It's a good thing this place is not just down the street from my house. I totally love it. On Memorial Day morning, my hubby and I decided to give it our first try. We drove to the location - there was a drive thru line wrapped around the building - so we opted to go inside. There was a short line inside. Two groups in front of us, maybe. We were waited on quickly as they had a system worked out with one guy getting the order together and the second one ringing it up. It made things go very quickly. We opted to get a half dozen donuts, to go. They had a great selection of donuts to choose from but not so many that it made your head spin. The atmosphere was airy and comfortable yet warm and friendly. It smelled delicious and everyone in the place seemed happy. And the donuts? Were simply heavenly. Usually one donut and I get acid reflux starting about an hour after I eat it till bedtime - it's gross and as much as I love donuts, I tend to shy away from them because of this. Dunkin's Donuts did not inflict this misery on me or my hubby - at all! And we each ate three (yes, three) donuts. We were little pigs that day. It must be a difference in fry oil (or fry oil freshness?) that they use. All I know it DD is now my #1 pick for donuts in Topeka and I'm hoping more shops go up in some other locations around town. And I'm looking forward to trying out a few of their breakfast sandwiches. I wish they had a few lower-calorie options as they all push pretty high in those numbers on all items, but this place is destined to be a "treat" rather than the regular in our world, so I guess it doesn't really matter. read more

Went in this morning to get an iced chai and a donut and my friend got a caramel iced coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese muffin. Well my first drink was absolutely disgusting. It was basically milk and nice with crunchy stuff in it, asked them to remake it and then even did it with almond milk yet it was still disgusting after I asked for less milk snd less ice so the spices would mix in. My friends drink didn't have caramel in it so they had no problem remaking that and then her muffin came with sausage instead of bacon. Very disappointed all the way around. The worst. read more

I've never had such bad customer service from a dunkin before. The girl at the counter was very rude to literally every customer. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but who ever works at 10am on Sundays is very rude. I asked for a Charli told me they had no more cold brew left, understandable- I then asked for a caramel macchiato and when I asked if there was any coffee(you can see when there's coffee in a macchiato) in it she continued to be rude I had to ask another employee for a new one with coffee in it. I don't live here but it's unfortunate that her customer service is so poor. read more

Donuts were typical Dunkin' Donuts. Service was terrible. Guy ringing us out acted annoyed that we were ordering from him.

Such a disappointment. The donuts were fine but the manager was horrible! I don't know all of the details but I assume one of the employees did something that was not up to her standards. She called the employee stupid. I have been here on a different day and she was just as bad. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day. But after seeing her again, I think it's just who she is. I can only imagine what she's like when she thinks no one is around. I feel so bad for her employees. After reading these other reviews obviously the management her doesn't care about training there employees or teaching them to have any sort of personality or customer service skills. I sent this to corporate as well, maybe they care. First Tressa had no idea how to pay with the app and refused to take payment without even though I had no other way to pay. I then asked her why I was able to order on my app from that location if they don't except it. She said she doesn't know how to do that. They girl there said we just don't do it. So I decided to use my credit card but then they were out of everything. No flavor swirls (how do you not have any flavor swirls), no munchkins (I understand being out of these but then someone else ordered them and they had them) and then she said they were out of napkins (but another person gave me some from the pickup counter). I received my donuts but was waiting for my husbands sandwich and the girl that would not give me her name said "can't you read the line points down there for pickup". Tressa then started laughing and I said that was the most humiliating thing someone has said to me. Since I am not from Topeka I was not familiar with the store and I was flustered since they were out of everything, had no idea what your app was and literally made me cry. I know this is not the way I would be treated at home at my normal Dunkin Donuts and I'm not sure what there girls were trying to prove but I am humiliated with the way I was treated and will seriously reconsider going to another Dunkin' Donuts if this is the acceptable behavior of your employees that represent you. read more

I thought I was hungry until I walked in this food complex and was attacked with the aroma of the bathroom. This quickly curved my appetite. The man attending the Dunkin Donuts counter had swear dripping down his face, things coming out of his nose, and continually touched his ears and nose before and after getting my donut. I am a Dunkin fan and always have to stop for an iced coffee with sugar free blueberry. This day was no different. I had a Bavarian crème donut to go with it. I might normally skip the review for a tiny kiosk style location in a truck stop, but I had to review this DD because it was extra clean and the staff was super friendly. They didn't give off that vibe of "this is a half cocked version of Dunkin" (which is so often the case in kiosk style stores). So I felt this place gave me much more than I expected! read more

I have always enjoyed going to the Dunkin' Donuts near my home for their efficiency, quality of drink and friendliness. I had NEVER been disappointed by a Dunkin' Donuts until going to the one in Tecumseh, Kansas. The iced coffee I received was watered down without the cream and sugar that was clearly written on the receipt. Going to that location has made me question my love for Dunkin' Donuts and coffee in general. I would only recommend going to this location if you want terrible coffee. read more

i stopped into today cause i wanted to satisfy a sweet tooth craving I was having. first of all the restrooms in this rest area where this location is, leaves you wanting to go somewhere else...but i can overlook the restroom if I am not going in there...what suprised me most is no cherry or strawberry filled donuts..what? what kind of donut shop has no filled donuts? the donuts where ok, nothing to rave about...daylight donuts has them beat hands down...more than likely, I won't be back...dunkin needs more time in the oven or they better do somethin cause thier donuts don't taste like nothin!!! read more

Most unfriendly staff ever. We were here August 25th at 1:45pm. The reason I'm putting the time and date is because whoever the girl with the longer dark hair is should be fired. She ignored us while we stood there for several minutes while she stocked the doughnuts which were right in front of us. When we finally got her attention to order she grabbed a coffee cup to fill it and slammed it on the counter and stared at us. No thank you, no nothing. This seems to be a consistent theme with a lot of these locations. I will never patronize Dunkin Donuts again. Avoid this location like the plague. It's my opinion that the manager usually sets he tone for how the staff acts, so maybe the corporate offices get these reviews. In this age of instant customer reviews it's funny to think with all the competition these chain locations don't have higher expectations of their employees to just be pleasant. read more
