Bottom line, I think Heartwood is a good coffee shop overall, but doesn't have the stocking or efficiency of a coffee shop I would rate in top shops. The pots weren't decorative but they got the job done well and I liked that I didn't have to strain the tea myself. We were allowed to pick out our own teacup and saucer. For lunch, I tried the broccoli salad with potato soup and herbed bread. My friend got the broccoli cheese quiche and soup. My salad didn't have much dressing on it - I would have preferred more but I believe it was a premade salad. The soup was ok as well. She said her quiche was tasty.
