I am the first person to tell people not to spend their money on products based on an informercial or a TV ad, and I normally follow my own advice, for once I didn't. In the past I have seen The Dunnion Law firm in multiple TV ads as well as a few other personal injury attorneys advertising their services for victims who were unfortunately injured due to accident. I had a bad fall at my home due to the negligence of the driver of a major delivery company placing my delivered packages in harms way at my front door, causing me to trip over them and break both of my elbows and foot. I called the company to complain, and while they had me on hold I somehow thought of The Dunnion Law firm. Their ads were believable and memorable. I reached out to them and was greeted by Jennifer. I believe she is the assistant to the Attorney. I explained my case and she was super friendly. She took all of my information and showed compassion. She informed me that the Lawyer appointed would be Glenda De Guzman. I spoke with Glenda for about an hour and she explained that it would take about 2 years for my case to be completed due to having to gather info about the accident, and to reach out to my Doctors and the delivery company. She made me feel that I was in very good hands. Fast forward to mid last year Dunnion Law firm used a team of Lawyers called a Focus Group to look at my case. They told Glenda I had no chance of prevailing, in which I felt terribly defeated. Glenda did not give up and she went after the delivery company multiple times and they finally admitted fault on their part. The delivery company offered a certain amount of money and Glenda wasn't satisfied with it. She remained persistent until they agreed to pay a fair amount that was suitable based on my accident. The Dunnion Law firm set me up with an amazing team of women (Glenda De Guzman, Jennifer Brown and Julianna Montante) who don't just work for a law firm, they work for their client, until their client is satisfied. I still have to have multiple surgeries or continue to live in pain but I am eternally grateful not only to The Dunnion Law firm, but also to myself for trusting their ads. They do exactly what they say, and many people know TV ads are generally not 100% honest in what they promise, but The Dunnion Law firm was. Dunnion is DESPICABLE. I was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver. Fault was not the issue, just how badly was I injured. My settlement was to be well over $100,000. But Dunnion sent Me to a Dr. that was investigated for fraud. Then when I refused to accept a settlement ($10,000) that would have put Me in debt with medical bills, DUNG-ion dropped Me, then took me to court to remove Me. Dunnion set Me up with the fraud Dr. then when they realized My case was no longer a moneymaker, due to that fraud Dr., they left Me High and dry. Dunnion told the judge I wouldn't cooperate. I told the judge how Dunnion screwed up My case with a fraud DR. and that I didn't want medical debt settlement. I Struggled but eventually settled without a lawyer. Dunnion had the nerve to come back and demand payment for their DIS-SERVICE and NEGLIGENT representation. To be clear, They sent Me to a fraud Dr., put me in debt with medical bills, then took Me to court to formally remove Me as a client because I wouldn't accept the meager amount of settlement. Once "I" settled My case, Dunnion had the nerve to bill Me, AFTER REMOVING ME. Dastardly, Greedy, Despicable. I demanded a full and complete copy of My file from Dunnion. The page copy Dunnion sent me of the court order to remove Me was suspiciously too blurry to read. So I went to the court records dept. in person, to see the actual document. The original document clearly shows that the Judge had crossed a big "X" across the page that requested further compensation from Dunnion. The judge even wrote DENIED! So Dunnion tried to hide that DENIAL page from Me and actually fraudulently bill Me. I sent a legible copy of the That Judges DENIAL page back to Dunnion and told them to SUE ME if they wanted payment. Dunnion will victimize you and then bill you for being MIS-REPRESENTED. "Everybody gets paid...EXCEPT YOU" After a serious car accident, I made the mistake of going to Dunnion Law. Just because he saturated print and TV Ads. My Attorney changed two or three times so I could never get prompt contact or response. They sent Me to their Dr. for treatment. When we sat down with the opposing Attorneys to negotiate My settlement, Fault was entirely accepted as theirs and not an issue. My newest #3 representative was quite late. I had never even met nor spoken with "Ronald" when he finally showed up. I was confident,being as gross negligence was accepted by them from the start. At that moment it was revealed Dunnion had sent Me to a Dr. that was under investigation for FRAUD. So all of My medical treatment was questionable, not factual for evidence. I was floored, Dunnion deliberately set Me up to fail when I could NOT have lost had I gone to any other Dr. or Lawyer. "Ronald" as in "Ronald Mac Donald" even had the nerve to side with them at the end, and I was ganged up on by them and My clown for Attorney. With the fraud Dr. My case went from $100,00 to $10,000. My Medical bills alone were $17,000. Over a year past,Dunnion Himself talked to Me by phone and said this case had become non negotiable, He wanted Me to take the $10,000 offer so they could be done with Me. I told him I would still owe the Medical bills and go into serious debt if I did accept. Dunnion YELLED at me, "That's too bad, take the offer or WE will drop You as a client and You'll have to pay US BACK TOO!" Dunnion took Me to court and dumped Me, telling the judge that I would not cooperate, and that I should now pay Dunnion for all the legal fees that they would have taken out of My settlement. I had to scramble, no attorney would pick up the mess Dunnion had made. So because of Dunnion's Dr. being a fraud, Dunnion ruined My easy $100,00.00. Then turned around and sued Me for $12,000 fees for being "unreasonable client" after leaving Me high and dry without an attorney to collect anything. Sue ME! I got $6,500.00 by representing Myself after 3 years of time had past. Dunnion's bill of $12,000.00 came immediately upon closure of case. Those greedy crooks didn't get a dime from Me thanks to a the sharp judge that dissolved our contract. Dunnion was voided any rights to fees by the judge at the hearing, in writting. Dunnion had to give Me My entire file back, the copied document of the Judges order was very faint, not legible. I had to go to the Courthouse, request the case file to be able to read what was in the Judges order to dissolve. The judge had written with huge letters across the page that listed fee's to be paid back to Dunnion . VOID! Yep, the judge saw what crooks they were and VOIDED them fee's. Dunnion was hoping I wouldn't follow up with this poorly copied by them, document. They set Me up,lied, mis-represented Me then tried to bully Me into paying fee's the judge had officially denied and voided them. "Every body Gets Paid...EXCEPT THE INJURED,INNOCENT,UNKNOWING VICTIM" It was a Head on car crash, I got hit head on at 70MPH and then slammed from behind at 70MPH, pushing My fist through the dash board, ripped the seat belt even. Dunnion said not to sue the other people that hit Me from behind because, "They don't have any money" but it turns out those people got $20,000. " Liars are Thieves, and Thieves are LAWYERS and liars." But Dunnion IS A GREEDY LYING CROOK! P.S. Thank god My Cellulite bag did deploy on time! My older truck had no air bags. I'd be dead if I were skinny. Now life is Flab-ulous and My cellulite bag has deployed on time to save My Life two other times. read more

I was told by my attorney at this law firm that "this firm charges more than most other firms, and you were told this in writting when you reviewed your contract." PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM. Settlement was $7,500 (aside from medical payments and expenses) and this firm tried to give me $1,500. I didn't want to call a lawyer. There is such a high stigma revolving around "sue them" when someone gets in an accident. I wasn't going to do anything after my accident. It wasn't until I had to go to the hospital and was diagnosed with a concussion from my rear ended accident on the freeway and I had a hard time moving my back.
