I normally don't like leaving reviews like this, but when the staff doesn't represent the company well, it needs to be addressed. My wife placed a mobile order for two turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissants with hash browns and a coffee. When I arrived, the place was chaotic. One customer was upset about a long wait, and another was frustrated because his drink hadn't been made yet, so his food was getting cold. When I went to the mobile order counter and asked about my order, two of the five employees working seemed completely lost. Eventually, one of them asked a woman who turned out to be the manager for help. I gave her my wife's name, and she handed me a bag before walking off to help with other orders. After leaving, I realized the coffee was missing. I drove back, and when I got to the counter, I had to speak with three different people before finally getting directed to the same person who I found out was the manager. I politely explained that since the mistake was on their end, it would be fair to remake the food because by the time they got around to fixing the coffee, the rest would be cold. Instead of owning up to it, she insisted that she told me to wait for the coffee when I left, which wasn't true. She handed me the bag and walked away. To make matters worse, one of her own employees told me the cup sitting on the counter was the coffee we had ordered. So how could she have told me to wait for something that was already there on my first visit? She reluctantly remade the food, and when she handed it to me, I thanked her, but she just turned and walked off. Mistakes happen, but the right thing to do is acknowledge them and make it right. I redeemed points on the DD app for a free cold brew. I tried the new pistachio with cold sweet foam and it was yummy. I placed my order on the app and chose to use the drive thru. There were two cars in front of me and I was still made to wait 18 minutes from the speaker to pick up. Upon being "greeted" (there was no greeting) the employee attempted hand me a small coffee and bag of food. I politely told her that I only ordered a cold brew and that she had the wrong order. She shut the window and grabbed my drink from the counter. Before handing it to me, she asked "did you even pay for this"? Really? Rude. She didn't say a thing to me other than that. Not hi, thank you, nothing. I'm not expecting a Michelin star restaurant experience, but this was egregiously disrespectful. read more

The staff was very kind and attentive. All of our orders were prepared correctly and within 3 minutes. Not many tables for sitting and 1 of the 4 was dirty. The toilet was awful my 5 year old didn't even want to use it. I am guessing someone vomited as there looked like cheese that wouldn't flush? Also paper towels needed to be restocked. read more

I've had vanilla cream donuts from dunkin before, and I don't know what happened to this one. The "cream" inside was the consistency of the custard they use in their boston cream donuts. I've never had a vanilla cream from dinkin with this consistency of filling. 0/10 would not recommend read more

I have not been to this location personally. I have driven by many times and the drive thru is always busy. Today we ordered through Doordash & we were pleased with the delivery. Dunkin confirmed my order right away and packed everything I asked for. Donuts were so good too! I would have to go into the store to get a better idea of their customer service though. read more

One month out and they still don't have donuts. Your coffee isn't that good that you can compete with Caribou or Starbucks - you need the donuts to survive. I love the chain, but the early morning drive thru worker (glasses, pinkish hair) is a total crab. Scowls, disinterest in what your saying- get a job that can actually make you smile, you look miserable. The way she treats the customers is completely unacceptable. Drive-thru was very long which is normal for a coffee shop but it took FOREVER. Pretty sure I was in it for 15 minutes. Ordered just donuts and they were sloppily done and lacking icing. I ordered on their app this morning 15 minutes before I came to pick it up. I selected to "walk-in" to get my coffee quick to go. However, they lock their front door in the mornings so I had to spend 20+ minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order that I already paid for. Just went through the drive-thru at this location and waited for someone to take our order for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged us even after we said "hello" multiple times, but we could hear the workers chatting in the background. We then proceeded to pull up to the window to get help and as we did so, two workers walked out of the building while there was still a very long like needing to be helped. At the window, we were told that they would not take our order from the window and if we wanted to make one we'd have to inside or back through the long line yet again. They were extremely rude, sassy, and absolutely zero help at all. Ultimately, we just left because that service was horrible. read more

I come here everyday because it's right by my school. I get the same order too. They did amazing job when I first started going to them but watched it go down hill with getting orders correct or even hearing the customers order. I'm not gonna lie, this specific Dunkin' Donuts location has been one of the slowest and consistently irritating locations based on my past experiences. However, in my opinion, they have significantly improved. Everyone in town was so excited when they first opened and that is when I decided to give it a try. I was already familiar with Dunkin's food, coffee, and, of course, donuts so I already knew that the items had previously satisfied my expectations. This was not the case in the early days of this location. Consistent wrong orders and excruciatingly long lines that take triple the time they should usually take truly compelled me to write my previous negative review on this Dunkin. But times have changed. Was there new management? New and more competent employees? I don't know the reason for the improvement. But ever since a couple weeks ago when I decided to revisit the Dunkin at a time I knew that it wouldn't be busy (2:30) and I was pleasantly surprised. My somewhat large order was correct and, to my surprise, everything was perfect. There were a couple people in line and I got through the queue in no time. A couple days later I visited at a more busier time of day (10:00AM) and I had the same great experience. I still have occasional issues, but certainly not as bad as before! I'm almost certain I can't speak for everyone's experiences with this review, but I certainly have seen major improvement. Good work! read more

Received the wrong order once we opened the boxes at home. Their phone isn't hooked up so I had to drive back to talk to someone. WTF?

I've never given a bad review in my life, this is my first. I went through the drive thru, it took about 20 minutes just to put in my order. My order was two donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Pretty simple, right? My 4-year-old son was in the back seat, after waiting in the drive thru for a donut for almost a half hour, he started to cry. (Not Dunkin' Donuts' problem, but it definitely added to the stress). We finally get up to the window and I pay. A male worker gives me two donuts and says that my sandwich is on its way. 5 minutes pass, and a different worker comes to the window and asks me if I'm waiting for something. I say I'm still waiting for a sandwich. She says she'll go get it. A few more minutes pass, and a third worker comes to the door and asks me if I'm waiting for something, I said a sandwich and I've been waiting quite a while. She says to wait a minute and closes the window. The first male staff comes back to the window and asks me if I need something. I said, "yeah, the sandwich you said you were going to go get for me about 7 minutes ago." He told me to hold on a minute, and I said "don't worry about it, I'm done here". And I drive away without my sandwich. I had had enough. I had a crying 4-year-old in the backseat, I had waited about 30-35 minutes for two donuts and a sandwich, and I still didn't get my sandwich. The staff don't seem to know what is going on, and they have no sense of urgency or service. I could have gotten two donuts and a breakfast sandwich at the gas station in about 2 minutes. It took them 35 and I still didn't get my full order. Anytime I drive past this place, the drive thru is always really long and I always figured that it was because it was a popular place. Nope, it's because they move at a snail's pace and have terrible service. I know these are tough times, but how hard is it to deliver two donuts and heat up a sandwich? read more

i love this business, the one complaint i have is that the coffee is either good or bad it's not very consistent but there is one worker named Biena that always makes it right and greats all her costumers with joy and never fails to make my day she has my friend and i's orders memorized and makes us feel welcome :) read more
