this was my first time at this location. Chelsea and Luz were friendly and made me feel welcomed. I will be returning.

Considering how many of us are on low-carb diets for our health, and all the lovely flavors they have there in cold brews and such, it's very disheartening that the only sugar free iced coffee option is to add sugar free vanilla to a plain beverage. Why don't you care about our health? And $7 for a medium mostly ice coffee reminds me why I don't go to Starbucks unless I have a free card. Maria was very nice. Quick service. read more

We experienced excellent service and delicious coffee drinks at the Starbucks at the Randall and North location, located on Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. The staff behind the counter were courteous and extremely fast in handcrafting the various coffee drinks. There were plenty of places to sit and to enjoy our drinks both inside and outside. the shift manager Taylor is awful. there employees messed up my ordered 3 times in a row which is a joke to start with. then i complained to a employee which would not give there name they told me they cant do anything about it I said fine il be at Dunkin donuts she proceeded to laugh and said she would be happy to send me there. she hung the phone up on me then i called back and a guy spoke to me i asked for a manger he hung up then i called again and the manager Taylor said she wasn't going to entertain this after ive spent hundreds there. she then proceded to call me names and laugh in my face. this place sucks and there staff is even worse. We thought we would try out a different Starbucks today this time on 64 and almost Randall Road. I cannot give this Starbucks a five because of logistics and parking. I can see how this would be a great drive through Starbucks if you are on 64 or Randall Rd. Once we were inside the layout is nice but not spacious. They continue to have comfortable chairs to sit in. The staff was great but a little slow probably because of the drive through. The product is pure Starbucks. read more

Typical Starbucks, would be 4 stars because it's Starbucks... However, while meeting a friend and hanging out inside I have a few minor things that were off. Tables needed to be wiped down, shades needed to be drawn (I don't like being blinded by the sun while chatting), and when my drink was ready no one called my name so I was waiting a while for it. Finally, went up to the counter and it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Although, it should be noted that staff was friendly and my latte was on point. read more

Starbucks is the best place in the world! If has amazing drink and amazing people. The workers there are super nice and friendly. They are great at there jobs and are super fast. Also, the food is amazing I would definitely recommend getting the ham and Swiss cheese croissant and a lemonade with 3 pumps of raspberry syrup and a strawberry açaí base. The service here has gone downhill fast since Skylar left. We used to love to come to this location because we were treated like family. I just came here and while ordering the lady cut me off, then did not say hello when I pulled up to the window and just gave me my drink without even a thank you. I am beside myself that it has come to this...what happened? Who is the Manager at this location that let it get to this point and how can't they know the service is at this level....so they care? I want to give this place 5 stars...I have amazing memories of how this place was operated and how they treated our dogs with love and lots of pup cups! So if you are part of the Management of this store reach out to me. Pretty typical Starbucks location, there is plenty of seating though if you need to get some work done! I am used to the tiny locations we have in the city so that was a great find. I found the staff to be quick and proficient in my limited experiences with them (I've only been a times). The drinks tasted as expected and the service was quick. I typically go through the drive through around 6 am. Very quick, through put is typically less than 3 minutes. I usually go with the iced coffee and oatmeal, or a sandwich. Their iced coffee is well balanced with coffee, cream and sugar. Oatmeal is ok, but I prefer their sandwiches. While you're paying more than Dunkin or McDonald's, I'd say it's better quality coffee. Though, I'd probably prefer McDonald's breakfast food. It's a tough call, as all three are on the same street. read more

I am a big fan of Starbucks, even maintain a gold card, however was not impressed at this facility. I have visited it 3 or 4 times and on at least two occasions, was not able to order due to their "delivery truck being late". They also seem to run out of the food items quicker than the others Starbucks in the area. You still can't beat their coffee, but it is hit or miss if you are planning on getting any food here. read more

The service here id the worst of any Starbucks I have ever been to in 15 years. There were SIX people working today. No one in line in the lobby and no one in the drive up. Do why on earth did no one help me for TEN minutes? Seriously. I watched them talking to eachother, cleaning, counting cookies. When one of them finally turned around and looked at me, she walked into the back room. Another one came over tried one register, it didnt work, then the next and it did not work. I ordered a Venti green tea lemonade and went to the window and paid. A minute later the girl comes to the window and says they ran out of green tea. Said they could make with black tea or heavy lemonade neither were appealing but they didn't offer to give my money back. I didn't want to get it for free but I think offering something else from the menu would of been great. I ended up getting black tea and said it was fine just so I could leave. A few bad reviews for this location, but I always have a great experience (and I spend a good amount of time during each visit). 1. It's clean, bright, and typically had enough seating (though late mornings can get a but tricky and summer is usually busier). 2. Excellent staff. Fast, attentive, good with kids, and always willing to explain beverages to the less coffee savvy crowd. Also, they learn their customers. Not on or two of them, but several, and that always helps the vibe of a place. 3. They do occasionally run low on breakfast items if you arrive late in the morning or early in the afternoon, but that seems to be much less common now than it was 6-9 months ago. And that's part of food service. You don't want to over order and throw away, but you also don't want to under order. It's about balance and sometimes an unexpected rush throws that off. 4. I typically sit and work for a while with my drink, but the drive thru has always been fast and patient. Finally, if something is amiss, maybe say something? Things can busy and if the baristas are slammed with drinks, they may miss a table that needs wiping. But you know what? People aren't perfect. Things happen. Asking a barista to wipe off a table is pretty easy and I doubt they'd have any issue doing do (but I've only experienced a clean store in my time there). If your drink isn't correct, let them know and they'll fix it! I've even seen someone order the wrong thing only to realize after trying it and they remake it. This is a good location. I am closer to two other Starbucks stores and I go out of my way to go here. read more

Warning: First world problem complaint, although what kinda Starbucks complaint isn't? Anyways, let me start off by saying like many people my morning coffee is something that I really look forward to! I mean it starts my day! Also let me add a side note that this location seems very unorganized. They are extremely slow and there are never any people there! Seems they can't handle a rush. My main issue: I never order grande because I loooooove my ventis. So today as the employee was handing me a grande, I said politely "oh I ordered venti" in which he replied "well we made you a grande". That's nice sir....but it's not what I ordered. Cat got my tongue to be honest so he replies again "did you want us to make you a venti?" So I said "yes please that's what I ordered". So in two seconds I received a venti in which they only poured the grande into a venti cup and filled the space with milk. Mmmmmm coffee flavored milk! at nearly $6 a cup id hope they would care a little more about making it right. I won't be using this location any longer. read more

the guys that work here are the best! they make everything perfectly and are very nice to customers. the girls however are incredibly rude and constantly have an attitude. I stood up at the counter for maybe 3-4 minutes before anyone noticed me, which is fine.. i understand they have other things to do around the store.. but the girl who finally came up and took my order seemed pissed that she had to do so. We used to come to this bucks everyday. Now we go to the McDonald's instead. Don't understand it. Used to come here and spend $7 a day everyday. I rarely go through this Starbucks, and to be honest with you I won't be going back, I went through the drive thru praying nothing would go wrong. I admit I did go at 8:40 P.M. However business hours are till 9 P.M. I ordered my beverage knowing exactly what it taste like considering I get it once a day at one of two other Starbucks locations I regularly go to. Knowing what caffeine taste like, what they gave me was not. In fact it was hot chocolate, sad to say, even the sticker on my cup said my beverage to the tee of what it was supposed to be. Now don't get me wrong I have worked in the food industry myself and know the frustrations of wanting to get things done early to get off work. However, it is not the customers fault that they show up while business hours are open. read more

About 10:00 a.m. last Sunday, I purchased one of the best skim milk lattes I've EVER had. Milk was perfectly steamed and thick and creamy. It's rare that I get one prepared this well. I ordered it from the driveup window so whoever made that drink should teach all the other baristas how to do it right! read more
