came here because my friend swears by dunkin (I prefer Starbucks). Pulled up to the drive-thru, whoever took my order was rude and made me feel rushed. Because I'm not familiar with the menu, I made a quick order and waited to pull up. As I waited, I realized I wanted a frozen coffee, not an iced latte. The young man at the window doesn't spear very good English, so when I asked to change my drink, he kept relaying the wrong drink to his coworkers. I made sure to give the correct order and I was fine. at this point, nobody has charged me yet. I ordered a medium frozen coffee. I notice a bald man making sandwiches across the other side of the building. He was so concerned with being the one to hand me my drink. STARTS CALLING ME BABY MULTIPLE TIMES. I tell him nobody charged me. He never adjusted the price. Served me a large when I wanted a medium. most likely charged me for a large iced latte instead of a medium frozen coffee. As he continued to call me BABY (made me wanna throw up) AND I EVEN TIPPED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!! Creepy bald, heavyset guy says, "You want a receipt mami?" What a fucking creep!!! The coffee was good but the service ensured I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Why would I ever want a grown man in a coffee shop?! I'm truly disgusted by this employees behavior. Serve the coffee and be respectful. I was beyond uncomfortable and I'll probably never patronize another Dunkin in my life because of him. This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the area. It was remodeled recently, so it's very clean. The service is always quick and they are very friendly. My order is always correct and hot. Quality just seems better here. Prices are higher here than some of the others. read more

The prices here are higher than those in the surrounding area. When I choose to stop at this location, my expectations are high! I don't mind paying extra for something I want but I do when it's not right! Last visit I ordered a refresher with sparkling water. When I got it, I asked if it was made right because there weren't any bubbles. The lady in the background said she made it with sparkling water. I pulled around to go in and one of the guys was outside so I asked him. He was nice but replied they probably used a bottle that was already open. If I wanted a flat drink I would have asked for water and not paid for the upgrade! Not cool and sure you'd feel the same! read more

The windows were clean on the entry doors, the rugs were clean, the floor in the main area was clean! I have walked out of many establishments that are not up to this standard! Nice welcome also! I actually like the coffee at Dunkin. It's not too bad. When I am deciding between Mickey D's or Dunkin. The donuts are not that bad either. Just nothing special. Or great. Just what I'd expect from Dunkin. I don't always review chains, but what got me is the Stranger Things 3 promotion they have got going on. Demogorgon sundae? Upside Down sundae? A whole slew of cool gear and ice cream options are available at Baskin Robbins right now. I got sucked in. Went out of my way to get something from this line. I went with the Upside Down sundae. You guessed it. The sundae was served upside down in the cup. It was pretty good. Except for $4.50 I thought I would get something more than what looked like a baby portion. Seriously? I ate the whole thing before my kids got their sundae. Next time I will just go to my local favorite spot. But I still think the idea behind the Stranger Things stuff is pretty cool. Located near the Crowne Plaza its a much better option than the hotel or hotel restaurant coffee and DD will suffice when there are no Starbucks locations within a reasonable drive. The staff was extremely nice and served up some fresh product I'm not a fan of their food offerings but the coffee is solid. This location gets extremely busy during the morning rush. read more

Always come here for ice cream as I'm not a coffee drinker. The workers are friendly and always standing their to greet you. I usually get a sundae but I was feeling milkshakes. For the milkshakes you can pick any ice cream flavor that they have, and I chose the traditional cookies and cream. My boyfriend got their Stranger Things "Upside Down Praline" in a milkshake. stopped in for a quick donut on our way to meet family in Columbus. Drive thru was fast and the maple iced donut was fresh soft & yummy. The dough texture is light and fluffy which makes me very happy. The price of $0.99 is reasonable. The dough is not overly sweet and the maple icing was fresh and tasty. I usually like DD, but when the television is playing the worst entertainment show/channel out there, it kind of ruins the experience. I mean, seriously, I'm sitting here staring at the crap now. Fake news / fabricated entertainment CNN is worse than TMZ. Ridiculously hilarious. I can't even watch for too long lol. On a sidenote, the worker was kind and helpful. Also, my maple and brown sugar bacon croissant breakfast sandwich was pretty good. However, my small bag of hash browns was only half full. They tasted good, just half missing. Extremely disappointed by this Dunkin Donuts location on multiple locations. Several occasions I have ordered black coffee only to have coffee with some kind of flavoring, or even cream and sugar given to me. Additionally, coffee is often cold or even has a slightly burnt flavor to it. Since I use the drive-through I typically don't check the coffee at the window in order not to hold up the line, however, this results in me receiving incorrect orders. read more

One time I went to get breakfast from there and they didn't give me my credit card back. So I called later that day when I realized I didn't have it and the manager wasn't there to unlock the office. Are you kidding me? I had to wait until the next day to go get my card. Then I just went to get some ice cream. Ordered a peanut butter and hot fudge sundae and I would expect to get vanilla ice cream as most sundaes come. They gave me chocolate and I am not a fan of chocolate flavored ice cream. This is the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area! I love this Dunkin because unlike the others it seems as the teenagers in the afternoon actually give a damn if the coffee tastes good. I come here almost everyday to get coffee in the afternoon/evening, since Starbucks quality starts to head downward after noon, and let me tell you at 10am, 4pm or 8pm they always have fresh iced coffee. I'm not one to review places negatively. I also don't frequent Dunkin Donuts, however, I don't believe what I ordered would have been correct anywhere. This morning I ordered a English Muffin toasted with peanut butter. I'm ok with the peanut butter on the side, but the English Muffin was not toasted and, in fact, was almost soggy. I also ordered large coffee with cream and light sugar. What I am drinking tastes like 8+ sugars was put into it. I could look past most of this however this is the second negative experience I've had at this location and doubtful I will be returning. More so, the location of the drive thru is incredibly dangerous on a busy intersection and will usually pour into the street. read more

Just stopped here when on my way home from Sandusky. Everyone seemed nice. My order was far from complex, an iced macchiato. I asked if I could get it with the dark roast, the cashier's face went blank after a few seconds of that she asked someone else if that could be done. That girls face went blank too. After a while of awkward silence she responded with a "no." So I asked if I could just get it with a mocha shot then. The cashiers voice kept trailing off Everytime she went to say macchiato, im pretty sure she didn't know how to say it or what it was. I saw on the tiny screen above the register, reading 2 mocha then 3 mocha then 4 mocha. I thought that was strange since I absolutely only asked for one shot. And of course my "macchiato?" Looked straight brown in color and tasted an overpowering amount of mocha. I have the utmost respect for fast food workers but come on. Luckily I won't be here again. read more

They made a birthday cake that was absolutely beautiful. They made it exactly as they said they would which is a little different then any of the cakes that they had on display.
