This has become my go to Dunkin' even though it's a little further than the one that is closest to me on 8th Street. When the 8th Street location was out of Boston Cremes (Oh the humanity!) and I really wanted one... I could always switch gears, run a little West, and find them here! Staff is always polite and easy to deal with. The place is pretty clean depending on whether or not they had "a rush." One thing... Dunkin' as a whole needs to take a lesson in preparing Chai lattes from Starbucks or almost any place else. It's not a big glass of milk with a little bit of Chai tea... It should be a glass of Chai tea with a little bit of milk and sweetener. Until then... I'll just stick to the black coffee. It's a good thing! read more

We were in town for a cheer competition and the girls wanted the Sabrina Carpenter drink and donuts so off I went to get some for the team. This was the closest Dunkin' to where we were staying. Easy parking in the lot and walked in to get a bunch of drinks and a dozen donuts. The wait was longer than I expected and the kids behind the counter seem to be struggling. The place was fairly clean and had a few tables for seating. I ordered the drinks and which took 15 mins to order as I tried to explain simple drinks while they struggled to put it in the system. They were not extremely complicated, the pink drinks for 6 of them and then just iced coffee and lattes for the others. Had a hard time explaining to them what a mocha or similar drink was and if they could make me one. I gave up and just got the others. The donuts were fine. Fairly fresh although a couple of them might have been sitting out for a while. Maybe they were short staffed or had a bunch of new employees that were being trained but I will be avoiding this Dunkin' in the future. There are other options around. read more

My addiction to avo toast is the only thing that draws me here. I find the staff to be unwelcoming and there is a sense they hate working here. My biggest pet peeve is having to beg for a napkin at the drive thru. I my opinion, when you hand someone food, a napkin should accompany it. Very disappointed in the poor service and quality these days. I have been going to this same location and ordering the same thing for the past 10 years. They used to always get it right! Now the drink I order never tastes the same. Today it was exceptionally worse than usual so I asked them to re-make it. I was met with "we can re-make it but it will be made exactly the same". Then open up the bagel which I paid for "extra plain cream cheese". Take a look at the picture for their definition of "extra". They also were not making donuts. All in all, ended up spending almost $30 for breakfast as had to go to Casey's to get my daughters donut and purchased a new drink from Starbucks with cream cheese to put on my bagel. SO Horrible. First we get to the ordering stand, The worker was completely getting everything wrong not listening at all and clearly couldn't understand a word we were saying, Only 2 cars infront of us and it took 25 minutes to get to the window, then at the window, They charge my passenger in the car for 2 different drinks and i had to calmly explain that we only got one but he put it in wrong, she still had to end up paying for both drinks and she ordered 2 bagel bite sets, only got one set of them. Another worker came and fixed my friends drink and got her the right one finally, than when it was my order, the coffee wasn't even made yet, I got the $6 meal deal, they didn't even give the hash browns. We ended up being there for WAY to long. All the tabs were messed up, they forgot multiple things and then gave us extra donuts to make up for. When they were missing FOOD items. A total mess and it's never ever been like that in the past. this is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a place in my whole entire life. when they had thought that they had given everything which (They Had not) they asked while I was still there?! and I was like "Uh i have to pay?". most people would've just drove off and not paid by the way, but I stayed there and paid even after this extremely awful ordeal. read more

I order the same drink every time, & its never the same! Then on top of that the lady was extremely short and rude over the microphone, then we get to the window and she said absolutely nothing and gave us no greeting or goodbye. Wow, this is a great location! It's clean, and is upscale. I love the fact that they have USB outlets at the high top tables so I can charge my devices while I work. Amazing staff!! I had to check and make sure I haven't already left a review for this location. I am very much a regular here, for about seven years. And, this one being my favorite.. Only occasionally there is a lack of consistency but typically it's due a new employee or they are just short staffed and slammed.. no big deal in grand scheme..& that's only happened a handful of times. Yuck. DD makes weird tasting donuts. No matter the location. This is the last time I eat a DD donut. I've been here 5 other times and I am never satisfied with their food. It's definitely personal preference so read my review with that in mind. I feel like the donuts are never fresh tasting. They are a cake donut type so if that's the type you like I guess DD is the place for you. I've tried all their popular donuts and donut holes. Tastes the same and bland. If I HAD to pick a donut I would pick a jelly filled donut hole. That's it. Their coffee is bland. Iced chai tea latte is like drinking chai flavored whole milk. Nope just nope. Service is fine. Ordered a coldbrew with vanilla cold foam & a hot caramel macchiato. the coldbrew got the end of the can of the coldfoam apparently. the other locationd have a thick amount, this had so little that it melted into my drink 5 minutes later. the caramel macchiato was such burnt coffee, it was undrinkable. $7 i guess its what you get. read more

Dunkin' is average at best. I go there sometimes after work to get a donut and the donuts are sometimes stale. They are alright usually, but not always. I've had Gabe serve me a few times and he is very good at his job. The tables are occasionally dirty, but usually clean. This Dunkin' has potential, but it hasn't reached it yet. read more

Oh, how sad. This restaurant is deteriorating. The keto egg sandwich is still pretty good, but I have to explain what I want and it takes a bit of time to make make my request clear. The last time I was at the drive thru, I was going to get doughnuts for my grandchildren, and... no glazed doughnuts, no cake doughnuts, no chocolate with sprinkles, etc. It reminded me of the Monty Python sketch about the cheese shop that didn't have any cheese. I was about to say, "I don't care how excrementally doughy they are, what kind of doughnuts DO you have?" I did say, in a joking manner, that it wasn't much of a doughnut shop if they didn't have any doughnuts. She didn't appreciate my sense of humor. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location I've ever set foot in. I really looked forward to their opening a year or so ago, but every experience has left me shaking my head. Most recently they have struck out in back to back occasions. Yesterday my wife stopped by to pick up donuts for work. She arrived at 6:45am to see all the lights off and the doors locked. The door says the store opens at 4:30am, but at 6:45am on a Friday they were taking a sick day apparently. Today my wife goes to get donuts and coffee for breakfast. I asked for a medium coffee with Equal and cream. My wife was told they don't have cream (what?!), so she asked for Equal only since I could add my own elusive cream at home. She brings home the coffee and it has CREAM, and NO Equal. Also, the filled donut I had filling in approximately the last 1/4 of the donut. Clearly the grand opening kinks have not been fixed. read more

Excellent! 4 Stars for service. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted upon entry and given a great recommendation for what food menu item to order. I'm really surprised by all of the negative reviews for this Dunkin. I've been several times, and here are my takeaways: -The store is always busy. The line commonly goes to the door (sometimes out), and there is a wait. Given the length of the line, the wait time seems ok to me. I.e. they are ok at moving people through. Not fantastic, but not bad either. Same with the wait at the drive thru. -The coffee is always hot and good. I am a plain coffee with cream girl, so I've never ordered anything "frufru" and can't speak to the specialty drinks. -If you show up after about 8am, your donut selection will be limited. That is just the way it is at any location. I've never been to a Dunkin that is fully stocked later in the morning (and I grew up 2 blocks from a DD). Sorry Haters, deal with it or get up earlier. -The store is clean. -The service is great. The staff is very friendly, and more than once, my coffee has been upgraded to a bigger size free of charge. Oh, and there always are coupons available. Email, snail mail, or printed on receipts...I've probably gotten free coffee through one of these methods more times than I've paid for coffee here. And try to use expired coupons if you have them--I've had them work before. (The employees scan the barcode on the coupon and if the computer takes it, sweet! Just don't blame the employee if an expired coupon doesn't work.) read more

Just. No. I've tried this location many times hoping for a better result but it just seems to just get worse. I ordered a hot chocolate with whip cream. I get home to see over an inch of room and no whip cream. At this point I could care less about the whip cream but to leave that much room in the cup is ridiculous. Stopped by for morning coffee during road trip through and can honestly say that it was one of the better experiences I've had at a dunkin. We were initially greeted by a friendly, red-headed and bearded gentleman who was very accommodating in mentioning that he would remake my coffee if I didn't like it. And although my donut failed to have any filling, my server quickly insisted on filling it and hand-delivering it to me. The coffee was very tasty and not watered-down, much like at some locations, and everything was made right by our friendly server. Then I get to work and over half are jelly filled it makes me wonder if the owner hired illegal immigrants that don't understand English or the employees just don't care.
