I got a 20oz cold brew! It was great! Not bitter at all which is hard to find when ordering it without any milk or flavor. I did an online order/door dash so I did not get to see the actual place in person. From photos online it looks great!! Friends ordered lattes and lots of other things and they all came back made properly and tasting great. Not too milky not too much flavor or lack of flavor. Everything is great! I would definitely order from them again and I plan to as I continue my stay here in Illinois! I recommend it all! Not too badly priced either - especially with door dash. 20oz cold brew was $5.95. Coffee was delicious. Hate to say it but better than Starbucks. My new coffee place when I want to treat myself. I got the iced caramel latte with oat milk. Service was friendly and fast. Visited this little coffee shop on a recent visit to my in-laws. We always love to find a local coffee shop and this one was great! It has a pretty small interior with only a few places to sit but that's okay, we were planning to take our coffee (and breakfast sandwiches) back to my in-laws. Staff was super friendly and kindly answered all of our questions and ground the fresh coffee beans that my wife got. We both got delicious lattes and bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches. Sandwich was good. Pretty classic pre-built sandwich but it was tasty and my toddler ate most of the egg off my sandwich! Lattes seem to run on the sweeter side, still a little sweet, even with added espresso so if sweet isn't for you, I'd suggest you ask for less syrup in your drink. Overall we were very happy with our stop and will gladly visit again in the future. read more

Really cute coffee shop! I stopped in while passing through town. They sell a lot of coffee related gifts and cool ground coffee. It was stylishly decorated for the holidays and I wish I stopped in pre-Christmas to busy some presents! It was a quiet shop but seemed to have a steady stream of customers for 10am on a Thursday. I do wish they had a bit more seating so I could sit and read/study/sip, but that's okay. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious too! I was thoroughly impressed with their coffee. I ordered a latte with vanilla and it was excellent. A lot of coffee shops it ends up being too sweet for my taste, but this one was perfect! I definitely think they have high quality coffee. It was a little pricey, but I feel like most non-chain places are and I don't mind supporting a business when they have great product! read more

Fun small town drip I dropped in quick heading to a Sunday morning wedding, just what I needed! Got that polite fun vibe I easily could have stayed to enjoy the sitting room with its bright cheerful atmosphere. The staff on hand was focused and friendly, maybe as I was the only customer for a moment I felt royal. Menu seemed sprawled out across three spots which added to both the annoying and charm. I ventured first to healthy options, asked about their syrups, learned it is all sugar excess from pumps so ditched my diet for the Campfire Latte. They happily used my tumbler. I was able to stick the complimentary marshmallows out the top like a puffy silly autumn flag. The price nearing ten bucks for my large nondairy milk coffee seemed extravagant but hey that dollar dropping in value everyday so might as well turn it into espresso! The flavors and java was so well balanced I forgot my lighter wallet, filled up myself before I reached Elgin, and was one bouncy sugarized thing throughout the afternoon. read more

Phenomenal coffee made right. Great location near Main Street, downtown with a parking lot on site and indoor and outdoor seating. Charming decor and pleasent staff. I wish the prices were lower - my large iced coffee was $6.75 + tax but honestly it was made to perfection and the quality can't be beat. Very nice space. The coffee is great. The service is terrific. I haven't tried the beans I bought yet, but they are the same beans they use in their served drinks so I have zero worries. I like that they roast, use and package their own product. I really like that is is a local business. Buy local! If you are coffee aficionado you know you know. Did some research prior to coming to the area and found Coroco to be the best reviewed coffee shop in town. I was extremely disappointed in my pumpkin spice Ice coffee. The taste it self was pretty good, nothing to rave about. However, the issue I had was the "ice" literally (even today in 55 degree weather) couldn't hold its own side of the bargain. I had to drink the coffee before the ice melted and let's just say, the ice was melting faster than I can drink it (15 mins tops) and for that reason I give it 2 stars. Coffee was ok, Staff was ok, parking and accessibility were ok, decor ok, price a little over priced...Nothing stood out, not a coffee shop that would ever make me come back. I ordered an iced latte macchiato the other day and it was by far the worst coffee drink I have ever had in my life. I had three of my friends taste it and they equally agreed it was absolutely horrible. I couldn't even drink it due to the terrible taste. I also ordered a mango boba and it tasted just "meh". I'm not sure if the boba was accurately prepared and it wasn't something I could recommend to anyone. read more

One of the best coffees I've had in the area. The staff is so friendly and it is such a warm environment. I love Philz in Chicago and have not been able to find a rose latte that even compares, but this one was amazing! I got a rose and vanilla latte, perfectly sweet but not overly and the shots were not bitter at all. Also got a coffee cake that was perfect, very moist but sweet. I paid $13 for a medium latte and a small square of coffee cake, wish the price was a little lower at first but it's totally worth it. Highly recommend! read more

I love Coroco at sycamore, the cafe has a really cute study area for people to do their work. The staff are all friendly and one time one of the workers even let us sample some of their brewed coffee (the bourbon coffee is yummy).
