Great way to allow customers to choose what they like best and what suits them. I brought my car there for a repair of a loose connection of my power steering system. I asked Mr. Moazam to reconnect the fitting and he wanted to replace all the hoses. He asked to put the car up on the rack so he could look at it. I asked him for an estimate once he put it on the rack and the price went way up, to him estimating two and a half hours of work. To justify his pricing he told me about all the expenses of operating a auto shop. Somehow I recall hearing somewhere else. The reattaching of a hose now was over $600.00. When I said I cannot afford this price and I questioned the need for other hoses other than the loose hose. I asked that the car be taken off the lift and returned to me as I did not agree. Apparently he was upset that I did not agree with his diagnosis nor the price. He then told me that, once the car is on the lift that I had to pay a lift fee of $70.00. It was on the lift for 5 minutes. I said how do you justify that? He said that besides putting it on the lift, he told me he spent 5 minutes explaining to me how he justified the unnecessary work. Excellent, honest, and knowledgeable staff. George the owner is great in explaining everything that needs to be completed and has excellent customer service. The work completed is always done impeccably, professionally and very high quality. They have all types of cars on the lot from luxury sports cars to civics. The insurance and rental car process is seamless my insurance company (TD) accepts them as an authorized body shop. Would definitely recommend.
