I was at work and ordered a smoothie with a recipe that did not contain peanuts because I have an anaphylactic peanut allergy. I wrote in the notes "peanut allergy" just to make sure they didn't cross contaminate my smoothie with peanuts. I took one sip and realized what happened immediately- They added peanut butter to my drink and charged me extra for it. I ended up having to take some seriously strong medicine that knocks me down for days and I will miss two shifts at work costing me approximately $1200 because their staff can't be bothered to read more than the first word on the order comment section. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never be back. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go here and no one acknowledges you walk through the door. I stood at the register for 15 minutes and finally asked to place an order. She said what's the name on the order. I again, told her I wanted to place an order. The one thing I wanted, they didn't even have in stock, so we left. Absolutely rude employees. I would definitely not recommend. Seems like this is an issue, seeing the other reviews. read more

Ordered from here for lunch a few times, the flatbread with a smoothie combo is not only delicious but affordable! The food doesn't leave me feeling bloated or feeling blah! So I will start off by saying the food options and the smoothie options are awesome. Since the 1st time I stopped by when they 1st open till now I am addicted to this place honestly and I hope they stick around for a long time because we need more healthy options out here like this place. The only negative thing I will say about this place is the customer service is HORRIBLE i mean HORRIBLE. I don't mean it as a franchise I mean it as the people they have working there. I went by yesterday around 10:30 am 11/04/2025 and when I went in it was fairly empty there were only 2 other people there and they were already waiting for there food. I was standing in front of the register for literally 30 min for someone to take my order. There were 3 young ladies working at the time, the one making the smoothies, the one prepping the orders, and the one making the sandwiches. The one making the smoothie and the one preparing the orders both seen me standing there multiple times while they were taking care of what I suppose were online orders because the place was literally empty, the young lady making the smoothies not one time acknowledged me or the one preparing the orders. It was like they wanted me too leave and keep pushing ignoring me to see if I would leave, and I say this because the girl that was making the smoothies had been done for like 10 minutes already that instead of acknowledging me when she knows I had been standing in front of the register for like 30 minutes already, she just starts grabbing the blenders she had used to prep smoothies and just starts cleaning them without even asking me what I was there for, the girl prepping the orders finally asks me if I am waiting to order and I tell her yes. She asked the young lady that was now done making smoothies for like 10 minutes to take my order she just ignores here and continues cleaning. The girl 5 minutes later again asks her to take my order then with the most nasty attitude begins taking my order I had ordered a turkey ciabatta sandwich, and when I get to my car finally with the food I noticed they had given me a chicken bacon ranch flatbread. At this point I am highly upset that I don't bother to go back to have them change my sandwich because something that takes 10 /15 minutes between the time one orders till the time they give you the food was literally turning into an hour. I don't mind at all waiting for my food especially if I know they are busy but I have gone to this place like 5 different times, and yesterday was the 1st time I seen the place this empty, and look how we get treated for being loyal paying customers. I just don't understand why do people apply for jobs at fast food places if this is how they treat people just because they don't want to make your food or attend the customer. Nobody puts a gun to your head and tells you to work at these places, you as a person openly apply for a job at these places then just expect that money is gonna be given to you with no work or great customer service. I will honest and say that I will not be going back because I work hard for my money and don't deserve to be treated like crap because someone decided to get a job at a fast food restaurant and just expects to come in to work and not deal with customers. Its sad because employees like this mess it up for great franchises like you guys! This was at the new store in West Springfield Mass. Ordered a smoothie and there were chunks of fruit and tasteless. Tried again and the SAME THING would not recommend!!!!
