It was very dirty to start. There were about 6-7 people working at the time and it took about 2 minutes for someone to finally notice we needed to order. Finally we got someone, but he didn't even know how to work the register. He tried asking for help but his fellow co workers were so disinterested in helping him. Let me say that he was very nice and he was trying the best he could. It was just the fact he had not been trained properly to work in that situation. We kept hearing around us how much the workers didn't want to be there. My dad asked for coffee with cream two times while ordering. When we got the coffee, it had no cream. We had to ask for cream two more times before we got it. She kept saying she had to modify the order before she could add cream in, but then just walked away. I'd not even give this store 1 star. Part of my online order was not available and instead of telling me when I picked it up, they simply let me leave, drive home to find it not in the bag. When I called, the girl who answered the phone and claimed to be the manager was so incredibly rude I cannot believe anyone would put her in charge. Wish I could put no stars. Hands down the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I always get a cold brew with caramel. This place puts what tastes like half a pump of caramel instead of the normal 4 pumps that are supposed to go into a large. My boyfriend gets a large Ice coffee with regular cream and sugar and they gave us a drink that was all white. Like I'm talking it looks and tastes like they handed us a cup of pure cream. We have tried this Dunkin' a few times now to see if the first time was a fluke. Nope. They just don't follow the normal Dunkin standards at this location. 10/10 recommend driving extra to get a decent coffee. read more

Everyone gets busy, I know this. But this crew really lost a customer today. I placed my order for a coffee, donut, and a wake up a wrap. I paid, and then I received my drink and my donut. Then I waited. The lady at the window looked at me with a classic "what are you waiting for?" look on her face. I asked for my wrap and it was obvious no one was making it. Some one said "Park Him" so I was asked to pull up and wait for "someone to bring it out to me". I did this. Six minutes later, I went back into the store to ask about my food. I was told that there were 17 sandwiches ahead of me. I became upset and after at least half of the staff gave me crap about being pushy and the like, I was told that "They could refuse service to anyone they wanted." The fact that they took my order and then took my payment before reneging on filling my order didn't seem to matter to them. I left and they kept my money. read more

I used to LOVE this place, from the great service, kind employees and great food. Now, the place is dirty, the employees are undertrained if trained at all, and the food is mid at best. There were many employees, though it seemed two were actually doing their job. The others were complaining, standing around, or clocking out. The worker who took our order was clearly new, which is fine in itself but when initially asked to take our order instead of standing around, he responded with, "uhh i would but umm...ok ill try" and lazily attended to us. He didnt know what he was doing, which showed lack of training, but when he asked other employees for help, no one assisted him and he was clearly uncomfortable. He tried his best ,though, and was nice to us, but he really should have had proper training and someone to assist him when he needed it. Overall, i think ill be finding a better place to spend my money, but if new, better management were to be presented at this establishment, i would gladly come back to this little donut shop i used to love dearly read more

While Aurora had three people working, and would not serve any food, the location in Streetsboro had six people working, seven when I first walked in, had the store open so you could only order food but sit in there and the drive-through was full.
