The food is great. They have a Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins here. Order in advance as walk-in or drive-thru as service was slooooow. No lack or willingness to help, just understaffed to meet the demand. If I could give 0 stars I would. It isn't anything like what I remember. I asked for 4 plain cake doughnuts and 3 glazed and 1 cake glazed in that bag. The Boston Cream filled had a horrible after taste and so did the chocolate glazed. Apparently there are ingredients I have a reaction to and my guests who had to have Dunkin Doughnuts were not impressed either. Either too toasted or not at all. The croissant seemed stale. My sourdough egg, bacon was undercooked slime egg. Feels like I paid for a petrie dish. One experience not repeat nor will I go back. Too many great options. Not worth the risk. read more

Welcome to town Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins! My first impressions are all positive. Upon walking in, we notice a considerate space. Enough room is left, should there be a line out the door, on both the Dunkin' side and BR wing. Good set-up! A drive-thru is a plus. I was told a separate register would soon be added to the BR section of the counter. That'll make purchasing simpler if you want fixes from all sweets. There are tall tables and shorter ones, plus a lounge chair that was already occupied. We know how hard it would be to wait and have a turn to sit in that comfy chair. It appears to accommodate laptop workers - another plus. It's very bright inside but the colors from the donuts, ice cream, and signs add a nice splash of happiness, with a warm contrast in wood grained tables. Checkout the side wall too that says "Temple runs on Dunkin'" Totally speaks to caffeine addicts ; ) Here we have a one-stop shop for sandwiches, light lunch specialties and drinks, breakfast and hot coffee, plus dessert! I have yet to try your coffee but the donuts and refreshing drinks we tried were pretty good. I hope you guys bring back the coconut refreshes your other locations once had. I pulled up today a Wednesday at 6:44 AM and there were five vehicles ahead of me in the drive-through line. I sat there for over 12 minutes and only one vehicle moved forward. The line continue to build behind me trapping me into the drive-through line. Tried to call the store. Multiple times and no one answered. Thank God, the cars behind me were fed up and started to leave so that I could reverse out of the drive-through. Once I was able to move out of the way three other vehicles reversed out as well. That is it at least six vehicles that left this location this morning. i'm pretty sure that all of us would've appreciated them just shutting the store down and having the lights off versus wasting our mornings in this manner. read more

This location consistently doesn't keep a stock of specific bread items for their sandwiches. It's been an issue for over a year now and all they do is try to serve other sandwiches on their non-edible bagels. Staff at the drive through is inattentive: our family have been left at the drive-through window with half of our order trying to get attention of the attendant on several occasions. Clean atmosphere. Pleasant service and team members. I've been there for breakfast and for ice cream and I did not leave disappointed by the food. My only issue was how long it took to get my food. I know this store has been open for about 2 months now and I'm sure they're still low on team members but it shouldn't take 10 minutes for me to get a chocolate chip shake. Visited this location tonight because my sister had received a gift card. We ordered two coffees, hashbrowns, donuts holes & a regular donut. The cashier only gave us the hashbrowns and coffees the first time going through the drive thru. Went back through and when I stated we did not receive our donuts, she laughed and said come back to the window. When we got the donuts, we received extremely stale rubbery donut holes and a jelly filled donut instead of a regular glaze. Not sure why she couldn't get the order right as there was not a single other person in the drive thru or the store. Definitely will not be returning read more

A new business The Good: The place was clean and very quiet. I can not comment about the food as we were unable to place our order. The Bad: A Saturday,two employess, both with a "We are here to served you, bow to us attitude" The Bad: So we had a military gathering and J was to bring 5 Dozens doughnuts for our personnel. They have a limit of 3. (A doughnuts shop with Doughnut shortage? Lol ) Luckily for us travelling east thru the same parking lot. ( we normally place our orders thru there) There is their competion (Shipley Doughnuts) and with no hesitation, they dispatched our 5 dozens of doughnuts. Ohh and they did so with Texas style hospitality. IF YOU HAVE LARGER CORPORATE GATHERING OR TRAINING REQUIRING MORE THAN 3 DOZENS DOUGHNUTS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Their piss poor attitude and 3 the dozen doughnuts rationing limits, did it for us. This is poor choice for larger busisness and/or organizations. I made an order online super early in the morning today with a large number of donut holes...it was done on time and the donut holes were fresh! My frozen coffee wasn't melted down by the time I got there. The lady at the first window was very nice and already had a very joyful, welcoming energy for it being so early! However, every time I've been (drive through only so can't speak to the ambiance inside) they've been out of everything - ice cream flavors, cones, donuts, you name it. On the rare occasion they have everything you order, they will "forget to give it to you." This isn't a fluke, it's a persistent problem with every order at this location. Literally the slowest service ever. We went inside and it took over 20 minutes just to get help from someone. There were probably 5 or 6 people working and not a single person actually came to take our order they were just standing around while one older lady was making the drive thru orders. This is the absolute worst fast food place in Temple. This establishment proves that customer service is dead. They always get our order wrong, they take forever to give you your food, and they always gaslight us when we ask when the full menu will be coming. Every other Dunkin we go to has the full menu, whoever opened this one needs to change that and change what their employees say to customers when it's asked instead of "we've never had glazed donut holes before and I've worked at another establishment." I don't usually leave reviews because I think some people are just dramatic but this place genuinely sucks and we won't be returning. You'd get treated better at Popeyes which is notorious for having terrible customer service. Train your employees better on customer service - coming from someone who used to work in fast food. You get paid off to live off of those wages now, get over yourselves and treat people with kindness. There was better customer service when we got paid minimum wage. read more
