She did such an awesome job that we wanted her to design our bathrooms. Now she is at Home Depot on Sports Arena. Chris is an expert in kitchen/bath Design, as well as construction and product knowledge. She is very knowledgeable and smart and knows her stuff! Her years of experience and level of expertise are top notch. Chris is very patient, helpful, friendly and kind. My husband and I feel really lucky to have found Chris. We always have a ton of questions and she always is so patient . Our kitchen turned out beautiful and everyone loves it and compliments us on it. I highly recommend Chris if you are in need of a kitchen/bath remodel. She is the absolute BEST!

She helped us choose the perfect washer and dryer for our new home, taking the time to explain every detail, from installation and delivery to sizing, so we knew exactly what to expect. When I realized I had forgotten my Home Depot card, Mary Margaret went above and beyond to retrieve my card information, ensured my birthday coupon was applied, and even escorted us to the front register when her computer wouldn't allow her to complete the purchase without the physical card. In addition, Charles at customer service was just as helpful, and even brought some humor to the experience! This visit was a refreshing change from previous ones, especially given the significant purchase we were making. Their exceptional service, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile truly deserve recognition. Home Depot needs more employees like Mary Margaret and Charles, helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to outstanding customer service!

I ordered 3 new sliding doors and they sold me new construction sizes which are smaller then retrofit. I didn't even know retrofit was an option. I sent Bernie the measurements and confirmed with him these doors would work as replacements. He confirmed but when they arrived they were 2 inches smaller on each side. Additional labor was required which they initially said they would cover. About $750 with labor and additional materials but they ignore phone calls and emails. Last time I will do business with Dixieline. They are worse than dealing with a big box store. The worst part is the lack of communication. There was a solution, the solution required me to spend more money on labor and materials but Bernie and Ryan ignore requests. I confronted Ryan at the store and he told me what I wanted to hear to get me to leave but he never followed up when I sent him emails or text messages.

The man who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He asked the right questions, quickly understood the situation, and guided me to exactly what I needed. I mentioned my 87-year-old dad was visiting and I was trying to fix it before he tried to climb a ladder himself--he completely got it and made sure I left with a solid plan. There was only 1 employee working for both the showroom and hardware store both times. This hardware store is located next to a bath supply showroom but you have to walk into the showroom store to get into the hardware store. This isn't the easiest place to find - the building looks like an industrial building and there's no signage facing the road we drove in on. The hardware store is like a ghost town. No employees, no customers, rusted paint cans, rusted plumbing glue cans, many other products that have been sitting there for so long that the plastic packaging is severely yellowing. The second time we came in - we were never acknowledged or greeted. There was as one customer in the showroom who was talking with the one employee in the whole place about pricing and the employee was arguing and getting audibly frustrated with them about discounts, pricing and not understanding certain items such as a pot filler. The employee and customer moved to the cashier in the hardware store and continued talking. We stood around waiting for a very long time for the employee to acknowledge us...Never happened so we decided to leave and go to a different BM dealer 7 mins away and had a much better experience. As I was walking around aimlessly waiting to be helped I realized why no one comes to this establishment. You can't get anyone to help you or ring you up... I gave an extra star because they are a Benjamin Moore authorized dealer and have a decent selection of products but majority of items seem to be very old, rusted and/or yellowing.

Rafael is the specialist there and was super helpful in creating renderings, starting with a photo I sent him of our house and he modified it with the particular paint colors we specified. We had a couple rounds of modifications before we decided and it was based on the renderings Rafael provided. We're now having another building painted and I sat down with Rafael a week ago to go through the process again. I highly recommend Rafael and this Dunn-Edwards location.
