pouty pants go join the MMA or something. I hate to complain. I literally go to Dunkin' Donuts every day, no matter what. But I will never ever go back to this Dunkin'. I will travel into Westfield or go to the other Dunkin' in southwick before I ever go back there. I understand we are going through a pandemic, and it's serious. I UNDERSTAND. I am working through it, too. I respect the people that work in Dunkin Donuts and I spend a lot of my money there and have WORKED THERE when I was in high school. But today, that was it for me. I ordered two sandwiches, hash browns, and two donuts. We left the drive thru and went down the street and I noticed we were missing a donut. No big deal, we went back and got the donut. Then upon leaving a second time (my fault, I assumed everything else was all set) I went to grab my hash browns and they weren't in any of the bags. Now I'm upset, went in, said we had been missing a donut and now the hash browns. The girl at the register, super nice. Was going to give a second donut, said I didn't need it, said thank you. Then the manager, I don't know her name, came over and literally glared at me and dropped the hash browns on the counter and said NOTHING to me. Just came over and was almost judging me? I can't even describe it. Just tossed the bag and stood there staring at me. I do not believe the whole saying "the customer is always right" because I know that's so beyond wrong sometimes, but today was basically pathetic. I understand that mistakes get made and that the fast food industry is difficult, high volume of customers, high turnover of staff. But to blatantly act like that, as if I was lying or trying to make this woman look bad? Absurd. I will never go into that Dunkin' again. read more

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. Recently we purchased food from this location and one of our items had a bite mark in it! Someone at that location took a bite out of our food! This Dunkin' is literally the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Every single time I go here my coffee tastes so horrible and I fail to taste it and be that person in the drive thru checking all of my coffee before I go home. Update, I drove all the way back and the girls were nice and remade my coffee to be perfect for me. The absolute worst customer service. I went in to get the two egg and cheese wraps which I often get at different locations. The wraps have always been consistent for their money. This time they were covered in onions and had a quarter of a chopped up egg inside. I went inside to talk to the manager and she was extremely short and wouldn't listen to a single word I tried to say. She interrupted me and and just walked away after handing me the refund. This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I think that they specifically make coffee wrong if you order them with specific instructions. I believe they don't like serving customers, so they give them trash that they wouldn't want at the drive-thru. I don't know what is wrong with these people but it is not worth your trouble. read more

Skip it. This used to be the best dunkin, now is the worst. Used to stop daily but now I just drive by because I don't have 20-245 min to spend in the drive thru line or the lobby, and it never moves faster than that. Every day the line is way out to the road and backed up into the road. There's a couple Rockstar employees who bust their butts everyday but the rest of the team doesn't help and they're short staffed anyway. Its simple. Take order, make coffee to specification of customer, accept payment, end transaction. I get a caramel skim latte with splenda. Every time. This location ALWAYS messes it up. They rush through the order and ask me if i want anything else before I even finish what I am saying. Starting the day with a shitty coffee and even crappier service is getting old. Stopped by on the way through town. We ordered two multi grain bagels with bacon and egg. We specifically requested no cheese. After we received the order from the drive-up window and proceeded down the road, we noticed they gave us the two bagels with no egg. The bagels had only bacon and cheese. The employees don't know how to make a coffee. Every single time I go there my coffee is screwed up and even if I ask them to do it over it's screwed up again. If you go inside to order you're sure to stand there for 10 minutes before someone decides to take your order. The employees do less than a half ass job and are snotty and miserable looking.
