The coffee is good, but there are two problems with the whole chain. One, the doughnuts aren't fresh. They know it, they took the word out of their very name. And they insist on waste, they waste a cup every coffee order EVEN IF YOU BRING IN YOUR OWN CUP, and if you don't bring in a cup there's all this plastic waste. This has happened twice now and I'm never going back. I pull up to order, I give them my order. A large, hot, black coffee, and an apple fritter. Ok, pull up. I get up to the window (there was no one in front of me) I have to repeat my order. I pay, he gives me the coffee and my bag. We're out of apple fritters, I gave you something else. I was in a hurry and really hungry so I didn't care. Same thing last week, but my girlfriend was in the car with me. Well.... Where do I start? I'm a family guy & like to think honest too. So I order my usual regular Large Iced Coffee. Been buying it a Dunkin for years now. However it's kinda pricey & always going UP. So instead of getting a large cup of Ice with a little coffee, I always ask for ' Light Ice' & when my $4 coffee becomes a $5 one I look closer at receipt! So now I'm new to Sturtevant & it's a joyous Lovely town with lots of great people. So I pull around to the window & say good morning . Lady seems kind too. I ask as I see construction people remodeling..... is the owner around or manager please? So now another lady comes up and says yes? I ask why my iced coffee costs much more with less ice? She tells me well we have to give you more product with less ice! So I tell her you know this is borderline theft that your store is doing. She acknowledged I'm wrong! & she has three stores & she's Right! I Love & grew up in a small business! So I reply to her here is your chance to have me come back several times a week & spend my $ or never come here again! I also tell her how that nice gas station with friendly people down the street has gourmet coffee that quickly grinds the beans in front of me for 1/2 the price. Her answer that's not Dunkin! I had a free birthday beverage from Dunkin and stopped at this location while running an errand for work. I used the app to order and then stopped inside to collect my order. It just took a couple minutes to complete and then I was on my way. It was past the breakfast rush and too early for lunch, so the place was desolate. Staff was efficient and my order (including some hash browns) was just as ordered. The inside looked a little dingy, but otherwise everything was good here. read more

Wouldn't recommend this Dunkin' location. Visited this morning and ordered 3 drinks: iced French vanilla coffee w/ sugar & cream, iced Carmel coffee, and iced chai latte. The coffees were extremely watered down, even though there was barely any ice in them, had very little sugar, and the coffee tasted burnt. The chai was a little too sweet with a little too much ice, but I still enjoyed it. The coffees we had to throw away, which we've never done before. My first time buying a donut at this location. Today is Fat Tuesday. They didn't have any custard filled, except heart shaped, so I bought 2. It tasted like it was more then a day old. It's hard to be creative about reviewing a DD, particularly in a location where few people - other than longtime locals - will visit. I pulled in, walked inside and stood at the counter for a few short minutes before someone cruised over and took my order. Once they did, the muffin and tea came out within a minute and it tasted and looked like the tea and pastries I've had at the last 100 DD's I've visited. I don't usually stop at Dunkin' Donuts for my coffee, Because I just like plain old coffee. Kwik Trip is usually my choice stop on the way to work. For some reason I stopped here last Thursday on the way to work. I ordered a large dark roast coffee, no cream, no sugar. What did I get? Coffee with cream and sugar. Also I ordered the sausage croissant. The croissant was burned black on top, the sausage was cold, And it was just a bad experience. They don't have enough people working during a rush. I counted 2 associates in the building at 5:30 am. I believe that the person who made my croissant sandwich was in a rush and he was overwhelmed. And also that is why my coffee order was wrong. Maybe management should take a look at adding an extra person in the morning. Anyway, I think I'll stick with Kwik Trip. read more

I've tried to go here multiple times but they can't seem to get my coffee order correct. Black unsweetened french vanilla....they always put the French vanilla swirl in it no matter how I try and order it. Well I love Dunkin' and the service at this location is pretty good, but there's something that's been weighing on my mind: Sales tax. It has been a couple of years and they are still charging 5.6% sales tax. State law requires it be 5.1%. Even with all the complaining myself and others have done about the issue, nothing has been done and employees/owners do not seem to care. An extra cent on everyone's bill ends up being thousands of dollars towards Dunkin's earnings every year. It's illegal and it's not fair. Please pay attention and acknowledge this issue. I watched him make it and when I got it I told him it was supposed to have bacon on it because I didn't see that added. Order always wrong, I was overcharged this morning and they wouldn't refund me, told me I'd have to come back when a manager was there. I was charged $9 for a lg coffee and a wake up wrap which should have been $4 and change. Terrible service, confusion every time I'm in the drive thru with at least a 10 min wait.
