Id give this store a 1* if it weren't for the fact that my order is correct and hot every time. I travel to the area frequently for work and this is right around the corner. It doesn't matter what time of day I order ahead, my experience whether I order for walk in vs drive thru is that v they won't even start your order until you arrive and somehow even making a coffee takes time because they bounce between order ahead vs pay in store customers. This place is a nightmare. I have no idea how they are still open. Employees are so rude, beyond slow, use expletives behind the counter and are generally working in unsanitary looking conditions. But really, biggest issue, shouldn't take 30 minutes to get 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches you ordered 15 minutes earlier on the app! Place is pathetic. read more

Standing in line, no one else there, the attendant ignored me and asked the man behind me what he wanted. I said "if you're going to pretend I don't exist and serve the person who just came in, I might as well go". "Go somewhere else". Not sure if it's because of the color of my skin. Its located in a strip mall on Route 75, near the I-91 Day Hill Road exit and more or less across the street from Price Chopper and Buffalo Wild Wings. Popped in today before I hit the office on a Sunday morning. The drive through line was pretty much backed up to the street, but the interior of the store was empty, The counter person was nice, the coffee was good DD quality, I saw plenty of goodies in the donut racks, so everything was A-OK for me. So the mystery question remains-- why were there over a dozen lazy folks who would rather wait in a long line of cars than park and walk ten steps? Ahhh -- the sweet mysteries of life. read more

I go to this Dunkin' frequently due to how close it is to my house. Coffee is always good, the drive thru line can be very slow, but I understand. Three stars because every time I get hot food, it tastes like chlorine or something. You can actually smell it when they open the window. Not sure if this is an easy fix, but I'd definitely improve my rating if they can figure this issue out. read more

Location: End unit in plaza across from PriceChopper. This Dunkin' gets crazy busy in the morning, so much so that cars inch their way in from Poquonock Avenue to hit up the drive through so proceed with caution. It can be a bit tricky to navigate if you're haulin' ass in the morning to get your coffee. I've NEVER had a messed up order when hitting up this location and I visit here quite frequently. Everyone has their favorite Dunkin' (you know what I'm talking about don't you?) and this happens to be mine. They crank out coffees and the like quickly and efficiently. 95% of the time the employees are friendly and helpful. I've also noticed that the cost at this location tends to be a few pennies cheaper (if not strange) than most other ones around Windsor. Whether you head inside or decide to take a cruise thru the super quick drive thru (lines shmines I say) you will be hard pressed to find a better DD in this area. read more

There were over 10 cars lined up for drive through, 15 people in line inside, 4 people working, and I was in and out with my breakfast and coffee order in 7 min. That's fast. Of course I wish the place has bigger selection and parking lot was bigger and easier to get in and out. But this is friggin DD, in 'burb. Not ones in the city where old folks use for bingo party or neighborhood watch initiation ceremony. So just get over it and enjoy your day. read more

Dunkin Donuts has pretty good coffee and a variety of donuts, muffins and pastry items which serve the purpose for a quick breakfast, afternoon snack or a late night treat. Because they are a New England based chain they are almost on every block no matter where you go which is a convenience. The quality is by in large very good, there are no surprises and you can be sure your favorite items will taste the same no matter which location you go to. DONT GO HERE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would! This is the worst Dunkin' service I have ever received!! We pulled up to the drive thru and immediately the worker gave us an attitude. We hadn't completed ordering when she stated ok you can pull up.. We said that we were not done ordering so she literally said ughhh into the microphone! How rude can staff be you are getting paid to work if u dont want to work stay home or go on unemployment or something find yourself another job. Sorry do not go here! This is hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts i've ever been to. I've gone several times purely out of convenience and every single time my order is wrong. I've been overcharged on more than one occasion and the food consistently smells/tastes like poison. I went to this store for the first time in several months today. There was one car at the window when I pulled into the drive thru. I sat at the speaker for several minutes before I was greeted. Fine. I order a coffee and an English muffin toasted with butter. I pull up to the window (the car in front of me is gone) and wait no lie at least 5 minutes with my car window rolled down. It's snowing outside and the snow has coated the interior of my car. I'm annoyed. A female employee finally opens the window and says my total will be over $6. I question the total as I know roughly how much the items cost. The employee informs me that I'm being charged for 2 English muffins to which I reply "I ordered one." It takes her a moment to comprehend what I've said and she consults a fellow employee before adjusting my total. She tells me the new total which sounds correct ($4 & change) so I hold my phone out the window so she can clearly scan my app for payment. She scans it no less than 5 times, seemingly unaware of how to properly cash me out. I pull out of the establishment and drive to work. Upon arrival, I open my English muffin and am overpowered by the smell of chemicals. I ask my employees to smell it to make sure I'm not crazy. "You should bring that back!!" "There's no way I would eat that" "Oh hell no!!!!" Having dealt with returning items at this store in the past, I decided to save myself the headache and simply threw the food in the trash. This place has no concept about how to staff. I typically end up here mid day and their service is stupidly slow. Several minutes in the drive through for a singular coffee. It's ridiculous. They're the closest to work though, so I suffer. God forbid I wanted to zip out during my morning fifteen min break though. I'd never make it back in time. They're sooooo slow. read more

This dunkin can not make a coffee to save them selves. I asked for a caramel swirl with cream and sugar and i got a coffee that tasted like water. they never use the spoon to swirl it and the sugar is always piled on the bottom. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. Go up one exit to 37 and go to the dunkin in the gas station. They are a newer one that knows what they are doing. read more

Lived in Windsor all my life. I will go to any other Dunkin but this one. Coffee is always made too light and sweet no matter how I order it. The coffee frequently tastes burnt. They don't restock donuts and they're often stale. They recently changed their policy and now charge the price of an iced tea for an iced tap water (more than a bottled water and almost $3). They consistently put all the staff working the drive thru leaving no one at the front register. read more

This might be the worse Dunkin in New England. The service is consistently slow. They're slammed all the time and seems like they don't staff the place well enough. Even when there isn't a line, they folks still provide slow service. Went in for a cup off coffee. There was no line, but also no one at the registered. Waited a couple minutes to be acknowledged and then was told to hang on. Waited another minute and walked out. Avoid this Dunkin whenever possible. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. All of the employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful every time I am there. The drive through line takes 15-20 minutes to get through every time no matter the time of day. One time inside I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. I have never experienced a business with such horrible employees and customer service. The drive through guy yelled at me over the speaker today just for saying "hello" and "what" when he didn't answer for a few minutes and then I couldn't understand what he said. Every experience I've had here is horrible. They need to clear out the employees and management and completely re-hire and start from the beginning.
