The coffee and food here is sooo good. I mainly went in for coffee and decided to grab food as well. I wasn't expecting much, but it was delicious. They have so many fun, unique latte options which I always appreciate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating inside. This is a louder, busier spot. Only downside is that the wait is longer than most coffee shops I've visited. I'm usually a stand by the counter to grab it kind of person but I take a seat here and don't come when I'm in a hurry. The breakfast burrito with turkey was a generous sized burrito and was perfect! The eggs were fluffy, the hash brown crispy and the tortilla perfectly toasty! The Nutella crepe with strawberries lasted all of 30 seconds on the plate. Cappuccino and Wilco coffee drinks were DELICIOUS. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There's lots of seating options, including outside. They also have beer and lunch options!! Great little coffee shop, food and drinks are delicious! We had lattes, matcha and horchatas, which were all yummy. Our lunch choices were the Nashville Hot Chicken Monte Cristo and the grilled chicken caprese sandwich which were well seasoned and amply portioned. The staff and servers were polite and the food arrived quickly. The atmosphere could use a little help, it feels like a high school cafeteria because it's a tad sterile and the noise level is unbelievable. Acoustic sound proofing would help a lot. I was checking over my recent receipts today and happened to notice this business apparently adds a $1.00 "Processing and Menu Hike Fee" to all of their transactions. Add this place to the list of restaurants and businesses that sneak in hidden charges at checkout instead of just treating us like intelligent adults who understand prices are higher right now everywhere and costs must be mitigated somehow. I would much rather go somewhere that respects their clientele and also takes the time to do some cost analysis and price changes accordingly instead of just an overarching sneaky trick that they hope no one will notice as they toss their receipt in the trash on their way out the door. read more

Unless you really like under cooked bacon, I would not order the Hamilton crepe. Although pulled chicken is the first ingredient listed on the menu, the crepe contained 3/4 under cooked bacon and 1/4 chicken. I like some bacon in my sandwiches but this was not pleasing to eat. See photo. read more

I was a little disappointed this time around. While the staff was friendly and kind, the wait was rather long given they weren't terribly busy. Perhaps they were just understaffed for the day. I only ordered a matcha, wait was maybe 15 minutes, and the matcha wasn't very strong at all. This is the third location I've visited and the second time at this store. The prices are high for mediocre food; $35 for a crepe, grilled cheese, bottled lemonade and a 12 oz latte. The staff were not welcoming or very friendly. My autistic son was definitely getting looks for asking repeated questions. I made the mistake of leaving a tip and then only had food brought to the table while my drink sat at the counter. I'm fine with grabbing it myself if that's the typical procedure. But nobody said anything. Not sure what a tip would be for since we also cleaned up ourselves. Learned my lesson! It's not likely I will return to any Red Bicycle location. Good food and decent coffee, but their takeout policy is somewhat absurd. They do not allow takeout orders on the weekends, only weekdays. So when they are "too busy" for takeout orders, they want customers to come in the store and take up a table or seat even though they are not dining in. While youre waiting for your takeout order, youll have the pleasure of watching the "too busy" employees at the front register stare at their phones and wander around aimlessly while you sit in an uncomfortable chair. Hoping the owners see this and retract their policy- maybe the reason your restaurant is "too busy" on the weekends is due to the unecessary patrons in the store waiting on to-go orders. read more
