What a S-show last night and today. The general manager of this location = No Help. We placed a small order on their app. Arrived just to be told that they were out of stock and that they only had 4 (FOUR) types of donuts available. So THE Dunkin' APP HAS NO PURPOSE!! The Associate stated that if we came in this morning that they would have the donuts in stock and available for the same discounted price. GUESS WHAT: NOPE! And the manager on duty was so CLUELESS that we just decided to drive away and take our business elsewhere based on the complete lack of detail and customer service. PS: She DIDNT EVEN BOTHER to look up the order. Pure laziness and unprofessional. Personally, the donuts have been getting more and more STALE here. Its NEVER fresh tasting any longer here. Located off a main road outside of our stay at Great Wolf Lodge is a busy DD! There's a few tables and some high chairs/counter by the windows. The staff here is friendly. We can and ordered breakfast to stay and our food order came out quickly. Our breakfast sandwich was slightly burnt but we were so hungry and the line was forming so decided not to bring it back for another one. Thank goodness it was edible still but I don't understand how can one burn a croissant at all. I mean either they didn't pay attention or someone needs to be properly trained. I got my donut fix so although breakfast sandwich could be better, my ache for sweets is all good. I am local on 611 and I usually have my routine. I am student and addicted to coffee but unfortunately this has to be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and experience. There's this dirty-blonde lady she's the oldest out of all the staff. She's the manager I think her name is Jen or Jenny, I have no idea but this lady is loud and rude. I always try to go when she's not there but today she was and her customer services skill needs to be refreshed. I order a cold brew with whip cream..she charged me for the whip which no one else charger me because it's a cold drink, she charged me for the water, she corrected me when I told her how I wanted my coffee then walk away starts making it but I wasn't finished with the order, She makes my drink but forgets the caramel drizzle,when I told her about it she look at me,gives me a dirty look then eyes rolling. I just don't get it !?!? I have been observing and my only conclusion she's racist or she's on some new stuff. Every customer she super nice and with friendly smile (white) and also I did a hypothesis project. My husband is white,male when he goes up and order for me she doesn't have no remarks or looks, I just don't get it. why she's rude and unprofessional when I'm in front of the cashier. This is perhaps the most gross display of incompetence I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They were giving out orders to the wrong people people were in the restaurant we're getting their food sent through the drive-through window people of water to the drive-through food were given to people in the restaurant. Not sure why there are two DD listed, but I've only seen one DD on 611 in Tannersville. I am not sure who the manager is here, but certain employees here need remediation. Choose your night and service is either okay or horrific. If it's your unlucky night and this certain male employee is working, you may have a fifteen minute wait in the drive thru to get your coffee. It won't matter if there are zero or five cars in line, this male will make you wait until he's ready then take one order/car at a time and sometimes your order is correct, sometimes not even though he repeated it back to you correctly thirty seconds before you drive to the window to pay; then when you do get to the window to pay, he takes your money with a sigh as if you are bothering him horribly. If this were a one time incident, I wouldn't write about it or complain, but until last night's incident which included a ten minute wait at the speaker before I just left, I was stopping there ever Friday, Saturday and Sunday on my way to work, now, however, I'll leave a few minutes earlier and give my money to the walk-in DD in Dunmore at least the employees there appreciate your patronage. read more

By far the worst service ever. The drivethru was empty and I was the only customer inside who place an order on the go 15mins prior to walking in the door and with a Staff of 8 I still had to wait an additional 12mins for my coffee, latte, 4 wake up wraps, and a bacon egg and cheese. It shouldn't have taken 25 minutes to put pre-made food together and mixing pre-made coffee. On top of that they had an attitude because I asked how long it'll take. Customer service goes a long way people. I probably wouldn't be writing this review if I got at least "1" sorry for the delay of my order. The staff is nice but they can not seem to tell the difference between butter and cream cheese. I totally agree with Harold T that it is the most poorly designed and small place I have ever seen. I live on Alger and I have been "trapped" on my road or in my parking space because you can't get in and out. When I complained to the manager for the second time about my order being wrong, she was rude and defensive and told me to check my order! I think they need a new manager because they obviously don't train their employees and she needs to remember that the "customer is always right". First off, I don't know who designed the damn entrance/exit to this place, but they obviously cant engineer themselves out of a paper bag. Each morning when I trudge off to work for the township I see this circus of cars trying to get into the place. It's like trying to fit two pounds of shit into a one pound container and the shit is running over the sides and getting all over everything and its honking at one another and all the while, your wife is telling you that 'you can't use that much paper and expect it to flush properly'. There are like 4 parking spaces and a drive-thru that backs up into the street if there are more than two cars in line. The designer must have been a former American Standard employee, because everything about the layout resembles the toilets at my house. It's always backed up, it continually overflows into the higher traffic areas, and the exit is always clogged so people are forced to spill out the entrance and piss everyone off. Luckily I can walk to this place, so I avoid most of the commotion. During my walk I usually get I bit choked up because this Dunky Donuts shares the same plot of land with my beloved and deceased Taste Bud Family Restaurant. Sometimes I think I can still smell the short order cook, Tin-Man Tommy frying up some pork in the distance, but i usually conclude that its my Carhartt jacket just smelling like animal fat. The staff here is nice enough, but most of the time I just want a damn coffee, not to play 20 questions. What size? What flavor? Hot or iced? Cream and/or sugar? Would I like to add a box of munchkins for $20? Would I like to try out the new cardboard-inspired flatbread sandwich thing? Can I please spare a dollar for somebody's son's new bicycle fund? I just want a damn coffee in a cup and maybe a couple boxes of Boston Cremes. And what's the hell is with all this flavored coffee bullshit? I don't want my coffee to taste like a damn jack-o-lantern. Gimmie a half a cup of sugar and 5 ounces of buttermilk, that's it, standard stuff. Jesus Christ. And another thing, 50% of the time they can't get my simple order right. And all of a sudden I'm the bad guy for hopping behind the counter and trying to pour myself a refill the way I asked for it the first time. Most of the staff is so oblivious, one time it took them nearly 3 hours to realize I didn't work there and ask me to stop eating the sausage patties and return to the customer side of the counter. Whatever, when they get it right everything is OK, but Bagel Heaven makes this place look like a puppy mill. Worst service I've ever had. They were stressed out over 2 customers and still messed up every order. I was there for a half hour and only got a couple things. My "salted caramel hot chocolate" turned out to be coffee in the wrong size too. I had to get out of my car to go and have them fix it. Not only did it take half my adult life for my order to be taken, I literally watched him put water in my hot chocolate. I sipped it and it was legit just water with a tint of chocolate. I swear that McDonald's is definitely the better choice and that if you do make the painstaking choice to ever enter this shit show, brace yourself. This is by far the worst dd around. The food from this location is far as well as the donuts and such. However the staff is very uninterested in serving a good cup of coffee. My coffee is very simple. 3 cream no sugar, and one expresso shot. The expresso is always tasting of burnt beans. I finally stopped getting it assuming the machine needed cleaning. 1 month later it's still burned. They also only load the iced coffee with tons of ice even when i have asked for half. And when it comes time for the .99c coffees they put all milk and a drop of coffee. Im not sure Why this location in particular is so bad. we may never know. If your going for food or hot coffee go for it. If anything else STAY AWAY. read more

I had the worst dealing with a Dunkin' Donuts yesterday where I totally lost it and want to apologize to the employee s inside the business excruciating a Manager by the name of Ivan! I received an incorrect order from the Blakeslee store! Ivan immediately gave me the excuse not to give me another drink was it was a different franchise! The green drink still had the tag on it and we just wanted the correct drink! I said to him that the drink was from Dunkin' Donuts and I didn't care! He had a I don't care attitude at which time I just lost it! I am told by the Blakelee store employee that she left that store because of this Ivan. I was told that his brother is the District Manager and I believe I saw him m in the back taking no action! This was an ugly situation that just didn't need to happen!! Sorry again to the employees that witnessed my meltdown and Ivan's poor customer service. I will pursue this with Dunkin Donuts Company office! I told him during my meltdown he should be selling vacuum cleaners, but I take that back as that would disparage! I would encourage people no to use this location! read more

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts alot because it is by my job and I usally get great service but, last night I had the worse service ever! It was quater to midnight and I just wanted to get an ice coffee for the ride home after my shift. The woman inside completely ignored me! I pulled up once and thought DD was closed. I go to drive away and noticed an employee in there. I pull around again and she still refused to serve me. I was completely appalled because I work in the customer service industry like this employee. This young lady needs to be retrained on how to serve customers and not ignore them. This has got to be the most incompetent staff ever! The obnoxious voice that echoed through the drive thru speaker was so rude. This particular Dunkin employee needs a few hours of friendly customer service classes. To continuously say "Is that it" after each item orderEd is not polite. Perhaps.... This is the worst Dunkin I have ever walk into. on Saturday There was a blue hair young lady running around verbally abusing the staff just screaming at they because she was short staff. I was waiting for an order of hash brown for 15mins because drive thru had to get all their food first which is unfair. Once I got my one order or hash browns they where cold.
