Additionally, order management seemed a bit haphazard with my order getting lumped in with multiple others and not being produced in order of customers ordering. Bottom line, I think Heartwood is a good coffee shop overall, but doesn't have the stocking or efficiency of a coffee shop I would rate in top shops.
