I walked in and Shannon greeted me with a giant smile and an eager attitude. Take note other retailers... These things are important! Ummm, I don't know I tell her "You're the professional". I told her the first attempt was Semi-gloss and that was WRONG!!! So she made an executive decision and scanned my color. She worked her magic and upon testing the mix decided she didn't like it..... Something about reds and greens being wrong... Looked brown to me.. She added this and mixed it and still didn't like it. Still brown to me.... Added something else and tested it again.. Closer I guess but she still didn't like it... so back to more of something to the mix.. Meanwhile engaging in friendly conversation.. no frustration just smiles. The next attempt yielded shat she seemed to like and I couldn't even tell where the test spot was.
