I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. I contacted Photon Brothers and they were able to get a tech out in a very short period of time. The tech got us back up and running. Terrell Sanks, in their service department, followed up after our service to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was working properly. In addition to Terrell, our original sales rep Sam also helped to move our repairs along. I have been very happy with Photon Brothers and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers.

Phone calls were always returned, progress reports on equipment purchase and installation were plentiful, and I felt attended to in every way. The installation was amazing. Several trucks pulled up on time and like little ants, every pro fanned out to do their jobs. The work area was left immaculate and when the project was okayed by Excel, everything was turned on and worked perfectly. Follow-up was reliable and I continue to feel that if I need anything, the folks at Namaste will be just a phone call away. I have been saving tons of $$$ since install and operation. They have handled all the rebate paperwork too. I can't recommend Namaste Solar highly enough! I'm writing at the moment because SunPower warranted my solar panels and they recently filed for bankruptcy protection. I had no idea. However, the manufacturer of the panels will stand behind the warranty IF I register with them within the next few week. Again, I would have had no idea. Thankfully, Namaste sent me and email informing me of the situation as well as the looming deadline. That's taking care of their customer. I'll that, a year or so ago, I had to install a new roof on my house. Namaste was very responsive and coordinated the work necessary to remove and reinstall my panels. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent! Making a substantial investment to purchase my system, I couldn't be more satisifed with the quality of their work, their customers service, and their willingness to stand behind what they do. Thanks!
