BEWARE! This Dunkin location is one of the worst in the city of Winston-Salem. They are always short staff, the lobby is always closed, some days you can't order anything but coffee (no sandwiches, etc.). The line of cars wrapped around the building everyday is ridiculous. Very clean and very nice Dunkin. Ample parking and right off of main road. Downside is that it is not anywhere near the highway, 2 miles down the road. And, to get to it, you must make a u-turn if you aren't on the right side of the road... Ordering was a bit slow, donuts were fine. My drink was not good at all. There were two employees and they both seemed rushed and overwhelmed. Friendly but rather disorganized. Ladies room clean. Would stop in again but choose a different beverage. read more

Everything I got was dry and burnt. Extremely dry. The refresher was good, other than that all of my food was subpar. Wouldnt recommend.

This location has gone downnnnn hill very fast and recently! It used to be every 3rd coffee or so tasted right but now it's about every 7th and only if you are firm and watch them make it closely! They seem To have cut down the flavor syrups so much nobody in my family can even taste them 75% of the time now. This morning my husband grabbed me a muffin and the dang thing is literally rock hard on the top 3/4! Given that he bought it early Sunday morning you'd think fresh muffins would not be stale yet....so how old is this thing?? Sad sad sad! This is the only full Dunkin Donuts around us and the stops in gas stations never meet expectations...so we are stuck with crappy watered down flavorless coffee or Starbucks....or we will just make it at home more often and save the money instead of throwing it away on this nonsense. Found this one in the morning after camping nearby. First time in a DD, but i had a gift card. it was fine. I expect as DDs go, this one was good, servers and service was great, they wre cheerful, smiling, and the coffee was hot. Otherwise, not knowing the menu or options, i don't need to go back after i get my money out of the gift card. Claims the walk in / lobby is closed yet the app says its open. When we got to the drive through window, the lady basically threw our food at us and shut the window very rudely. Never coming here again. They said their lobby is closed but there was no sign. They claimed to be "under staffed" when i saw about 7 people in there. I work near this location, I've been 4 times in the past several months hoping that it would be better at some point. They seem to be out of most of their menu items, each time. When I ordered a donut that was on the menu, I was told they didn't sell that kind and was made to feel dumb when I explained that it was on the menu, that's why I ordered it. They stated they had never heard of it. I've also ordered coffee each time, it was luke warm at best and definitely not fresh. Employees seem disorganized and almost rude when telling you what they're out of, like you're supposed to know what not to order. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. read more

Honestly wish I could give this place a 0 star. This place is a straight up trainwreck. The employees seem to have a bug up their ass. You ask for something so simple as napkins or a straw and it's an inconvenience. It also took an hour to get through the line and get my order. I had to repeat my order about a million times and they still managed to get everything wrong. They gave me stale bread, burnt cheese on the sandwiches, and the coffee was atrocious. And when I pulled up to the window there were just employees standing around not doing a damn thing. Honestly such a waste of my time and money!! This location is horrible a simple coffee cannot be made wrong three times when you specifically tell them you would like six creams two Splenda's it's just impossible to mess up but apparently it was, not once but twice and then once you place your order and you want to get something else the girl tells me she can't add it to the bill this is a first! she said I would have to go around the drive-through once again that is a bunch of BS there was nobody behind me so she could've easily rang up another order but she didn't want to. Not good at all. Been here 3 times this week HOPING there would be a difference but no. Donuts aren't any good, and the coffee is horrible. Seems like nobody knows how to use a spoon to make sure that all the sugar or flavoring isn't at the bottom. Coffee tastes old. This dunkin donuts is in a building with a baskin Robbins. They use to have a sandwich shop in there as well but they closed about two years ago. The ice cream is very good and they have a good variety of flavors. The donut side is also pretty good and the things I have brought there have been good. read more

Stopped here on way back on a road trip. We waited several minutes to be noticed and we were the only customers in the shop. Very limited selection of donuts. The baskin Robbins portion I couldn't get anyone to wait on me, and I'm glad Bc when I walked past the counter on my way back to the bathroom all of the ice cream utensils were laying on the counter in filthy water. The bathroom was atrocious. Long black hair filled the sink. No cover on the toilet paper dispenser and when I tried to use the soap dispenser it feel off the wall. We went to this location because they also have Baskin Robbins Ice Cream & had read they have vegan ice cream. BEWARE Vegans: No plant-based ice cream here. In fact, I asked about it & the server had no clue what vegan is because she pointed to the yogurt ice cream as if that were an option & I had to ask her, doesn't yogurt have dairy. Oh, yeah... So, my husband went to the Donut section & asked for an icee-type beverage. It took ages for the server to make it (ice & flavoring, really???), maybe because she was busy taking personal calls on her cell phone while trying to do it. I've had the power breakfast sandwhich before (at a different location) and liked it so I decided to come to the location near campus to order it. I went inside. The line was long outside so I came in. The cashier took a total of approximately 5.45 minutes took acknowledge me. Only after two customers stood in line behind me, did she decide to take my order. No one acknowledged me while I was waiting. On top of that, my breakfast sandwhich tasted awful. I come to this place maybe once a month when I need some coffee or a sweet tooth fixin'. The coffee is typical DD. AMAZING! Ordered a birthday cake online and got confirmation that it would be ready at 10:30AM on the morning of my daughter's birthday party. We arrived at 11:45 to pick the cake up and found out that it was sent to the wrong location. The girl behind the register acted like it was no big deal and said it would be there in 20 minutes or so. I asked for a discount for it being late. The girl just walked into the back of the store and hid. After about 5 minutes I had to yell for her to come back to the counter. I told her I wanted my money back, and with a hateful tone she said," I'm giving you a discount." I then demanded my money back explaining that I was missing my daughters birthday party because of this. She rolled her eyes and went to the register to get my money. I go to this location because it's the closest to me. So A couple of days ago I decide to get me a 10 count munchkin, large hot latte and a medium iced coffee. I go through the drive thru and ask the girl a simple question about the menu which was (How many ounces are in a large?)and instead of telling me to wait or something... it is dead silent for what felt like an eternity. She finally gets back to me and in a frustrating tone says "I don't know". I order anyways since I was in a rush and really wanted their iced coffee. So I tell her my order and proceed to the window. When I got to the window I immediately noticed she gave me a large iced latte and a medium hot latte. So I nicely tell her that the iced coffee is supposed to be medium and the hot latte is large. She takes the hot latte and goes and pours it out even though I pointed to the drink and explained it to her. So I tell her again she messed up and by this point she is irritated and starts to speak Spanish to her coworker.. Well, I'm bilingual so I look at her and tell her yet again how my order was supposed to be. I then pay for my order after all the trouble and in no way was I rude. Then she gives me my 10 munchkins and I told the girl not worry right before I left as we all have bad days and she was just rude(her facial expressions) because of all the frustration I didn't check the bag... Yeah stupid me on that ...they only gave me 6 when I paid for 10. The coffee sucked and the service was worse. Terrible attitudes of the workers and I would have went back but I couldn't as I was going out of town..I will NOT be back! dont ever order a cake from this place. They ruinied my kids cake and the owner wouldnt even say sorry. His cake had the writing around the corner of the cake because enough room was not aloud for all of it which started about the middle of the front. The icing color had bleed and beeded on top, the icing was cracked bad, not covering the cake part, the plastic decorations that were added were sunk in and sideways. I complained and got about as good of service as quality of cake. Everytime i have went there they have been rude, not spoke great english, and screwed up my orders, to say the least i wont be back there and i suggest no one else go either read more
