Brothers, they showed up on time, and went to work, at the end of every day, our house was left extremely tidy! I decided to change our carpeted rooms, hallways and stairs with a luxurious vinyl flooring which is 100% waterproof. I made several inquiries and internet search and found Dura Flooring. I called and made my inquiry and got connected to Kathy Virgen who is one of the sales person and manager in their showrooms. Me and my partner then made an appointment to see her and also met Juan, the installation manager. I learned a lot from the conversation with Juan and Kathy. Juan's experience is unremarkable. Kathy was very helpful with helping me choose the right color and product but gave me a reasonable price. Kathy was always available for all my inquiries and needs. She was excellent. I cannot say enough kind words about Dura Flooring. Everyone I dealt with was impressively helpful and highly professional. At the office, Irma and Claudia were both great and very informative. They helped us book our initial consultation swiftly and with a smile. Manny did our consultation, and he even came out twice to the house because we wanted to see the flooring samples again. He recommended we go with LVT, a durable laminate product which is american-made, and we are VERY happy with the result. Manny's second visit was on a Wednesday, and he was able to schedule our install for the following Monday. The install team was great!! Francisco, Joaquin, and Francisco worked fast, clean, and delivered higher than our expectations. Plus they are all very sweet guys. Caesar, one of Dura's supervisors, came out to check on the job and make sure everything was progressing. Initially my experience was not good at all, I went in on a Saturday and provided my information for free quote, sadly I never heard from Dura Flooring, but I did have a sample of a beautiful carpet pattern, that kept calling me. We need to replace old carpeting in our new home in Fullerton before moving in so we contacted the manufacturer of the flooring we wanted and requested samples. Within the same day, Irma, from Dura Flooring, one of the manufacturer's retailers, contacted us for an estimate appointment. She was professional but still personable over the phone. On the day of the appointment, one of their Project Managers, Manny Delatorre, arrived on time & wearing a mask :) He had 2 of the 3 samples we requested and went to work quickly, measuring and inspecting the space. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently answered my questions, without being condescending. I work in a service business too and do at times have to patiently explain things to clients because I know that they're not experts in my field. That's why they hired me :) And so I appreciate a professional who does the same. I was later pleasantly surprised to receive a quote from him within an hour! I had to call the other flooring companies to rush their estimates. One company's quote was hundreds less so I reached out to Manny to see if they can match. His revised quote was still $200 more (with the same warranties). But what made up my mind to go with Dura was the overall great customer service & professionalism manifested thus far. There's no reason to go anywhere else! I checked out 5 possible companies to redo my bathroom floor. One made me feel like my project was too small for them. One me feel like I wasn't rich enough. After I got quotes from the three companies left, Dura seemed like the best hire for me. While I shopped there, I never felt like I was being "sold." Rather, they are nice people that are professionals whose goal is to get you a great product with great service. They were very accommodating while I looked (endlessly) at samples. The showroom service came in just the right amount. I was never hounded, yet they were extremely helpful. Left to look by myself, I would have never have looked at the line of flooring that I did. A year ago this July I installed laminate flooring that looks just like a dark wood floor. They did an amazing job and still looks amazing, no scratches. Every time I have visitors I always get complemented on how beautiful my floor looks and get asked who did them. They always tell me that they want my floor. They have amazing prices (I shopped around because I'm a saver) and great customer service. They were very attentive to my wants and needs. They came to my house to do a free estimate and brought me all the samples I needed. When they were installing my floors the workers were also very nice. I had laminate installed in my covered patio & I couldn't be happier with the difference it's made. Not only did it change the look of my patio, but the work was perfectly done. The laminate is perfectly flat & you can't even see the cuts made for it to fit around my a/c unit, you would think the flooring was installed before the unit.
