Have been doing this for 10+ years. This was the worst rental experience that I have had.

They were knowledgeable, efficient, supportive and a complete pleasure to meet. Both the program and staff made my 2 days a much more enjoyable experience. I spent much of my second day telling people on the mountain about how much I was enjoying every aspect of the My Gear demos and that they should try it as well. It was the least intimidating and most convenient was to demo new, high end equipment that I've ever experienced in my 35+ years of skiing and snowboarding. We purchased an LG gas range in August of 2024. Oven malfunctioned last weekend - 10/11/25. Not…read moreholding temperature, not getting up to temperature. Did not purchase extended warranty. Called on Friday, 10/10 - P and F closed until Tuesday, 10/14. Tried to work with LG technical support - impossible to do what they expected - have you unplugged the unit? How am I supposed to do that as a 66 year old woman - I cannot pull the unit out to unplug it and plug it back in?!?!?! Extremely frustrating!!! Heard from Haylee at P and F on Tuesday. She said that the extended warranty would not have covered what she believed to be a worn igniter switch. We scheduled an appointment to replace that part On Friday, 10/17. Technician arrived early and completed repair in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding the igniter switch and its replacement schedule. Appreciate the punctuality and professionalism of the P and F staff - still cannot comprehend that using an oven for its intended purpose - baking/roasting - wears out the very parts that should support those uses!!! My last gas range/oven lasted for 22 years - not 14 months!!! They didn't build it - I get that, but what a warped world we live in when appliances planned obsolesence kicks in at 14 months!!! His helpful tone immediately switched and he became rude, accusing us of wasting his time. We never promised to purchase anything, we were just browsing and learning more about the gear! Our family has rented skis and snowboards from Norse House for years, unfortunately with a bad taste in our mouth now we will not be returning. A disheartening interaction!

Saturday went to clip into my skis and they mis sized my bindings had to go to ski shop at mountain nice guy named Nick adjusted and confirmed they were adjusted and worked. When we returned the skis at end of day told the person we needed a credit for their error she said to speak to the owner he was either busy with a customer or did not want to be bothered.
