That was fine with me as I only wanted a coffee but it was odd compared to other Starbucks. Coffee was fine. Location is busy - lots of preorders and a busy drive through. My wife ordered a Nitro for me today (6/25/25), and even sent the first one back since there was no coffee, got another again with very little coffee. It's typically filled with a foam top (like a Guinness). I'm disappointed that this barista clearly didn't know how to pour it and we paid for this little amount. read more

My favorite Hot Starbucks Espresso Beverage is the Venti Carmel Macchiato!! I admit I'm very picky about my order. But it's not like it's a .99 cent cup of coffee. I was soo blown away tonight as the Barista made my Carmel Macchiato ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY DELICIOUS and on point!!! My hubby and I frequent this Starbucks Location drive thru whenever we can. Hubby just orders the Venti Pike w/cream & 4 Splenda, he's not hard to please at all. If I wasn't with him, he'd settle for a cheap regular coffee from the Donut Place. I, on the other hand, am not a fan of coffee. So, when we are out together, it's Starbucks only. Lol. I order the Hot Venti Sugar Free Carmel Macchiato with 9 Pumps of the Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Extra Carmel Drizzle In the cup, 3 Splenda, 2% Frothed Milk, Just 1 shot of Espresso (not the 2 that comes with this) and with a straw to sip from. Yes, I know it sounds like a lot but I am a diabetic and I also can't have a lot of caffeine so I have to be specific. 5 STARS from the Barista tonight, my Macchiato was Perfection!! I need to sit down and focus ASAP, so to Starbucks I went. The staff greeted me and I ordered the pistachio latte and grabbed a seat. The chairs are padded and the ambiance is very relaxing and well lit. I got my drink after a few minutes and got to relaxing as I typed away, wrote letters, and focused on the smell on coffee beans. The best part was the music selection. They played Anti-hero instrumental (violin version). I swooned while I finished up my latte and read an online magazine. Any time I've come here I order on the app and pick up so that way I know they see I chose the Almond milk for my lattes.. but I don't think they even pay attention to that honestly because the last few times I've come here I've felt sick to my stomach and in pain after drinking the lattes. The obvious of course is that you've gotta start with some pretty awesome coffee beans...after that it's all about the Barista. Doesn't matter which Starbucks I visit...whether it's a drive-thru, in a mall, airport or Target. Those Baristas are highly trained professionals who know what they're doing. I've been to many other coffee houses and time and time again, my #1 complaint is lack of consistency. starbucks 304 greentree road in sewell, nj washington center does not have very good service, when i went there and asked for two regular coffees there was no cream in the coffee and the drink was bitter and nasty because the y had the nerve to give me coffee that was in the pot at least two hours! i contacted the manager and received a full refund for these coffees!! when i told the lady that served me the coffee she had the nerve to lie to me and tell me she put cream in it when she did not!! i will go to another starbucks not this one ever again!! read more

I've never had this happen before but today I was not happy with my starbucks. I asked for a hot latte and received an iced latte, I bought a chicken wrap box......it was terrible!!! The wrap had barely any chicken it!! While the flavor was good, I had to eat a plain wrap with nothing in it BECAUSE I WAS STARVING and already back at my job. NOT HAPPY!!!! There has also been times when I have ordered my latte and got back to my job (which is in the same parking lot as my Starbucks!!) and when I sipped by drink I could feel how light it was, opened the lid and the cup was just over half full. Seriously!!!!!! So now I ask for light whip cream so they don't fill half of the cup with whip cream. Last time I checked....whipped cream was just a topping. read more

I've been coming to the Egg Harbor & Greentree starbucks for years. As a regular, I can say that the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. One issue you may have depends on the time of the day. At some points, high school lets out and this place can be as loud as a school cafeteria. Other times, several parents decided that this Starbucks is a good place to bring their children. Being in Washington Township, they have the "my kid does no wrong" attitude and often the parents will allow their infants to cry, or their younger children to run around as if this were a daycare. It does affect the experience of a nice place to relax with a tasty beverage. The service gets a 4-star rating. The crowd sometimes kills it though. read more

Coming from NY and being around a multitude of coffee shops, I know a good one when I see one. They are incredibly efficient when a lot of these people order weird crazy drinks, and I just get an iced red eye and call it a day. The drive thru is actually amazing. I never heard of a drive thru starbucks before, and this is the only one I know like that. It's really quick and everyone is so friendly. The only thing that kind of is annoying is the parking lot and the location of it, how it's not really easy to get into or out of. read more

This location is my primary store. I'm not sure what's happened lately, but the quality has slipped. Compared to other locations, the foam beverages are practically foamless and I had to call and speak with a manager about it. I had rewards expiring last week and specifically told the barista/cashier that I wanted to use them. She acknowledged my request and charged me anyway AND my star rewards expired the next day. This is just a couple examples of things that have not gone well lately. Very disappointing! They have employees that have been working there for years and treat you like family. I feel like such a snot complaining about a Starbucks. The staff here is great. My issue here is the guests. There are a couple people that live here. So if you were planning on sitting in one of the cozy chairs think again. They've basically claimed them as their own. Take a close look and you can see their ass prints in each seat. Seriously. And on a nice afternoon there's usually 5-10 too many highschoolers hanging around. They tend to sit outside around the Cold Stone next door which is a little bit of a relief. My latte was not good, way too sugary and not worth the price at all. Other huge breaker/complaint for both, me and my fiance, is the signing for the menu and what is available ... selection of all diff drinks are pretty much not existant. No signs or menu listings on the FLAVORS of the drinks!!! Also no displays of the sizes. The ONLY size listed on the menu is the "grande". Not good for those who aren't regulars. It rubbed me the wrong way, because I had to drill my barista with questions and wasted both our time (as well as the people in line behind me) since I had to ask about the flavors and sizes. Had the flavors and sizes been displayed I could have easily decided what I wanted while I waited in line! Signs/displays would be very beneficial and helpful. read more

The service was great. Employees are always friendly. The coffee tastes like coffee and made just as I ordered. The only problem is the design of the parking lot. You could easily get blocked into your parking spot for a minute or three longer than you'd like when the drive thru gets backed up. It happens very often. It has happened several times to me. It's always amazing when I come here. Occasionally the baristas don't seem like they're taking their time so sometimes the drink doesn't taste right. This location is so hit or miss. More miss than hit. Their are a few baristas in there that need attitude adjustments. Being nice is not hard. I understand we all have our days but their drive thru skills are pathetic. Need to take a lesson from Chick fil A. I do enjoy Sandy (I think that's her name). She always is pleasant and there is a younger guy that works there that takes his job really serious and aims for excellent customer service. Great job to those two employees. Finally found a Starbucks with a drive thru close to were I was staying. They did, originally, get my order wrong (gave me an iced macchiato instead of hot) but quickly corrected the mistake AND let me keep the wrong drink as well. The Sewell Starbucks has the friendliest and quickest service of any Starbucks I have ever visited. I am a daily customer and prefer this location above all others!
