As a repeat customer at Dunkin's diamonds I'm sad to say that I WONT be shopping there anymore. I purchased a Rolex for my wife from Rob the store manager at the fort Myers Florida location. (GREAT GUY) upon buying the item , I said " I buying this as a gift , what's happens she doesn't like it?" ROB said" bring her in and we will find her the right one " fast forward , she didn't like my choice so we went back and returned the watch and found her the one she wanted. The price was cheaper on the watch she wanted . (4K) Cheaper. Rob offered to refund the difference or leave on account for future purchases. Recently went to see Rob and found out he has left Dunkin's for a different career. I asked the new manager to just refund my credit balance to my card. She told me" WE CANT DO THAT ITS STORE CREDIT ONLY AND THAT THEY WOULD REACH OUT TO ROB TO VERIFY AND LET ME KNOW . I was like ookkkk. My question is , why does the new manager have to reach out to a manger that doesn't work there anymore for permission to refund my money? STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! Will not shop at a store like this and I recommend you don't either . I have spent a lot of money in that store and was treated like I don't matter . We bought my wedding ring and my husband's wedding ring (custom made)there in November 2018. Four months after a wedding the Onyx fell out of my husband's wedding ring brought it in repaired it, then a month later it fell out again. Brought the ring back in they said they couldn't repair it because obviously it wasn't working told us we had to pick a new ring out . We picked a new ring out still had credit picked another piece of jewelry out went to pick it up wasn't ready then the manager said we could get a new custom ring made. We did Then they tried to force us to buy the custom bracelet that told us it was a man's bracelet but it is good to be a woman's bracelet. We left with his ring and hopefully this one will stay good. Do not recommend this place at all read more

I recently took two Michele watches into the store in Gulf Coast Town Center for battery replacement. They were completely promptly ( same day) and I returned next day to pick them up. I noticed one watch was not set to the correct time and when I inquired Danielle took it immediately to verify that the battery was replaced and fresh. Disappointed as that is my favorite watch she offered to provide a free estimate for repair. I received a call the following day stating that they had examined it inhouse and it was now working. There was NO charge for the battery replacement and it has been keeping perfect time ever since. When I returned to pick up the now working watch, they thanked me for my business! I wanted to add to my last review about Dunkin"s Diamonds. I waited until we were visiting our family in Chicago to seek a jewelers advice. Yesterday we visited a highly recommended jeweler in Evanston, Ill. To make a long story short they were able to offer suggestions for solutions that the jeweler at Dunkin's Diamonds never did. I don't think they have much experience/knowledge. One example, I brought in an emerald ring with the broken prong and chipped corner. Dunkin's said there was no solution. Christopher Duquet. Fine jewelry design in Evanston, Illinois said that it is a simple fix. They are going to add a prong. They also told me emeralds are judged by their color, not their imperfections. They had a similar answer on another piece, Dunkin's told me there was no solution. Buyer be ware. read more

Totally shocked at how horrible a price I was offered when trying to sell gold. I have a few pieces of old jewelry that my grandmother left me that I've been trying to sell. I've gone to a few places to see who would give me a decent price. I was completely speechless after my visit to Dunkin's Diamonds! For example, one gold bracelet I was trying to sell, I got offers of $410, $411, $430... from three different places. At Dunkin's I was offered $290! A gold chain I was offered $250, $244, $235... at Dunkin's $170! The other offers I got were from different jewelry stores and one of them was from one of those "We-Buy-Gold!" places. I don't know what their jewelry is like, but I just could not and still can't believe how low the offers were for my gold that was clearly worth a LOT more. Don't believe the hype of the advertising! Dunkin's will NOT give you 30% more for your gold! read more

I previously wrote a bad review after we brought my ring in for repair and found out we were misinformed on what was covered by saleswoman we purchased from. She had told us everything was covered as long as we had checked every 6 months which we did.When we brought ring in because it needed repair we were told that the repairs weren't covered,only diamonds were at it was going to cost us over $900 to repair. After I wrote review and sent an email I was contacted by store manager who realized ring was less than 2 years old and went out of her way to make sure it was repaired at no cost to us. Got there by old bait and switch. They were offering $499 overhaul of Rolex Got there to find it was actually $800. Waited three weeks. Picked up watch and found it ran fast brought it back. We were here on 10.21.19 and "Jonas" was our salsman but everyone there helps each other out, if need be. What a great place. We needed to replace my husband's wedding band, get multiple batteries for watches replaced and get several pieces of jewelry cleaned. We never expected the superb service they provided. The place is immaculate and very well set up so you have plenty of room to look and inquire without others right up on you. We anticipated multiple salesmen with the usual pressure tactic at the door and we WERE COMPLETELY AND HAPPILY WRONG. They were all very polite, friendly, cheerful and helpful. Jonas was not only all of the above but he has this certain soft kind demeanor about him. He just recently got his license to perform weddings and with that said he blessed my husband's new wedding band. That blessing was emotional and very special. Jonas and everyone there made our day. Customer service is deplorable.....be aware all sales are final, (apparently there is a small sign by the check out area that states this, they don't tell u about it) return policy is pathetic! Purchased a Pandora charm two weeks ago, didn't even take it out of the box, wasn't able to return it for a refund. Said they couldn't verify if it was damaged (didn't even look at it) or verify if it was the same charm as purchased (I had the original receipt) but they would allow me to exchange it for another charm or get credit towards something else....which is contradictory. They'll take it back as long as you spend more $$$. Thankfully there are plenty of other jewelry stores to shop at! read more

Did not have a good experience with a repair. Each time it was ready to be picked up, I would end up leaving the piece there since it was not repaired properly. After the third time, the manager told me I would have to pay more money, since they have worked on it a few times. I said I've already paid and because you did not repair it correctly is not my fault. Ended up leaving with the jewelry not be repaired. Will not go back to this business again. read more

Shop elsewhere. The customer service here is horrible. I went into the store to look and purchase a high end men's watch. With one other customer in the store, I watched three sales agents talk amongst themselves and offer no assistance. As I departed the store, again no agent bother to move or offer any information. This happened a few years back also at the same store in Fort Myers. There are plenty of Jewelry stores to choose from so Dunkin's is off my list for any future purchases. I can't comment on the quality and price of their items as I never made it that far. I would much rather spend at a store that at least welcomes you and makes you feel like a customer than one that does not even recognize what the term "customer" means. read more

If I could give zero stars, Dunkin Diamonds would win the prize. In went in to buy my wedding ring, and the selection was TINY. I mean there was almost nothing, especially in my budget range. After a hopeless half hour with one employee, another one came by and helped me find a ring I loved. The only issue was that (it is a sleeve) and my engagement ring was too big for it. I was assured that because it would have to be special ordered in my size, the bars on the bottom would be extended as well. When my ring came in, it had been ordered in a size too small. They wanted me to compromise the quality and have it stretched (which was the reason we special ordered it in the first place). The bars had not been extended either. The sales associates decided the best way to solve this problem would be to physically stretch the ring apart with their hands, and then told me that they had damaged it so much the bars would need to be replaced altogether. Then, they told me that they wanted to keep my engagement ring for 30 days and resize it. I got my engagement ring at a very high end Jewelry store up north, and it fits perfectly. There is no reason they needed to resize my ring or for them to keep it for a month! Of course I refused and I took my too-small wedding ring with me. These people are scam artists, and I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want your diamonds swapped. I am now stuck with a wedding ring that doesn't fit around my finger OR around my ring. I paid way more than I should have. The staff was rude and unwilling to fix their mistakes until they realized I was no fool; now they will be paying for all of the resizing and damage. I will NEVER return here for anything. I haven't even been able to look at my wedding ring I am so upset about the whole situation. One of the most exciting experiences of getting married has been ruined thanks to the "team" at gulf coast. BEWARE read more
