At that point she become very rude and degrading. I was just going to walkout but I already had the exam for glasses and didn't know how that would affect my insurance. I did inform her that it is illegal to deny me my contact prescription if I choose to order them online. Needless to saying will never return and did file a complaint with the FTC. He had state-of-the-art testing equipment and patiently as well as effectively explained the benefits of each tool. The office had a substantial amount of designer frames to try on including the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers... Megan, the office assistant, was also fantastic and clearly explained what our insurance would and would not cover. I do not like high-pressure sales and we were made totally comfortable so that we could make informed decisions. Highly recommend Mint Vision and even though it's a bit of a drive, it will now be our new go to place for glasses.
