When I questioned the $750 charge for such a limited inspection, I was told that this is how they make some money when people choose not to buy their windows. Hearing that after spending $750 was extremely disappointing. I felt like I paid a premium price without receiving a thorough inspection or meaningful answers. I would not use them again and will be buying replacement windows for my house elsewhere.
