The smallest Krispy Kreme I've been to. Service felt hurried and not friendly. It wasn't very busy and I felt rushed placing our order. The dining area looked clean and had a few tables to sit at. We were in and out quickly. The donuts were amazing and we especially enjoyed the super hero speciality donuts available during our visit. Plenty of parking available in the lot.

No care put into these donuts. Not worth the money

Super disappointed. Sloppiest looking super hero donuts. I paid $30 to have these delivered as a surprise for some friends who own a comic shop. Too embarrassed to gift them now. I will look for a new donut shop. There was no care put into these at all. Just hurry and rush, obviously.

Some of the donuts available today!

Was in the neighborhood of this Krispy Kreme and decided to stop for an iced coffee for me and donuts for my family. The selection of donuts was good. In addition to their regular glazed ones there were plenty of other flavors too. Krispy Kreme was busy and the staff did a great job keeping up with the orders. The iced coffee was delicious! Smooth and good balance of cream to coffee. We enjoyed the donuts, and even froze some. Krispy Kreme donuts freeze very well. In the custard donuts, while it was yummy, I would have preferred a little more filling. The person who took my order did an excellent job of packaging the donuts. She was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Krispy Kreme is a chain doughnut shop. They have many different flavors of them as well. They also have different flavors of coffee too. I ordered a Mocha flavored coffee and it was perfect tasting. The staff here has never disappointed me. They are always friendly and ready to serve.

Sweet or Treat Halloween themed glazed donut box with a single Halloween donut

In the middle of nowhere, but worth the drive for their Sweet or Treat promo they were doing during every Saturday in the month of October. The drive thru isn't super busy during the afternoons, but the people lining up inside should be avoided since they were standing so close to each other. I had one of everything in the regular menu. I also tried the Halloween themed donuts: Wolfie, Frankie, Drago, and the Halloween glazed donuts. I didn't like them more compared to the good old fashioned glazed doughnut. The Halloween doughnuts were nice for the season though. Be warned that the Reese's pieces doughnut is the most likely to be sold out fast, and that the doughnuts aren't really hot unless you go in the morning. Parking isn't good even though they have a decently sized lot. Going through the drive thru is easy and quick, but you'll have to yell for the workers inside to hear you.

    Chocolate iced Donuts

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme donuts, but I am finding as time goes by, the donuts are getting so much smaller while the prices are getting higher. Today I was at the maple street, Akron store and ordered a box of original glazed and a box of the chocolate iced and the icing on the chocolate donuts was almost non-existent. In addition, the donuts used to fill up the box and now you could almost fit another row of donuts in there. On a positive note, I want to give a shout out to the friendly staff who work at this Krispy Kreme location (Maple Street, Akron), but I need to know what's going on with the size of the donuts, the lack of the chocolate frosting, and the inconsistencies in general. Very disappointed with my last visit. Why the inconsistencies?

The red light draws you in knowing you can get a freshly made donut. They are fabulous when warm. My favorite is the Raspberry donut. There is a nice balance of donut and filling. The filling has a great taste. For those who love their glazed donuts, they now have a glazed donut syrup for coffees if you want to add it. It adds a little bit of a sweet taste to it. I enjoyed it.

Thank you for thinking the grads and free dozen of delicious donuts! My favorite is Chocolate Iced KremeTM Filled and cake batter filled! Thank you again; they were fresh and delicious. The line was over 20 cars but it went so quickly!

Take notice to the container of glazing/frosting on the floor!

Just not as fun an experience as it once was. The luster is gone, it's even evident in the employee dynamic. Concerns over cleanliness are mounting

My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I love adeni tea and went to try this place. We ended up ordering something different and may now have a new favorite. The tea was hot, sweet , and flavorful. The staff didn't seem too informed about the menu items or drinks, which was a bit disappointing. I relied on some online reviews to decide on my order. The saffron karak chai was very good and comes out piping hot. I would prefer if they served this in an actual mug (rather than paper cup) especially if dining in. It was filled to the brim and spilled, not to mention putting a steaming hot drink in a paper cup. Nonetheless, the chair was good. More folks eventually started to come in so I can imagine this place gets noisy as it fills up. There was a women's group meeting all sitting in a circle on the floor in the front of the cafe. Perhaps they host group events? Not sure if there were any vegan options or egg free desserts, but check out the chai.

Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

I tried their Jubani, a light roast coffee and it is out of this world. Out of all the Yemen-based coffee shops in Cleveland, QAHWAH HOUSE is my favourite. HISTORY -- They are the original YEMENI coffee shop that existed in the United States, the first. They offer premium Organic Coffee from an 8th generation family coffee farm in Yemen. Qahwah House brought their coffee from Yemen to the United States in 2017 and have grown ever since with locations in over 10 U.S. states. They have 2 locations right now in Columbus, Ohio and 1 location in Cleveland. They are still expanding across the U.S. AMBIANCE -- Chic and cute. Beautiful inside with lovely light fixtures, amazing pictures on the wall of their famers handling the coffee beans, and an overall great design. Right in the center of the coffee shop on the wall is a lovely map of the world that shows the distribution of coffee over the years. TEA/COFFEE -- Their coffee beans are hand picked by humans in Yemen and sun dried on the roof of houses. The beans are a green colour and they use an elaborate and specific process to grind/roast the coffee. I tried the Adeni tea which is excellent plus I asked for light sugar. Because I sat in store, the tea came in a tea pot plus a small cup for me to drink it with. The tea pot is a great idea because it has a small candle underneath it to keep the tea warm. I was given a sample of their Jubani coffee which I absolutely loved. The Jubani is a light roast coffee with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. The Jubani is very good and I highly recommend it. I'm not a coffee drinker but the Jubani blew me away with the taste. PASTRIES -- They also sell different types of sweet and savory pastries. I got a tomato and olive pastry while I sat in and it was delicious. I also got the Sabaya ($5) which is a light pastry that is supposed to have butter inside but I didn't taste any butter. The Sabaya comes with a side of what appears to be honey or syrup. The Sabaya tasted dry but I only ate it later that night or the next evening (I didn't finish it). SERVICE -- is absolutely outstanding, in my opinion. Everyone that I met was super nice and friendly. Tony, I think that was his name, explained to be the process of how the coffee is roasted in this big machine that sits right at the entrance to the store. He showed me the coffee machine. He told me so many interesting facts about their coffee and about Qahwah House in general which I've already highlighted/written in this review. When I arrived and told them it was my first time here but I don't drink coffee, an hour and a half later or so, I was brought a sample of their Jubani coffee. I was surprised yet happy that they brought me a coffee sample plus I loved the Jubani coffee. With friendly and excellent service, amazing coffee and tea, good wifi, and plenty of tables/chairs, I will definitely be back. Ended with the black sesame latte which was aesthetically pleasing like their other drinks--though warning if you don't like the gritty texture like all black sesame drinks are, then maybe this isn't for you. Pistachio latte is still my favorite, but maybe I'll try this again with regular sweetness instead of light. Parking available and free as it's in a strip mall. Staff are nice. Really comfortable sitting space, plenty of tables with people socializing or doing work. Just be warned that it may not be the best working environment at night when more people come to socialize and also celebrate special occasions. Overall solid cafe choice for drinks/sweets/environment. Always full of people when I visit.

I had a certificate for $20 so I ordered the Smashed Egg Avocado Bagel, the Bang Bang Shrimp Wrap and a big Chocolate Chip Cookie. The staff was great getting the certificate redeemed and guiding me through the menu. The food came out in a very timely manner, presentation was simple and straightforward. I had plenty of food for a very nice lunch. The egg and avocado bagel was interesting, the bagel was a bit soft for my preference, it was topped with a generous spread of egg and avocado mix plus some fresh spinach leaves. A very nice and healthy breakfast sandwich, a bit milder in flavor then I prefer, but good. The shrimp wrap was a good sized flour wrap around cold cooked shrimp with shredded cabbage and a great spicy sauce that perfectly complimented the wrap. This was excellent, the cool meaty shrimp contrasting with the crunchy cabbage and the zippy creamy sauce. I would highly recommend this if you like a bit of spice. The warm cookie was a great way to finish my lunch, very soft and gooey, packed with high quality chocolate chunks. About the only issue I had with the cookie was that it was hard to eat with just my hands, I ended up using the fork for most of the cookie. Jade Owl Cafe is a great local place to grab some high quality food, pastries and drinks. It is woman and minority owned, very well thought out and executed. The food is fresh and tasty, service was great and the overall experience was just what you could expect from a cafe. If you are in the area give them a try.

Well isn't this place cute! There about two parking spots in front, as well as some street parking…read more There are two sides of the cafe: coffee & bar. You enter in and pick which mug you'd like your drink to be served in. I thought this was a super fun concept! (I tried not to think of other germy hands touching my cup though haha). I got a cappuccino which was tasty. And I got a s'mores waffsicle, which was so delicious! We sat on the bar side because there were plenty of clean tables over there. (One table was very cold and drafty so watch out hahah) Service was slow; I think maybe only two people were working. There was a giant garage door which will be so nice to have open in nicer weather!! We were also wondering if the mugs will be switched out for glasses when it's iced coffee season! We didn't have kids with us, but noticed some kids toys, a high chair, and changing table in the bathroom available making this place a kid friendly option! Overall, I would definitely come back !

I visited Shibam Coffee this week, on Monday, 8 June 2026 to work for a few hours. It was cold inside but thankfully I had a light jacket. I ordered the Jubani ($5), a light roast Yemeni coffee, and I also ordered also a slice of baklava ($6). The Jubani coffee was good which is great because I'm actually not a coffee drinker but the flavour wasn't as strong as I noticed when I tried it at a different Yemeni coffee shop. I still liked the Jubani coffee and I added some sugar to it. The baklava was delicious as expected but slightly too cold. Although I wasn't greeted when I entered, the young man working said hi after I said hello. Another employee kindly took my photo next to the Shibam Coffee sign/logo that was inside. Weirdly, there was no trash can inside so to get rid of the napkin that I used, I had to ask an employee to throw it away for me behind the service counter. There is a trash can in the bathroom though. Overall, if you haven't experienced a Yemen, based coffee shop then visit Shibam Coffee. The Adeni tea, a popular item, is on their menu but I haven't had it at Shibam yet (I have had the Adeni tea many times before at other Yemen coffee shops). Another Yemeni coffee shop in Cleveland is my favourite but Shibam is good too. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 127/250 total reviews in 2026 - 968 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 11 June 2026
