They ask you many times if you have questions or concerns. Specifically to my little ones who are 4yrs and 2yrs. I've come three times, twice with my daughter and once with all three of my kids. My daughter who needed a filling and was nervous about getting a shot. Nurse Marco was patient, and friendly. He made sure she felt comfortable and did what he can to make sure she felt safe. Dr Hashem worked on her filling and was friendly and made sure she was comfortable as well. Both Dr and nurse didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable so they gave her time to gather herself and talk it over with her and I to see if we wanted to go forward with the filling. We finally decided to go forward with it and they asked my daughter if she felt comfortable with the dental hygienist giving her the shot and she did and it went well.
