Drink had expired looking, curdling cold foam at the top when drink was received - also received attitude and was pressured to hurry with order when I wasn't done ordering. Food was fine though it wasn't what I ordered. Service was terrible. The person was rude and then had zero manners and just stared at us.

0 STAR! in the middle of my nursing 16 hour shift, I decided to come get some ice coffee and something to eat. The girl with the curly hair. at 6:40pm makes my iced coffee completely wrong. My macchiato was already mixed and then the color was off, noting that he put it too much cream. I told her oh it's wrong, and she decided to roll her eyes and stormed off. I called her back she ignored me. I was calling her back to ask for a refund. I would not let you remake my drink so you get a chance to spit in it or tamper with it in any way. how coworker who gave me my refund was just as rude, snatching my card out of my hand. I was in shock how I was treated. there was no one in the drive thru line that should have been my indication of how rude they've ran off all their customers. Hire employees with better work ethics that can show up on time and earn the money you are paying them. 2. Long wait in line, more waiting while my 2 simple black coffees and an iced coffee were passed over. Guy told people they are out of vanilla because it's in a box buried in the back. For last three times I have order a croissant sandwich I have asked for no cheese and there has been cheese on it every time. Terrible management. He doesn't know how to hire people. Never seems to answer his phone. Customer service is slower than an old folks home. I'd much rather spend my time and money on Starbucks than to give dunkin the time of day. Terrible customer service I asked to speak to the manager and they stared at me like I was stupid. The employees don't know how to stir the coffees and the employees and manager talk amongst them selves and leave you waiting up front for hours. For years now i come here and buy a latte every day, twice a day. Everything was fine until they got new machines and renovated. What did you do ? Why are they not HOT anymore ? This is frustrating. I will drive 2 minutes home and its already like i left it out for an hour. Lattes are made with milk , if this isn't hot or at least WARM it becomes disgusting. I used to get whip cream with it but now i dont because when i come home i have to put in the microwave. Still love the staff and they make my drink the way i like it and everyone is really nice. Consistently disappointing. I have no qualms with the food--I love Dunkin--but when you can't keep up with demand and by noon you have already run out of either eggs, sausage, or croissants than half the time, the problem seems to be managerial. Absolutely horrible. I was the only one in line and ordered a very simple iced coffee. When I got to the window they tried to give me a hot coffee and asked if I was sure I didn't order a hot one. Then they proceeded to make it again and gave me the wrong size. I said my order one more time and the third time they gave me an ice coffee in the right size so I drove of. My daughter and I consistently go there every Saturday morning for the past month. Only one time have they had the donuts we wanted. This is the only dunkin donuts place that seems to ha e a limited selction of donuts. Very disappointing. This location has the worst service. I am treated like crap. There is always the same blonde up front serving me and she never says Hi or anything. Its "what can i get you" in a rude tone. There was one time i asked for a latte with skim and sugar and then said "we only make it with milk" and i asked "you dont make a latte with skim?" it was bizarre. Obviously didnt want to take the time to use skim, i dont really know. Another time I came in and i believe the same woman was doing something with the donuts, looked at me, and just kept doing what she was doing. As if I wasnt even there.
