Sadly, one of them quit working 6 years in and they no longer carry the product. There isn't a path to customer service from the loading dock without having to walk on Stevenson (which smells like urine and has people sleeping on the sidewalk on a Sunday afternoon). So, finally make it to customer service and waited 30 mins while ONE customer service representative worked thru the queue in line. On a Sunday afternoon, ONE (nice) customer representative to help everyone picking up orders, returning, and anything else for which someone needs to go to customer service. Then, walked all the way back around to the loading dock, thru the urine smell and sleeping people and the order wasn't delivered via the loading dock. So I walked all the way around AGAIN and finally delivery. IKEA has plenty of security guard in front of the building and needs to work on cleaning up the street behind the building.
