Visited Oct 7, 2023. Dunkin's averages about 3 stars for customer service, ambiance, and food for price. This location in particular came in about a 2. The parking, entrance and drive thru set up is terrible. You cannot go to park unless the drive thru cars are out of the way and the entrance no matter which you choose will have to cross the drive thru. A photo of the entrance is attach which is taken in the drive thru line by the intercom/board. I pre-ordered on the app for pick up and the donut items ordered was already out before 11A. I also found out an hour later that the OJ I ordered was not in the bag with the rest of my items. The lady's service was alright but she was annoyed at the POS system because it will not show her all of the items I ordered. I assume that's why she missed my OJ; She gave my party the two coffee and food items in a sack then walked off without a word. I was already running behind for an event and drove off. I am not native to the area so I didn't go back for it. Super bummed I got charged for an item I missed. read more

I sat in line for over 20 minutes without ever placing my order. How is that even possible?

Great first expert at this location with my two girls on a rainy day. We opted to go inside as there were multiple donut choices. They had a steady business in the drive-thru but we were able to easily park (and later exit). Indoors was chilly but bright. We were greeted by 3 different employees, all with a smile, all understanding we needed time to choose (as there was no one behind us). The gentleman who helped us in the end was great, joking with the girls & making helpful suggestions. I think $10 for 6 donuts is rather pricey, however, this was a rare treat AND we were told a few of our choices would have an up charge. I ordered through the drive through this morning and during the process of ordering two iced vanilla lattes, two sandwiches, hash browns, and donuts, the person taking my order was laughing at me and laughing with her co workers in the background while I was ordering. She kept laughing and muting the mic in the middle of me ordering because she couldn't stop laughing. I am shocked by the customer service I received this morning. Will never go back. From California, thought coming here we would experience southern hospitality but it has been the complete opposite. read more

I think management finally got tired of being blasted for the service because it's been much better the last 2 times I've been there. Prior to that I can't even count the number of times the staff made the decision to clean the ovens during breakfast rush and had no food. The best was when they parked cars to block the entrances because they were cleaning the ovens at breakfast time AGAIN and closed the whole store because of it. They taped signs onto the cars to tell you lol. The last 2 trips were good but I was only ordering for my husband at that point because I stopped getting anything here. This Dunkin is absolutely terrible. I've been here about 5-7 times and every single time, they told me they're out of whatever item I asked for, whether it's a bagel, donut, coffee flavor, etc. Twice, their system was down so they couldn't take any orders (???) so I just left. And once, the person at the drive thru told me it was going to be a very long wait for my food because she was the only one working.. at 9am on a Saturday. I understand technology malfunctions or the occasional item shortage, but really, every single time? I will drive to the other end of town to go to another Dunkin, Starbucks or the Fainting Goat rather than this Dunkin' which is 2 minutes from my house. I came here Saturday morning and everyone was SO nice and had such a positive attitude, it made my morning. The service was quick and great coffee. I ordered hash browns and an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. Nothing out of the ordinary. They were out of croissants and I asked for ketchup, which they couldn't find? I've never heard of a place unable to find something they definitely should have in stock. The girls who interacted with me were extremely weird, awkward, and borderline rude. read more

When you go to order coffee, you expect to actually have coffee in your cup and not just a splash of coffee and majority cream. This can't even be drank as it's all cream and disgusting. There is so little coffee in it that you can't taste it over the amount of cream in it. Waste of money. read more

If you love rude, snot-nosed, obnoxious teenagers then this is the place for you! I had arrived a few minutes prior to them closing, another car pulled up behind me a minute later. Which, keep in mind because of COVID-19, they close at 6pm now. That wasn't the problem, I would've been fine if they had just posted their change of hours at the drive-thru speaker, instead of ONLY posting hours on the front door to the inside dining area. Several minutes later a couple of teens pop out and say that they're closed. My response was that it would be helpful if they had posted their hours at the speaker, at which time I was told that it was posted on the door and that I "needed to learn how to read!" Maybe they need to learn how to write and have respect for all customers, regardless. I know they can write, because a paper posted up on the menu board said certain coffees and lattes were unavailable. read more

Y'all don't even deserve 1 star. Me and my son parked and went into the store. Maybe one car in the drive thru when we got there. Go to the counter as the only customer in store, no acknowledgement, no hello welcome to Dunkin' or anything. Drive thru fills up and they just keep serving the drive thru. Decided to just walk out because they clearly don't care about customers standing right in front of them. I will never go back to this location. I was very disappointed in my order & service 6/24/22. Ordered a bacon, egg & cheese wrap with tater tots thru the app. Got there to pick up, had to wait 20 minutes When it should've been ready for pick up. On the way to my appointment I opened the wrap to find it had no egg at all. Also found there were only 4-1/2 tater tots in the bag. Wish I had gotten all I'd paid for. This location is terribly managed. The location seems to get Spring Hill's worst. They are never staffed correctly and when they are the staff doesn't want to work. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin on Main St. you'll actually get service there. read more

This location hopefully is not indicative of all for this franchise. 2 weeks ago I ordered a mixed dozen donuts and was told they did not have enough for a dozen. Today I give them another chance and order a choc covered cream filled. They are out. So order 2 choc frosted. Get home, and they are upside down in the bag. You know those places you go where each time you're reminded why you never go there? That's this Dunkin! It's pretty terrible. During my latest visit, I ordered my drink on the app, and they didn't have it when I got to the store. (Why is it on the app if it isn't available?) I also ordered my drink with strawberry bubbles (like in boba teas), and it's a 70-cent upcharge. There was ONE strawberry bubble in my drink. That's one expensive bubble! Service was slow, and employees hated their lives, as usual. The only reason I didn't give a one-star review is because the drink tasted good. This Dunkin sucks, so don't waste your time! read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin around. I live near this location and have visited frequently, but it's always a disappointment. Especially in the morning! Today, I went and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a medium iced decaf coffee with cream and sugar. I could tell when I was ordering that the employee wasn't fully listening to me and that was quite evident when I got to the window. I was given a sausage egg and cheese bagel on the wrong kind of bagel and a hot coffee without cream or sugar I understand that mistakes happen, but they didn't even offer to fix the mistakes so I ended up paying for and receiving food that I didn't even want. Really wish this place could get their act together with listening to customers and offering friendlier customer service. read more

This location continues to "serve" bad food and the service is not good either. The employees are clearly not happy working there and I've had to throw out food more than once from this location. I stopped going here but gave it another try since I didn't have time to go to the Wall St location which is so much better overall, once I took my food out I realized I wasted money again. I work as a doordasher. Sorry for them who order doordash and don't get there food on time. I went to the Port Royal Rd. SPRING Hill, TN store and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to wait on me there was 5 or 6 workers. Who would just look at me and not wait on me. Then there was them that was to busy talking to each other. Finally after 5 minutes I asked loudly if there was someone that could wait on me. Finally someone asked me what I wanted and I told them I was there to pickup a doordash order and of course they didn't have everything the people ordered. I am sorry but I can't get you your order if the workers won't wait on customers. read more

3 people ahead of me walked out. They are ONLY concerned with their drive through. The only reason I waited was I used their restroom so felt obligated. Service when they finally deemed me important enough was lackluster. I know they knew I was there because they kept looking at me. When they delivered my drink they were put out by my audacity to ask for sugar. From experience I know I need to add a little for my particular drink. First time I went through and all I got was attitude. I'm used to the DD on the other side of town, and they run out of donuts pretty early. So I go through at around 12PM to this location and ask if they have donuts left. Was talked to like I was stupid for asking, lady said "that never happens here." Huh. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I went through 30 minutes before the listed closing time, pulled to the drive through and saw all the employees standing around the drive through window inside. They proceeded to tell me they were closed. I haven't been impressed so far. What really got me, was when I went to pick up an order. The drive through is SO backed up on Saturday mornings so I parked and went inside. Around 10AM, and there are so little donuts. Funny, because I thought that never happens? I told them I had a pickup order and they gave me the drink but not the donuts. There wasn't anyone at the pickup counter so I had to get back in line behind a lady who bought multiple boxes and CLEARED THEM OUT. So then it's my turn, and guess what. The lady got my donuts I'd already paid for, and I had to choose some I didn't want. Among the experiences above, they've put donuts in bags upside down and all the frosting/toppings fall off. This location is unorganized and I don't think I've met a single employee there who cares about anything. read more

One star is generous. I have lived in Spring Hill for 9 months and have been to this location on few occasions simply because they have NEVER gotten my order correct. I get coffee 5 out of 7 days a week and I spend about $100 a week at this location, which I have been going to for about a year! I live about 20 minutes from location, so when my order is wrong I can't just go back! It is very frustrating to pay for 2 or 3 Large lattes an pour them down the drain because they put all of the caramel in 1 of the cups n it's too sweet to drink or it tastes like sweetened milk with no coffee or the flavor you ordered is not put in it at all an it tastes like black coffee! Today I poured 2 large lattes out because one tasted like black coffee with no sugar n the other tastes like sweet milk, so I will not be returning to this location ever again.
