As a new patient it took about a month to get an appointment and most unfortunately, the next step requires a separate appointment which is 5 weeks out. That puts the necessary surgery another 4 to 6 weeks out. That's a long time to fix an issue. However, the Dr. made me feel comfortable and was amicable with solutions to my issues and concerns.

She said that was my responsibility. She said she had done all that she could do. I question her about what she just said. She then confirmed that is was my responsibility I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment and that I would be fling a complaint against the business.
