I sent pictures of what we wanted, and she was very accommodating. Being nearly 2500 miles away, I was very nervous about this order and contacted Oossie a lot, and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Fast forward to the day of the event, and unfortunately her delivery driver was hit while headed to our drop-off. Causing irreparable damage to a portion of our order. The bakery called us immediately, and then went into action and in a flash worked furiously to remake as many of the cookies as possible in order to fulfill as much of our order as they could. The cookies that arrived were gorgeous, tasted delicious and although it was less than we had expected, they were amazing! This event was highlighting the release of a new door knob, and the cookies shaped as a door, with the knob on them were spot on! Then, before we even contacted them to discuss the shortages, the company had refunded me for what we didn't receive and sent us a gift certificate for a future purchase. I've always said you can tell the true character of a business and their owner by how they handle their "issues," and in this case, Sift and Crumb Coat went above and beyond in a situation that was unavoidable.
