I have years of restaurant management experience, so I tend to notice how a restaurant operates behind the scenes. During our visit, there were only three people running the entire restaurant: a chef, a server who was also acting as the host, and a manager who seemed to be doing everything from food running to bussing tables and helping wherever needed. Despite being short staffed, the quality of service never dropped for a second. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and the entire operation ran surprisingly smoothly. I had a chance to speak with the manager, and I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude. Restaurants are lucky to have managers who are willing to lead by example and jump in wherever they're needed. The location is great, the customer service is outstanding, and the food exceeded expectations.
