Oh my gosh, this place was AMAZING! I highly recommend it to any sweet tooth looking for an incredible treat. Located near Penn's Landing, the shop itself is adorable, clean, and smells absolutely heavenly. It was so nice watching everything being made right in front of you with such care and attention to detail. The staff is incredibly artistic, and it truly shows in the presentation of every item on the menu. You honestly can't go wrong with anything you order- it's all delicious. Do not miss the cutest hot chocolate ever! I also highly recommend the Four Seasons waffle if you want to try a little bit of everything. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back. It's the perfect treat on a snowy day!

Mocha melt!!! The newest desert spot in town right by Franklin fountain. I was so excited to hear that this place opened up. Featuring such extravagant desserts and drinks, I had to stop by. I was surprised that they opened only 2 months ago with how efficient they were with everything. Mocha melt also hosts a lot of cool events if you're ever interested in painting events :) They also make matcha using a bamboo whisk and scale! A whopping 4g of matcha The staff were super sweet and welcoming and cleaned everything/wore gloves. As a consumer, I appreciate the hygiene and extra step they took to ensure that everything was done properly. I got their most popular dresser item... the Dubai crepe. It did not disappoint. It was everything that I hoped for. The knafeh was perfectly crunchy and the chocolate sauce/pistachio was warm. They made the crepe per order and it came out nice, warm and delicate. It wasn't overly sweet and it was a huge portion! Will definitely come back to try their mojito drinks and other desserts :) If you're in the area and want some sweets. Check them out!

Came across this place while walking by and couldn't help but stop by. Lots of seating. You can either order directly at the counter or via the digital kiosk - I saw 2 of those. If you have a sweet tooth, you might get overwhelmed by the variety of crepes, waffles and lattes - I was!! I decided to get the Tiramisu Latte (hot) and my husband got an Iced Pistachio Latte. The Tiramisu latte was very delicious - creamy and rich. It had the perfect ratio of chocolate to espresso - just how I like it. Great addition to old city especially because it is pretty much the only cafe that is open until 10 PM!! Philly needs more of these!!

Take this with a grain of salt since I visited during their Grand Opening and got a free item--but honestly, I'd come back and pay full price. I got the pomegranate refresher and my friend ordered the Dubai chocolate crepe, and we shared both. The crepe was amazing--thin and warm, with rich melted chocolate inside and a drizzle of even more chocolate on top. It had this velvety, indulgent feel without being too heavy. Seriously, wow. I wasn't expecting to love it that much. The drink was super refreshing--icy, slightly tart, and sweet. It hit the spot, especially since it was a really hot day. I'm not sure if the heat made it taste better, but it was delicious either way. The place was packed for the opening, but the vibe was great. New, clean, and nicely decorated--cute without being over the top. It looks like a perfect spot to study or chill with a coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee smelled amazing, and they had a pretty big selection of ice creams in the case too. All in all, a great first impression. I'll definitely come back--and I'm hoping everything tastes just as good when I'm paying next time.

I wouldn't come here with a huge crowd but for two people, it was the perfect place. You can order at the kiosk or the front. The pistachio latte was amazing and a really generous pour that i couldn't even finish. The dubai crepe was also really good and a good portion.

I came on a whim. I was actually supposed to be at the ice cream shop with the rest of my work team, but I am lactose intolerant. So, I stopped into Mocha Melt and I'm glad I did. It smelled so delicious upon opening the door. Everything was beautiful, vibrant, and clean. The menu was priced fairly. I wanted sorbet but I wanted it to be blended like a smoothie. They don't have it on the menu, but made it happen for me by simply adding a little oat milk so I could drink my sorbet! I love customer service like that. Very sweet men behind the counter. I didn't try the waffle, it was for my student, but she enjoyed it. definitely will be back when I'm in town.

my daughter and I try new food every time we have to go into Philly we tried mocha melt today. Small nice ambience; they make the food right there, and the food is good. Pricing is good as well. The only thing I wish they had was real forks and knives as it was difficult to cut through the waffles without real silverware just plastic on nice plates. Would go again.

The atmosphere here is great -- a perfect spot to sit and work on your laptop. The cappuccino was excellent, and the Dubai chocolate crepe was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be coming back on my remote work days.

I got a chai latte with oat milk and a Shakshuka (which, they told me is not a traditional Shakshuka but rather reimagined as a pasty). It was delicious! The chai latte had great depth and spice flavors, and the Shakshuka pastry was a great mix of flaky puff pastry and strong tomato and egg flavors. Just knocking off one star because for a $5.75 latte, they only filled the glass halfway up. I also got one of their famous pistachio sticky bun to take to go!

Our server Rachel was lovely and gave us a rundown of their specials and the menu's top hits. Our drink selections ranged from as boring as a Diet Coke to as fun as a seasonal lemonade. We were all content with our choices, though we puttered around making suggestions from their large drink menu. I typically go for a savory breakfast, but the stuffed brioche French toast was speaking to me. I can never turn down banana! The rest of our table ordered avocado toast (x2) and fried eggs with bacon. Everyone was really happy with their choices and an added bonus was that our food came out quickly. I insisted everyone at our table try a bite of my massive stuffed brioche French toast and the consensus was that it was ridiculously good. Though this spot is tiny, it is not to be missed.

Luckily, we found street parking right next to the restaurant, which was a nice surprise. When we arrived, the wait for a table of three was about 45 minutes. That's somewhat expected for a popular brunch spot on a weekend. Once seated, the service was prompt. Our waiter stopped by quickly with waters and took good care of us throughout the meal. I ordered the House Angus Burger with sweet potato fries. It was solid, flavorful, and definitely filling. My friend got the Bella Vista Omelet with home fries, and we both agreed that while the food was good, it felt like standard brunch fare rather than anything particularly memorable. Based on the long wait and the hype surrounding Sabrina's, I think we were expecting the food to really stand out. In my opinion, the dishes we tried were comparable to what you'd find at a quality chain brunch spot like First Watch. That's not necessarily a bad thing, the food was satisfying, but it didn't quite justify the lengthy wait. That said, the menu has plenty of more unique and creative options that we didn't try. I'd be open to coming back and ordering one of those specialty dishes next time. Overall, I left satisfied with the meal and service.
