Upon completion of the work, there were no additional incidental costs added on, the price quoted was price we paid. Also, the employees who came to install the unit, Karol and Aldo, were perfect. They placed tarps on our floors and furniture to assure they would not get dusty, which we appreciated. Both Karol and Aldo were polite and professional. They answered all the questions we had. First of all if you need to get your AC unit checked out, serviced or need a whole new AC unit Dunright does it right. Guillermo will take care of you he's someone who you can definitely trust to do the job right the first time. I messaged him on this app and he was quick to respond and came out the next day. He told us our compressor went out on our mini split system he gave us the option to repair it but it wouldn't be worth it. We asked for a quote to install a new AC unit with new air duct and labor. Trust me when he says he's reasonable and won't rip you off! We still got other quotes but I had to go back to Dunright! He said they would get it all done in 3 days. The day came to get everything installed him and his team got it done in one day! When I see the owner a company helping he workers and take good care of them that's someone I respect not only as a company but a person. I have a brand new house that came with the HVAC system pre-installed. Everything is only 1 year old, but it is due for an annual maintenance. I shopped around, decided to go with Home Depot but they failed to show up on two separate occasions. I called Guillermo and he came in clutch. Guillermo's work ethics, professionalism and knowledge are all worth the 5 star review. He was very polite, informative and took his time to educate me on what I have and what can be improved. He explained everything that he was doing in clear details. I am no HVAC expert, but he was able to simplify it for me. Once we were up in the attic, he immediately pointed out a couple of things that caught his attention. One of them was the ducting and how it could use a bit of lift, otherwise gravity would do what it does best and damage the duct by bringing it down. He was kind enough to put an extra strap for me to keep it in place for no additional charge. Overall the inspection went well. I am happy with his service.
