They seemed to have a shortage of menus and several people training/frequently unattended host stand despite several hosts working constantly doing other tasks including running food to the takeout area(why didnt the takeout counter do this themselves when they had 3 people standing around yet the host line was very busy?). Told us that he went and checked it and it will be out shortly. Another 15 or 20 minutes passed and he came back and apologized again. He came back a third time to apologize for our order not being out yet. By this time it's been over an hour that we've been waiting for our food. I'm not faulting the waiter. He's been kind and kept us updated. The food was ok. The service from the kitchen was ok. But out feels like they lost that drive and love that they used to put into their food.
