On the way back home. Stopped by the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop for a sweet treat. The staff were friendly and the doughnuts were tasty. The establishment appears to be clean. Unika B. & Co.

Craving a donut? Go to Kristie Kreme on Stratford! The donuts were so good. I order a pop tart strawberry donut and a caramel vanilla latte. Both were delicious! The lady that took my order was also very friendly. I will definitely come back to this location!

Just coming in here was a better experience than the GSO Battleground location (yes I am bashing them). This location is clean and the workers were so friendly. They had lots of flavors of donuts! And of course my chocolate sprinkle donut was amazing.

    These are awesome!

I love Krisoy Kreme donuts. What's not to love? They even tell you when they are hot! What's better than a plain glazed? A dozen of fun Grinch donuts! Wowza!

I am a Winston-Salem native and sugar glaze runs through my veins. My go-tos are the Cake Batter, Chocolate Iced Kreme filled, and hot Original Glazed. Chocolate Original Glazed used to be available the first Friday of every month, not sure if this is still true but I hope so as they are delicious. Note that while this is the "Flagship" Krispy Kreme location, the "Original" Krispy Kreme location was on Main Street in what is now historic "Old Salem." There is a plaque there commemorating it as such. My mom and my aunt remembered standing in line there to get two doughnuts for 5 cents. I use the Drive Thru 99.9% of the time, energy level of the employees varies but I've never had anyone be downright rude as mentioned in other reviews and usually they are pretty pleasant. Pictured is a spring selection of mini doughnuts. These were a big hit at today's family Easter gathering. Interestingly, when I purchased the doughnuts today I also ordered a small Diet Coke and was told that they only have bottled drinks. I remembered that the same thing happened the last time I was here. I like my Co-Cola on ice with a straw so both times I refused the bottled drink. At the window I asked if the bottled drinks were temporary or if that was a permanent change and was told that it had always been that way. I know for a fact this is not true because many times I have purchased a Diet Coke, on ice with a straw, in a Krispy Kreme logo cup. Unless this is one of those Mandela Effect/alternate timeline things. Oh well good to know.

It's hot , fluffy delicious donuts at the first and original Krispy Kreme ! There's plenty of parking and the staff are friendly and fast . You can peek inside where the magic happens and watch the donuts on the conveyor belt . My only criticism is that there is no historical marker or sign indicating this location is Krispy Kreme #1! I feel this should be promoted and celebrated here ! Download the Krispy Kreme app to earn points and get rewards .

This is the FIRST ORIGINAL KRISPY KREME location! THAT'S RIGHT, you can visit where it all started. This location is unique due to their wide-open donut factory, which allows customers to view the complete donut-making process, and their extensive drive-thru and parking lot, which is made to accommodate many cars. The donuts are guaranteed to be made fresh and WILL melt in your mouth. There's just something special about having warm, freshly made donuts that can't be reciprocated in any other way. I made my visit on the National Donut Day, and as expected, there were a ton of customers in line. However, Krispy Kreme, as one of the leaders in the donut franchises in America, honored their deal that every customer is guaranteed 1 donut of their choosing. I opted for the birthday cake donut, and my girlfriend got the inverted donut, where the chocolate filling is inside the donut. Extremely scrumptious! You honestly cannot go wrong with Krispy Kreme, especially if you love airy and fluffy donuts!

Apparently the original/first Krispy Kreme location! Has a drive through, plenty of parking, and a good amount of indoor seating. The down side is that they are located on a very busy street and it can be difficult turning into and getting out of the parking lot during rush hour. Customer service was really great as always and inside was generally well kept. Visited on doughnut day and although they were busy, the line moved relatively quickly and it was nice seeing the fresh made original glazed donuts being made. We got the chocolate creme filled and cake batter, both were light, fluffy, filled with adequate amount of filling. My all time favorite has to be the original glazed and glazed raspberry filled. Overall, everything you would want/need from a Krispy Kreme. Not much to complain about.

The original Krispe Kreme was pretty much like any other I have been in but the donuts did get put out hot quickly so in that regard it was worth stopping in and getting a few donuts.

What's there not to love here. It was very clean inside and outside and service was so quick. We got a smores , blueberry cake, and chocolate iced with kreme filling. My favorite was the smores! I can't wait to try other specialty flavors. We also got a dozen of the classic (birthday discount!). Never disappoints.

Today, I went to Oasis at the Mill for a delicious Velvet Fog chaga- & kava-infused drink. I also booked a Vibro-Acoustic Therapy session for the first time! I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting!
